I had an incredible stay, was greeted with a glass of bubbles and the staff were all amazing and really friendly. Apartment itself was very clean and had a cute terrace with mountain view. Hotel had a buffet breakfast and dinner option which I thought was tasty and varied with selection. I went there to relax and swim so I can't comment on tourist attractions but the pool was wonderful and hotel not far from a gorgeous sandy beach (I'm aussie so my beach standards are pretty high!). Would definitely recommend to stay here, thank you very much :)

Everything was exceptional :)

Staff was terrific (front desk, restaurant, bar, cleaning, etc). The variety and quality of food was good. The food themes were excellent. Easy walking distance to the beach. Good availability of free public parking. Dog friendly. :)

WiFi kept dropping off entirely every 15-30 minutes, which was horrible for work videoconferences. Evening entertainment was occasionally acceptable. Paying for water at dinner was a bit silly.

Food was good for the whole week, especially dinner, except one morning when we had a late breakfast and food that was left on the counter was tasteless. Hotel location is excellent if you want to visit Alcudia, Pollenca, Cap Formentor and the other sites in this part of the island.

This hotel tries to charge you for anyting.You have to pay for water during dinner, they do not even provide a water dispenser. If you want clean beach towel, they want you to pay for it. There is a fee for the safebox in the room. Want to play pool? You pay for this too. After a while this becomes pretty annoying. I tried to use the sauna two times, it was not working. Room was small, view from the balcony unpleasant.

Breakfast and dinner were awesome! Definetely more than what I expected. A lot of options, some meals are prepared at the moment, there was asian dinner night, spanish food, sea food night, etc. Beds in the room are comfortable, location is good (lots of shops around), the beach is 2-3 min away. As we checked-in late (after midnight) and skipped the dinner, they offer some food for late check-ins. The staff was very kind! I would definetely come back if I am in Port Alcudia again.

The safe in the room is paid (maybe it's mentioned in the hotel description, but I didn't pay attention). Also, I had trouble with making the safe work, but the staff assisted me and solved the problem :)

The location was really convenient. It’s literally a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, and fun activities like quad biking. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly The pool was also really nice and they offer free beach towels to use during your stay as long as you leave a deposit which you get back!

The only downsides were that we had two single beds pushed together rather than one big double which we expected. Also the tv was quite small but we didn’t end up using it anyway so it’s not really an issue, it just might be for others.

Good rooms (really comfortable beds), personnel, food. Place is really good, not very far from beach and not noisy. Cleaning of the rooms and hotel in general is good.

Sometimes there were dirty cups and glasses. Halfboard doesn't include drinks for dinner, even pure water. Animation is not very interesting and various.

+Staff was very helpful, fixed the issues very fast. + Very polite staff in dining area, good service. +Food was very good both at the breakfast and dinner. The dinner theme was different every day (sushi, Mexican, local, etc.) In addition was very good selection of meat or fish, every day different. It exceeded my expectations, and the food was much better than in restaurants nearby. +Our room has been cleaned daily and very good. +It was rather quiet, no noise at night. I slept very good. Though the hotel nearby had entertainment til around 12 at night - so it was not possible to fall asleep earlier than they finish their shows. But it was OK for us. + Evening shows/live music every night, til around 23:00. Sometimes minidisco for small kids or pirates.

- No entertainment during the day for kids or adults, no aquagym/aquazumba or something like this. - The music in pool bar could be better. - The cleaning system in the swimming pool could be better, sometimes was some dirt.

Hotel is a big one. Servis was very good. We had breakfast and dinner too. Breakfast was very good but. Every evening there was a special show or some entertaiment. Singing, dancing, magic. ;-) it was really great, for example Beattles and so. Hot is very near to the main road for shops and restaurants.

Dinners did not have so many things to choose. There were ussually 2 special dishes but other were average taste and quality. Distance to beach is about 400m. Parking was little bit tricky and one evening we had to park two streets away.

It was a nice time in the hotel for all 19 nights there. Breakfast is very varied, always fresh and tasty. Personal is very friendly , polite and responsive. Good cleaning in comfortable time. Really good wifi (for long calls with video and vpn at the same time), i worked every day in my room and on the beautiful terrace on the first floor. Good location, near the amazing beach and 1 hr from the Palma airport. There are a refrigerator and safe in the room and a nice view from the balcony, where you can relaxing in the evening.

Just take a mosquito repellent if you will go to alcudia, it's not a hotel point, but a good idea for travelers.

Lovely hotel with a touch of class. sun beds always available, swim up bar. pool not overrun with kids. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

We were in room 110. The west wall of the hotel receives a lot of sun and the bedroom wall gets very warm. Th aircon wasn’t great and it really struggled to keep the room cool, which made the room a bit uncomfortable on a night. On our last night, the power was off in Alcudia most of the afternoon and evening. Even when the power came on to all of the streets and hotels around us, our hotel remained without power til about 02:30. The room must have been about 35 degrees even with the patio doors open. couldn’t even cold shower cos the water pumps were off. We got no sleep, this made flying home the next day exhausting.
