Pools were very clean and area around them, lots of sunbeds and the pool temperature was lovely. Shop on site was good, reception helpful and the cleaning staff work hard all day. The Air Con was a life saver in 40 degree heat!

My room was a little dated, previous guests have obviously splattered bugs into the walls, but there was lots of them around which wasn't pleasant to look at. The patio door frame was coming away from the door so you had to push the glass to open & close. Shower head needed replacing, the limescale build up caused the water to just fire at all angles. The complex is so big its almost impossible to always keep on top of it. Although the staff work hard they could probably do with more hands. The mosquitos were horrendous anywhere near the lake, entertainment areas and funfair. As a result we went out every night where it was more bareable (although the entire island is bad for mosquitos its especially bad at Belle Vue)

Room for our family was a really good layout. Double bed with sliding doors to main room where out children had a single bed each. So many pool options. A lovely resort. Dated a little in places but would certainly return.

Paid deposit for a tv that wasn't working but encouraged us to go lighter on the electronics so no harm done. Freezer area of fridge was also missing its door.

The room was great value for money and the complex is huge with loads of places to explore. Also just a 5 minute walk from the beach with the cheapest souvenir shops in the entire island. Free parking inside the complex. The room was well lit and spacious.

Lots of noise and people talking in the corridors. Door was almost coming off its hinges. Having to pay for wifi in 2022 is ridiculous, let alone having to pay 5e PER DEVICE! PER DAY! And no remote.. You have to pay 10€ for the remote. People in the reception act as if they're doing you a favor.

The swimming pools are cleans and nice water activities, the water temperature was Always Perfect. The Staff were all nice from the reception to the clearens. The Drinks were in every location easy to find. My FAVORITE was the girls who did the water gym by the swimming pool :) was such a nice idea <3 the Bellevue Club need more than 5 Days just so you can see the hole area of it cuz it is like small village.

There was A bad smell :( it comes maybe like 2-3 times a day from the sewage (dirty water) But i could live with it cuz it was only for 5 min each time. The all Inklusive food were not a good quality but i still eat a lot.

I read the reviews before and was a little concerned but I have to stay, we got back last night and had the most amazing holiday. I went with my mum and 3 year old daughter. We stayed in the Serena 2 block and had a lovely clean huge room which was cleaned every other day. It was in a great location to everything on site and with the beach a short walk away. We arrived early hours in the morning and the check in staff were great, gave us a map and directed us to our building, the complex is huge. The entertainment staff are amazing and the kids disco and shows are great too! I was a little concerned about the food, we were All Inclusive and I have to say it was actually very nice, we ate in all the restaurants (Asian, Italian and Mexican) as well as the buffet and all very nice and what you expect from an All Inclusive. Didn’t have any complaints here. The pool snack bars are great for the kids food serving Burgers, hot dogs, onion rings, chips etc and the ice cream also very tasty! The splash parks, slides and parks are great for the kids, loads to choose from. The fun fair was also great for the kids too and reasonably priced. All in all we had a very lovely holiday here at the Bellevue and made some great memories.

There are a couple of things that need to be looked at, first one, around the kids pools, they need mats or something down on the floors to stop the kids slipping over. The Second which is not the hotels fault, is the mosquitos, I never get bitten and I have loads of bites all over me, my mum too, so you definitely need mosquito spray on and a plug in for your room. The worse is at the show area in the evening, you get eaten alive then. You can buy scented candles, however if the hotel put these on the tables that would be a nice touch.

Great hotel in a great location with great facilities. Rooms was clean, check in staff were awesome. Breakfast was amazing, although to go coffees would have been nice. The pools and facilities for the little ones deserve praise of their own. Amazing view to wake up to.

Balcony scared me on the 7th floor with a little one crawling around. Would have been more comfortable if the lower part of the railing was covered with something to prevent any chance of little one getting through the railing. No facilities to make coffee in the room. Beds could have been more comfortable, and more options for double beds rather than 2 single beds would have been nice.

The breakfast offering was fantastic. It catered for all tastes and hot food was freshly cooked. It was very well organised, given the large numbers of guests catered for. The breakfast times also allowed for you to get an early start or have a bit of a lie in. The location was brilliant. In amongst all the restaurants for evening meals, a short walk to the beautiful beach and great for different transport options. We found it particularly useful to have moped and cycle hire onsite as it allowed us to see more and travel independantly.

Take bug spray - the mosquitos from the many lakes are a bit of a nuisance. Bellevue could do with a bit of TLC in places; the complex is starting to age. This did not affect our enjoyment in any way though. The entertainment onsite was a bit loud sometimes. If you have children you'll probably be having late nights but it didn't affect us.

Fantastic hotel with wide choice of type of stay including boards/drinks/bars/restaurants and swimming pools. Has a type for all preferences.

Queues for drinks system in an evening is sooooo wrong. On average I’d say the queue for drinks was 40 minutes, forcing you to ‘claim’ your maximum 3. Anyone with small children that require supervising be prepared to either not drink, or not see each other all evening as you take turns to Queue for your drinks. Poor.

A great place for family's lots of pools entertainment through out the day at the pools night time entertainment was good could do with the sound system sorting out but still was good.

To many men and women walking around the resort trying to sell you glasses and hats, hair braiding and even drugs. Got fed up with being asked 20 times a day. They friendly enough but still get annoyed with saying no don't want anything.

This hotel does not give it self the credit it deserves! absolutely amazing rooms, nicely decorated, modern and extremely clean (the toilet had been sterilised for each new person!!). The location is amazing with plenty of bars and restaurants if you chose self catering. there is plenty to do for the kids at the hotel, from go karting to a mini funfair. Reception staff friendly and helpful, and room cleaned regularly.

Had to pay a security deposit for the remote control for the t.v, even though it is refundable, it was the inconvenience.
