Great location. Rooms very clean and extremely comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

We had a room on the 7th Floor, quite large and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillors were very comfortable. The bar was efficient and served quality bar food if required, which again was of High quality. The Hotel is situated on the edge of the Old city and is within easy reach of all bars/restaurants. We paid for garage parking for our motorcycle which was 9 euro a night. Breakfast was of a High quality and the waitress's were friendly and efficient

We could not change the aircon temp in the room, we wanted a cooler room, but no matter what we did we couldn't bring the temperature down.

We booked this property as it was recommended in our guide and weren't disappointed. For a large hotel it was excellent. Despite being next to a main road and roundabout the rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, including breakfast staff. The situation is ideal - cross the road and you are in the old town, go another way and you can access a lovely park and the city wall walk. We ate at restaurants recommended by the hotel which were both excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Minor issues - a little more soundproofing between rooms (our neighbour was a prodigious snorer), the gym area in the basement is very tired, and there is no lift from the downstairs garage but this was made very clear to us on arrival.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. The staff is very helpful, breakfast has a good spread and the hotel provides all facilities. Parking is also available, with a cost.

During the previous visit, a day before san fermin, lunch wasn't available (room service as well). My kids were at the room and I was out for a meeting and they were left starving until I returned back. The pool does not provide free towels.

Very friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast. The room decoration is a bit dark for my taste but that is absolutely fine. We had a really nice view over the old town of pamplona and the location is absolutely lovely. you can walk to the main tourist destinations in 5-10 minutes while the place is still in a pretty calm area very close to the citade.

The walls in the room we had were made out of cardboard. We could basically follow the conveesation of the spanish couple next door. Beyond that absolutely no complaints.

Room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a decent selection - and breakfast staff very helpful. This is the third time we have stayed in the hotel, which is very well located and car is valet-parked for you. Not a very warm welcome on check in - but hey, no great shakes as we know the hotel and city.

The hotel pool needs some attention as around the pool it is rather scruffy - and this seems to have been the case for the past few years. It is not heated - but being northern Europeans that is not a problem. The hotel needs to have a small changing room nearby, and get the sun beds sorted and placed in the pool area much more frequently than once a day. They also could do with some sun umbrellas. Re-painting that part of the hotel around the pool would help. It would also help if reception gave guests information about towels and the pool procedure etc on check-in.

Great location, decent breakfast, nice large room, convenient parking. Checkin was OK, but took longer than in other hotels

They tried to make it modern and to surprise with unusual features, but ended with being way too complex and confusing gadgets, I had problems closing window blinds. Also light control is also very confusing. Other simple things, e.g. towel hooks or door handles are unusual, to say the least. They look nice but have limited functionality, so I would rather prefer they had typical gadgets. If I stayed for a long time it may be OK, but not for a short stay. Breakfast is OK, but very expensive at 23E I recall

Check in was quick and the rooms we reserved were available. the hotel is nicely placed for pedestrian access to the city centre. views of the city from some of the upper storey rooms was nice.

We were charged half the price of a car to park our motorcycles in the underground car park, two to a space, which was OK but we were directly to a side area where we were squeezed in tightly. Thus those in first could not get out without finding and getting those those parked behind them to move. When we complained we did get a partial refund. However, the car park exit ramp is very steep and slippery when wet and gives straight onto the pavement and the security gate shuts automatically after a short time which would have made it impossible to get out unless other people help with the gate and stopping pedestrians on the pavement. A VERY DIFFICULT AND DANGEROUS EXIT FOR MOTORCYCLES.

I’m not a breakfast eater but it was good .the staff was very friendly and kind. I was made aware about a strike against travelers and there was evidence at every place we stayed but yours. There wasn’t one person we came in contact w that was mean! Ty

The only thing I can even think of would be I wish we would have had a fan ! It was so humid . We just aren’t used to it! I loved the sheets!!!!! Can they be purchased?

The hotel was a nice modern hotel in a great location, across the street from old town and easy walking distance to the area sites. Rooms were spacious and clean and they parked our car. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you are staying in Pamplona this would be a very good choice.

Nothing really bad about this place, it is a good option for staying in Pamplona.
