The pool area is really good. Very nice. I can't say a bad word. The apartments are nice and well stocked with everything you need for your trip. I was offered a glass of Cava on check in which was very nice. Staff were very nice to. The kids entertainment was brilliant, my girls enjoyed that. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. I will definitely book again and I do recommend.

The only downside is the hotel is far from the town but they provide a bus in and out of town once a day and its €10 for a taxi each way. The other thing was the day time bar food was extremely expensive. So to get a snack for 1 adult and 2 kids was €46. And the kettle in my apartment was cleaned with a very strong chemical which I could taste with every coffee I made, it was a complete disaster and made me throw up the first time I drank my coffee.

Resort is very clean and apartments are in nice surroundings. Pool area is very large with plenty of beds and the pool itself is massive. Rooms are clean and pretty well laid out. Great patio area. A nice relaxing place to stay.

Some of the furniture and equipment in the rooms look a bit old and tired. The hotel has a lot of facilities but many of these are hard to find and never seemed open. The entertainment staff tried hard but it wasnt always clear what was going on when, and then it never seemed to start on time. Bar prices were a rip off, we ordered a Vodka and Coke and were charged 12 euros. When we queried it we were told we didnt specify what Vodka we wanted. Apparently Absolute cost 8 euros for a shot.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartments were very clean and well equipped. The pool is goregous.

Sauna wasn't working. Gym equipment needed updating

_Kids Club-almost full day long really meaningful activities organized for kids. We were very lucky with Hungarian animator. Andrea was extremely nice :) _We loved the Mini Golf _Location-for those who desire for calm, less busy/ crowded place it is perfect choice. Really good value for money. Either you stay whole day at the hotel (it is really calm) or you make sightseeing trips, the motorway is quite close by car, you can easily get anywhere. (Car rental is easy and relatively cheap in Tenerife). We liked the free shuttle bus that takes to the coast organized by hotel once per day. _Sunset from the hotel. Cava for breakfast :)

Variability of breakfast could be wider. Unfinished construction next to the hotel territory -that is not the hotel's fault obviously. Overall it is a great place :)

We like our big apartment and the view from our terase. It was all really good.

Beautiful apartment clean with all accessories and spacious with a private balcony facing the sun and total darkness curtains for a good nights sleep in an extra large comfy bed Staff were very friendly and helpful The facilities ie pool etc were amazing lots of sun loungers around the pool never had a problem getting one at any time of the day While the Regency is away from the hustle and bustle of Los Christianos it has all facilities you need there for a totally relaxing holiday, and if you want to visit the town there's a good regular bus service only 4 mins walk away also taxis are reasonable

Spent only 3 days at this hotel. It's is little bit further from last America's center and it si close by to the jungle park. We are family of 5. Rooms are very basic and need some attention and nothing special at all however balcony view amazing including sunset. Reception welcomed with glass of dring which is very nice. Staff are friendly and food at the restaurant good. swimming pool just wow , Instagram photos for sure and heated worm water. Kids loved the play area and all the stairs tu walk around. Lounge are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of sun beds

The staff were lovely. They were so helpful and always smiling. The pool area is beautiful. The building style is Balinese and there are lots of statues everywhere. It is always beautifully clean. The Christmas decorations were really pretty. The loungers on the patio outside the rooms and the table and chairs outside were nice. There is a roof terrace but we didn’t use it.

The restaurant is expensive, the service is slow and the choice is really limited. It never changes. The rooms are now looking a bit tired, especially the bathrooms which have black around the bath and shower. The bath is huge and takes up too much room and needs far too much water to fill. They should also get rid of the toiletry mini bottles and move to refillable ones. The pillows were really uncomfortable. There is very little evening entertainment. There is nowhere nearby to walk to restaurants (apart from 1 which was closed).

Beautiful theme throughout the hotel with an incredibly large and beautiful swimming pool (water temp could be a bit warmer, but it was end of January and the weather was glorious so can't complain too much!). Nice quiet time to visit, but still with daily activities such as aqua dance aerobics and a fashion show plus evening quizzes and bingo. Excellent facilities and large rooms with dual terraces. Booked a 3 bed and was pleasantly surprise it was on 2 floors like a small villa. Would definitely return thank you.

Single beds quite uncomfortable and noisy with plastic mattress protectors. Once we'd taken these off it was better. Cleanliness of changing area near sauna could do with more attention throughout the day. Restaurant was quite disappointing for vegan options, so a more diverse menu would make it perfect.

The place is very lovely and there was a plenty of things to do even at the resort. Kids love it :-)

Only thing we missed was a proper sheets for the blankets. The kind we use in Scandinavia, which goes all around the blanket. We are not use to sleep between two sheets, which made the sleeping a bit uncomfortable. So we ended up just sleeping with a blanket nothing covering it.
