The room was very spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. There was also a large desk (for us, simply useful to put things on!), sofa and armchairs. The bathroom was also spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. There is a bus stop is right outside the hotel, and the buses into the city centre are frequent (cash required, or city travel card for multi use). Some noise from the main road outside, but a low hum, didn't bother us. The city of Zaragoza itself.

The parking (under the train station which is part of the same huge building) is straightforward. Unfortunately we weren't given the required instructions when we first arrived. The air conditioning in our room seemed to struggle.

Buses require cash - not the fault of the hotel but much of the town was like that and cash is king (versus credit cards) Not too many restaurants in the area but the cafe at the front of the entrance of the train station was good for a salad. Restaurant in the hotel was closed for dining but could order room service but my friend and I wanted to eat somewhere other than our rooms. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room - we had just come from the UK so noticed this difference

The hotel is incredibly easy to get to from main station (being accessible from the concourse) and the rooms are comfortable and roomy. The bed was particularly comfortable.

My main complaint was that the main corridor was incredibly long, but that there appeared to be only one breakfast room which was located in the far end of one floor; there was also a convenient second entrance, but this was not always open. It is also a long way from the centre, but this is unavoidable.

Very good welcome and check-in as the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a junior suite (free upgrade). It was spacious and was really comfortable and cool. The bed had crisp linen and there were plenty towels and hot water in the bathroom. Location was ideal for exploring the city as it was close to trains, buses and taxis. The hotel is above/beside a large train station but the room was nice and quiet so must have good soundproofing. There was underground parking which cost €14 per day.

For arrive/leave/day-trip by train, this hotel is located inside the train station, with 2 lines of frequent city buses to city center right outside the train station door. Tourist Office and bus station are both located inside this train station as well. The room is huge, spotless, well designed, good heating adjustable inside the room, and very comfortable, good WiFi, and no train/bus/car noise. Possible to leave luggage here after check-out.

This location is 20 min bus ride from historic center. This train station has very few places to get food -- 2 bars offering cold sandwiches and Lizarran (a tapas place), no supermarket.

The hotel's location is in the Zaragoza Delicias train and bus station building, which perfectly suited our needs. It is well connected with the city centre and the other parts of the city with 3 bus lines. The staff was welcoming and helpful and spoke English quite well. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. The bathroom is big and it made a special impression on us. Sound isolation is also excellent, we didn't hear any noise from trains arriving and departing the station.

There was nothing not to like.

Very conveniently close to the train station, which was my main transportation from and to Zaragoza. Room was very spacious. There was no disturbance or noise. Good services.

Not much natural light and no desk light. I believe it was an exception due to a large group being present, but there was a night where I wanted, but could not use the hotel restaurant as a person alone.

Some furniture is rather dated, for example the couch was very worn through Also the faucets are very old and wonky Plumbing a bit clogged as well

The hotel is located inside the Zaragoza train/bus station which was perfect for us in terms of convenience. We had the breakfast one morning, very good and varied for an affordable price. Easy access to public transport to go inside the main areas of interest in the city. Very helpful staff. Super comfortable rooms with some mind-blowing blackout curtains (we needed to catch up on sleep during the daytime and even at the brightest time of the day it was completely dark in the room). Comfy beds and great bathroom. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Not centrally located, but for our purposes it was no problem at all (in fact the location in the train station is ideal if you are moving around a lot)

Fantastic location. Right downstairs the railway station and bus station, so, fantastic for doing excursions from/to Zaragoza. Local city buses as well seconds away from the hotel, connecting directly to all areas of the city. Tourist office right in front of the hotel entrance. Large rooms, comfortable and with very good air conditioning. Fresh and varied breakfast. We always come to this hotel when we go to Zaragoza, since it is extremely convenient. If you need "express food" to bite, there is a McDonalds and two supermarkets at less than 5 min walk.
