This is a very nice hotel. The reception staff are kind and helpful. We booked half board and were incredibly happy. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated and always clean. We used the main restaurant where we found the staff to be absolutely lovely and the restaurant tables and floor always clean. There was a fantastic choice of food at breakfast and every evening, really superb quality. The pool area was beautiful and there were plenty of sun beds. The Tui blue entertainment team at this hotel were marvellous, we enjoyed the daytime activities and all of the evening shows.

1. Quite a few of the sun beds around the quiet pool were sadly broken. 2. We felt that the room towels were changed too often, it really wasn't necessary.

This is a fantastic hotel, located directly next to a beautiful beach (beach access directly from hotels sun terrace-Playa de Muro). Free parking outside the hotel. We booked half board and had 3 restaurants where we could go too, hence plenty of choices… you must be very fussy if you don’t find something you like to eat. There are lots of larger and smaller pools, with our 2 year old son we went daily to the kids pool which was half shaded and great to play in. Lots of entertainment in the hotel and free towels for pool and beach. The staff were at all times very friendly and helpful and attentive. We would definitely come again with our family.

The friendliness of the staff is exceptional on every level, from the receptionists to the restaurant/bar staff to the cleaning team, EVERYONE was extremely polite and friendly. We loved the variety of different pools and mainly we LOVED the entertainment every evening. Our girls never had a holiday before and this definitely set a very high expectation for the future ones. We’d like to send a special shout out to Victoria the lady who checked us in, Miguel that helped us out with the iron, and I think it was Joume, the gentleman that helped us with booking our taxi transfer to the airport.

After midnight there was distinct smell of sewage outside but in the morning it was all gone.

The hotel has a perfect location, it is located right on the beach, it has everything you need so that you don't have to go out at all - supermarkets, doctor's office, restaurants, cafes, entertainment, etc. The food was superb, in a week almost nothing was repeated. There is too much choice. The staff is very helpful, cheerful and smiling. Thank you very much for your attitude. I recommend to families with children, this is the perfect place.

Location as the sea was right there. Good size room with large balcony and room to sit on the balcony Could make a cup of tea or coffee but be sure to bring your own coffee and tea bags. Fridge in the room as well. Somewhere to rinse the sand off your feet as you returned from the beach Very friendly staff Great restaurants and easy access to supermarkets - all within easy walking distance of the hotel

No assigned parking for the hotel so need to spend time looking for parking Air conditioner did not work properly in my room and "ticked" all night Pool is very cold, sea was a much better temperature Pool closes at 6pm

Lots for kids to do and very family orientated. Food was good. Never a long wait to be seated. Good selection and nice to choose location (we stuck mainly to green and grill which was good). Activities for adults and kids were great. Night time entertainment was good. Rooms were good and everything was clean. Would definitely recommend as a family holiday

Was very busy. Basically too busy so not really relaxing. Good for families but avoid if U don't fall into that category

Truly a great hotel. I was a bit skeptical based on the reviews of the food etc. but it thoroughly exceeded our expectations. We spent 6 days there as a family of 5 (4, 5, 7 yo children). I only met one person on the staff who spoke no English, and that was the cleaning boy at the end of the day near the pool. All the staff were very very kind and accommodating, super friendly to the kids and everyone spoke excellent English. The restaurants were well kept, cleaning up dropped plates or food almost instantly, and while the main dishes on the buffet were repeated each night they had some variety and overall the food was quite good. Of course it’s relative but it satisfied our expectations and the breakfast even exceeded it. The kids buffet was great, a highlight of my kids and at the back of the main buffet there is a large area for gluten free and vegan options. The air conditioning was so cold, we even had to turn it warmer in the evening, as I read a bad review about this, wanted to mention it wasn’t the case for us, it worked really well. Our room was located on the outward facing side of the hotel so we had zero noise or issues with that. Also as there were so many complaints about the cues for all inclusive, it’s worth mentioning we waited maybe twice for about 5 minutes, otherwise it was super fast, with a lot of staff accommodating, we never really waited. The night entertainment, we only stayed for the kids entertainment but my kids thoroughly loved it and asked everynight if we were going back. I would say it’s probably tailored more towards kids under 9 or so.

The only issue we had was how slippery it was around the pool, particularly the stairs. We saw a number of people slip and on our last day my husband and I both slipped. Resulting in some really bad injuries on my back and arm. When my husband told the bar staff and asked for an ice pack of something, they gave us a cup with two ice cubes and said that was all they can do. Other than recommending they put some antislip protection on the stairs, there are no complaints.

The room was a really good size and the beds were really comfortable. Pool areas were great, something for everyone and directly on the beach, which was fab. Food was lovely and a really good selection. Having an area in the restaurant for children was a great idea. All the staff were really friendly. Overall great for a 3 star.

Only a few cons. Quieter end of Playa de muro so very few shops and restaurants etc outside of the hotel so if you like to go for a wander, not much to do, the food could be cold on occasion but I suppose this is expected to a certain extent with a buffet style but the real downside was the on site entertainment, which wasn’t great, quiz every night and a silent disco wasn’t great for the kids.

The hotel was great. It is a large hotel with many guests, mainly families with kids. Staff was extremely kind and courteous. We received a great room overlooking the sea - it was a bit windy, but we enjoyed the view. Room was great with a small kitchenette. No sponge and washing up liquid. Toiletries were basic, soap only, but we didn't mind. There are two non- baby pools, one is more crowded with many activities, the other more quiet. If you don't want to get sunburnt, get a sunbed right next to building C, that will keep you in the shade until the early afternoon. We were breakfast only, but paid for dinner the last day - it was a good experience. Hotel has a self-service laundry machine, which I think is great :-)

Late checkout was not possible, but that was fine.

This hotel is almost ideal variant for family holidays with kids. The beach is really nice, the hotel facilities are specially designed to keep kids entertained, fitness classes for adults are a nice bonus.

There are 2 restaraunts at which you mainly have food. The main restaraunt was good, but at Green and Grill restaraunt (used for lunch) all grill food was over-cooked. The chef should literally cook everything at the grill twice less than he did.
