Comfortable bed, clean facility, and helpful staff. Breakfast was also good and affordable. Short ride from train station and nearby escalators to get up to zocodover plaza

I reccomend earplugs for anyone that is easily woken up by any noise. Otherwise you will be woken up by people yelling laughing who are passing by at all hours in the night or inconsiderate guests who want to have loud conversations in the hallway late night or early morning. The shower is also rather small for anyone who is a bit overweight. May have to opt for a room with a bigger showering space. It's also located on a steep hill. Take a taxi if carrying luggage. Walking down from Zocodover is also easier.

In walking distance from train and bus station but also very close to the main square of Toledo. Very friendly staff and the option to choose to eat different kinds of breakfast every day.

There was a bit of smell coming from the bathroom and the rooms were not hundred percent sound proof. But considering the antic buildings in Toledo that is probably to be expected.

What a fantastic family run hotel, I would 100% recommend this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights solo for a local wedding. Hotel is half way up the hill at the very edge of the old town, so benefits for great views and is away from noise and hustle of more central venues. I had one of the smaller rooms, but this was more than adequate. The manager/host was very warm and welcoming and is much the reason I rate the hotel so high. Should I ever return to Toledo I would certainly stay here.

Google maps directions had me walking up the castle stairs which almost ended me. The correct route is after the old bridge follow the one way road (wrong direction) on the right side that hugs the hill, this leads to the hotel. It's 20 minute walk from the train station. Nothing I can say wrong with the hotel, they close the doors at midnight, but give you a code to enter, an emergency number to call if needed and someone is around and awake but just not at the main door.

Good location close to centre. Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Easier to find and drive to than expected.

Breakfast options limited. Nothing in immediate area of hotel. While there is parking immediately outside the hotel it was always full. Pay car park just up the hill quite convenient and spacious but more expensive. Other parking options not sensible with luggage.

Everything. The location is perfect! Very close to parking and very close to the escalators that take you up to the main square in Toledo. The room was excellent, the staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Perfect place to stay in Toledo, highly recommended 😊

Location was excellent as close to the train station and centre of the city with easy access by escalator. Room was pleasant and overlooked the city and river. Clean and good value for money. Hotel receptionist was helpful and welcoming. Paid Parking facilities close by which is great.

The bed was far too small. Bigger bed and less furniture would be helpful

a small nice hotel just a few steps from the attractions. there is a lot of parking on the street just for six euros a day. there is a bigger parking on the way to the old Toledo. The stuff was very welcoming and willing to help with anything we needed.

the breakfast could have more proteins :) but it might have been a typical for Spain. I am saying “proteins” because a breakfast is one of main meals in a day for “athletes” we think we are :)

hotel is a 5 minute drive away from the train station which costs almost 5-6 euros to go there. If you want to walk it's about 15-20 minutes. Toledo is all about hills up and down and the hotel is 2 minutes away from the electric stairs that take to the center (shops, restaurants, etc) Receptionists are all kind and super helpful with directions and recommendations on where to have good food.

Staff was very friendly and duty manager was superb. As I fell ill during the first night of our stay, we had to cancel the second night to return home earlier. Within half a hour after checking out, I received a message from the duty manager wishing me well and mentioning they had proceeded refunding me the second night. Excellent and very kind! Thank you very much.

The room was quite basic equipped without much space and there were not enough sockets to plug in the electronic devices.
