It was very easy to go through the check-in procedure and receive room cards. All information about the guests was requested in advance through Booking, so it was only necessary to check and confirm the data on the spot and make payment. The self-service machine is easy to use. The room itself is spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils: frying pans, pots, plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery. The kitchen also has a refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, and a capsule coffee machine that can be used to obtain boiling water for making tea. The room is very quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors. While faint music from a neighboring hotel could be heard, it didn't disrupt the tranquility. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed. Once the bed linen was also replaced. The beautiful beach is very close, the sea can be seen from the window, it was pleasant to relax on the terrace. Many thanks to the hotel team for the holiday!

A minor inconvenience was the absence of a kitchen towel; only a microfiber cloth was provided. Additionally, the lack of scissors made it a bit tricky to open food packages. While the refrigerator functioned well, the freezer did not, which was a slight disappointment. Smoke from neighboring rooms occasionally wafted onto the balcony, which could be bothersome for non-smokers. The room, though comfortable, showed signs of aging, particularly in the bathroom. A renovation would be a welcome upgrade.

Excellent location: 50 m from the sandy beach, 1 km from Port Alcudia center, all shops for uggent needs are in 500 m. Very nice promenade along the sea brings you to the center with bars, restaurants and shops. Actually all questions/issues were solved very quickly by the property staff. They are very reactive, helpful and supportive. Registration machine did not work properly while registering (no option to register at the reception desk): staff representative arrived in 5 min to help us. We asked for a kattle and it was provided immediately. The same approach we faced from every staff person. Cleaning staff were extremely polite and helpful as well.

Registering machine was not working properly. It asked for the 2nd guest's doc scan and details but did not want to accept details of my son 16 y.o. saying that he is minor. It was necessary to contact for suport. Key cards were not given upon registration. Staff member hepled with it. Please mind the mosquitoes, bring fumigators with you or buy at the place. And spray as well for going out. They are small (mosquitoes) but their stings are quite painful

The location is absolutely perfect—it's the best part of Alcúdia beach, not too crowded and surrounded by beautiful pine trees that provide shade and a lovely pine scent. The apartment had everything we needed, plus a fantastic sea view. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean. Highly recommended!

I do wish there was an outdoor tap to rinse off sand from our feet, which would be really convenient. Additionally, while the cleaning staff was friendly, I think they could be more attentive, particularly when it comes to cleaning the floors. A thorough mopping would make a big difference.

They kindly noted our special requests and we felt most welcome. Reasonably equipped kitchenette, very comfortable bed, and a pleasant balcony, with a great view. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch.

Out of hours automated check-in was anything but simple, and the information provided ahead of time counted for nought - system needs improvement, especially in regards to on-screen instructions / error messages.

We arrived a few hours early but the manager let us leave our luggage in the office so we could enjoy the beach. The apartments are right on the beach,it was a great location. Bus stop into town and Palma less than minutes away. We had a garden view room but actually had fantastic sea views from the balcony. The flat was clean, and modern. Having the coffee pods was amazing in the morning. Also received a bottle of sangria and some delicious chocolate as a welcome gift. The beds were sooo comfortable we wanted to bring them home. Would highly recommend this place!

The apartment was very clean

- The apartment wasn't ready on time, so we had to wait about 30 minutes - A guest who was staying downstairs was smoking, the smell was coming to our room. We couldn't stay at the balcony due to the cigarette smell.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ferrer Lime, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is ideally located directly on the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, contributing to a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. During my visit, I encountered a small issue where I accidentally made a double payment. When I brought this up with the hotel management, the manager was extremely understanding and resolved the issue promptly. I received a refund for the overpaid amount quickly, showcasing their excellent customer service. This combination of a prime beachfront location, spotless cleanliness, and exceptional service makes Ferrer Lime a standout choice. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Check in is easy to use via self service. Cheerful, helpful staff and happy to accommodate my unplanned later check out due to the weather. I did not mention that it was my son's birthday during our stay, we came back from a day out to a lovely message and several treats. It was very good of them notice and it made us feel even more welcomed which we appreciate. I would happily stay again and have already booked for 2024.

Could use a little face lift to give the building life. New fridge freezer with working freezer department.

location is excellent . It's very near to the beach and all the shops and restaurants are within 10 - 15 mins walking distance. Please note that the front desk in this hotel only remain open till 4 PM , otherwise you need to do self checkin . But they do have a nearby hotel where the office remains open 24/7 . You can call them as well .

The apartment has everything that you need. Plenty of crockeries , including washing liquid and a new scrubber . Ideally it includes everything what you need. Now that being said , the property itself is not very upmarket . Now with the money that is being spent , if a better hotel with more contemporary room decor found , then that should be the goto option .

The property was only 86 steps from the beach. It had a cute side view of the sea fro the terrace. A small but functional kitchen and close to shops.

Return shuttle must be booked three days before departure. But it turns out the city bus goes express to the airport and is only a few blocks away from the apartments much better value and scenery.
