Location.Meals. staff friendliness. Room size.amenities was all good i recomend. Problem with electronic lock was solved immediately by friendly handyman they got on duty who replaced the lock in no time. Staff at reception were very friendly I must acknowledge. So the dining room staff providing superb variety of meals . Breakfast was one of the best I ve ever had with great variety of all types of international food stuff you could be vegetarian .American .English .Italian .German they had all types of breakfast types including coffees and juices.fruits. countless delicious items to choose from . Included for most of guests but you could have it for only 10€ if you came from outside. Nice swimming pool . Family friendly environment. I do recommend for your holiday at Playa el Muro. I am not giving a biased or paid review. This was my true experience.!

I can't say i disliked anything. Very convenient location close to shops and other restaurants . Handy near main road.

Apartment with pool view without meals option. - Nice specious apartment. - Comfy beds. - Very good location for people avoiding business off city centre but with access to many restaurants. - Close to the beach. - When traveling with kids, evening entertainment and a swimming pool was a win. - Cleanliness - Small but handy kitchen annex: we used mostly sink, fridge and microwave

- The apartment doesn't have sound proofing. We were lucky enough to be far in the corridor but still we could hear noises and conversations from the surrounding apartments and balconies. Very noisy furniture 😅 whenever someone was moving a chair or table anywhere( in apartment, above and below) it was horrible screeching. - You need to pay for the deposit box which was not mentioned in the hotel description (there was no note that this is an additional cost)

It was our second year at this hotel. We chose it because of the staff, food, location and room. The staff is amazing. Vanessa and Samanta are very kind and always do the best to help and don't spear effort to go for the extra mile. The food, ohhh the food. Every day a ton of different meals and fresh fruits. Agnesca and Joaqin are just great professionals and the food they prepare is awesome! We celebrated the birthday of my wife in the restaurant and all of them made is so special!

I liked people that worked there, especially the lady doing the Animation! Really appreciated late dinner on arrival and early breakfast on departure.

Unlike the other Grupotel where I stayed 4 months before, in this hotel no drinks besides water were included with dinners. To compare, in another Grupotel in Alcudia we had freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, and domestic beer/wine + soft drinks included with dinners. Felt like a downgrade. At both place we were on half-board meals.

First of all, I would like to thank to Santi, Ionela and Samantha, for an excellent service, friendly welcoming and attentiveness! Also bar attendant Manuel, he really knows his job! ( Piñacolada and Mai Thai the best)! The room that we had, was excellent, with a sea view in front. To get to the beach will take you only 5 min of walk. The only inconvenience was a bit weak WiFi on the third floor, everything else perfect! The food is ok, a good variety of fruits and pastry.

We had a bad luck with weather and cycle marathon ( it's anual, every april of the year). So before booking, my advice would be to call and check the schedule of the marathon and busses, specially from/to airport.

The staff in the hotel makes your stay unforgettable. The location is excellent. The view we had was superb. (221) Nice beach just 1-2 mins away. Most of tourists are German, so if you speak any other language, they look suspiciously :)

The cooker (hob) didn't work properly (it was impossible to fry or boil anything) so cooking was not possible in the room. Noise isolation is another disadvantage, it was almost impossible to sleep a bit longer after 8:00.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet is varied and of good quality. The only downside is that you sometimes need to seek all corners to find sauces and some food. The pool is nice. The entertainment is just ok, nothing spectacular. The beach is close and there are shops next door.

WiFi is slow. Many times I was getting lots of buffering on streaming or quality downgrade. The free internet is super limited as they block usage of almost anything, including VPN or SSH on conventional ports (like 443) which means they are inspecting internet traffic.

Every evening and night complete area is covered with strong, very unpleasant smell. That prevents you from sitting at the balcony or opening windows during the night. It doesn't have anything with the hotel to do,but it really bothered us and spoiled general impression. It would be nice if food allergens are marked in the restaurant. Like in the photos- a bit outdated.

There was plenty of variety of food for breakfast and staff were very helpful. Were willing to assist with vegan dinner menu for the main course. However, didn't seem to have vegan desserts.

Staff were inclined to clear away your delph a bit too quickly, thus didn't fully relax and take our time eating.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Apartments are small but have everything you could wish for. So close to a beautiful beach. Great breakfast choice. Cava on arrival was a lovely extra touch.

We really liked everything. It was a short stay and the hotel fitted all our needs.
