Great location . Very friendly staff and really nice rooms. Overall a really good hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like were the “guests” who stayed in 2320 and 2302 on our last night beside our room . They belonged in a zoo given the level of noise they made and their respective ages Absolutely unacceptable behaviour in a 5 star hotel . If it was a student hostel I’d have said fair enough .

Loved the views from the hotel room and also a great roof terrace to watch the sunset. Good breakfast choice. Location was good not too far from the center just a short walk away. Room was very modern and woke up with amazing views across the city!

We were not made aware when we arrived that the spa pool was not open for all of September due to maintennce. We were also not made aware when booking. When we asked why we hadn't been informed they were very blaze and said there isn't a pool just a spa area and the treatments which you pay for are still available. The reason we chose this hotel was that that due to the warm weather there was an indoor small pool in the spa too relax after long days of walking. We also didn't like that water wasn't provided free of charge daily. You only receive 1 complimentary bottle when you arrive.

I've stayed here before and I really love it. The room and the view are spectacular and you have easy access to the viewing level and lounge. It's such a great experience to see Seville from way up in the sky. Plus everything is new and modern and very clean, and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The location is great - I find everything in Seville is walking distance. And having the mall so close is also very helpful - there are several great restaurants and shops nearby.

There were a few minor issues at the start, but the staff worked quickly to ensure everything was resolved soon. They are a wonderful team and very efficient.

This hotel rates itself as a 5 star. There is no way it is a 5 star. There was no porter at the door. When we requested a taxi, the front desk told us to go to the taxi stop and get one. At a 5 star hotel your luggage is taken to your room and the gadget in the room are explained by the person escorting you to the room. We had to take our own luggage to the room, They only have bath towel and hand towel. We could not get a wash cloth to bathe with. They give you shower gel so how can one bathe without a wash cloth?

Loved the spacious room overlooking the river and city. Spotless clean. Great bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Nice hotel and beautiful terasse. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was a pleasurable stay.

The location is too far, you feel very removed from all the sights however it is a beautiful hotel. We stayed 4 nights,one bottle of water. The hair dryer was connected through the drawer and being of average height it was difficult for me to style my hair. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved. Although the room was super clean, the mold at the bottom corners in the shower should be removed.

Beautiful room on the 27th floor with a breathtaking view over Seville city! Waking up to such a stunning view really made our stay amazing and unique. The space was modern, clean, spacious and had lots of storage for our belongings. The reception staff were attentive and made our time at Eurostars extra special with how helpful and friendly they were, with a great attention to detail. Would recommend enjoying the 360 bar-lounge on the 37th floor (where we got a complimentary drink each) for a cherry on top. Would definitely come and stay here again when next in Seville! For a 5-star hotel we were expecting the spa facility to be included in the price. However when we arrived on the spa level we were told only reservations were taken with a €25 extra charge per person, for just an hour of use! This needs to be made clearer on arrival to avoid guests being disappointed.

The beautiful views from our suite The rooms were kept very clean The breakfasts were lovely and dining room and staff there were always friendly and welcoming The complimentary car parking was great and the hotel was well located to get access by car to the coastal areas on the Atlantic coast. Room conditioning worked well as did blinds etc Lifts were always operating well. Lovely casual reception staff.

We do like daily fresh drinking water but we think we just got it 2 times during our week there. TV had very few stations. Guidance and help from reception staff on local places of interest or maps, parks, shopping areas, bus, taxi and train locations. Lack of fresh air but I know the view and height of the building probably comes at that price!

28th floor room was spacious with fantastic views of Seville. Bathroom had both bath and shower, hairdryer, toiletries and heated towel rail. Tea/coffee facilities, large TV, dressing gown and slippers. Staff super polite and helpful. The concierge was extremely helpful and helped with maps/shows/trips etc. Bar on the 37th floor offered amazing views, very comfortable environment and great choice of drinks. Staff throughout the hotel were exceptional and great car parking under the hotel. A little out of town but only a 5-10 minute walk towards the bustle. Shopping mall next to hotel.

Nothing

The view was incredible, we stayed on floor 21 and had excelent views of Seville. We stayed in a deluxe room, it was big, clean, had everything going for it, big windows, electrically operated blinds, bathroom was excelent. Breakfast was great, they have food for normal eaters, vegans, vegetarians, gluten free, pretty much anything. The bar up on the 37th floor has stunning views and great cocktails (the sangria is bliss). All in all it's not a cheap hotel by any means but it delivers a 5* experience.

The bed was perfectly comfortable but for someone who is taller than 1.80m, your feet stick out. I am 1.83m and that was the case, not a deal breaker because the bed its wide as a car, it can easily fit like 4 5 people.
