The location on the highest floors of the skyscraper is amazing. The amenities are incredible: gym, infinity pool... Comfortable bed.

It should be stated clearer that it is not a hotel but an apartment. The only staff I got contact with was a lady, very friendly, but not so good with english. I only got one towel and it was wet when I checked in.

The accommodation is in an apartment at an amazing and iconic building. The views and the swimming pool on the 63rd floor are just fantastic, great to enjoy the sunset. The lady who was at the apartment was very nice and did her best to make our stay the best possible. It is an apartment building, so you need to arrange the check in time with the host. But he was there when we arrived, making the check in process very smooth. The location is also great, in a clean area and very central, maximum 30-40min walk to the main points of interest, and close to many restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centre. The host also arranged for a transfer to the airport at fair price.

This is not a hotel, this is a room in an apartment. We stayed twice. We just arrived in Colombo and before our flight back. We were given different rooms: the first time a smaller one, the second time a larger one, with a bathroom. Both times we liked everything, clean, nice, beautiful view. We liked the pool on the roof, a very beautiful view opens up. The water in the pool is warm, and it's great! The location is great. Thank you!

We had a great stay in this really interesting building complex. Lakmini was wonderful and took care of everything we needed. The rooftop and the pool are amazing and definitely worth it. The rooms were also nice and the location good. The mall next door was really convenient.

You just need to know beforehand, that there is no general reception for the hotel since it is in a bigger building complex. But we were still able to get up to the apartment quickly with help of Lakmini.

The stay is beautiful, its a shared apartment but during our stay we were the only couple so we the apartment to us! The staff was very helpful however they made us wait for an hour before check in as the owner didn’t respond to our calls/messages! He compensated by giving free breakfast.

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking view. Access to pool at 63rd level. Great breakfast. Big, comfy room with bathroom, shared kitchen and living/dining area. Spent only one night there, but was a good choice.

Manager is very helpful. Unfortunately one of his staff made a huge mistake and he did everything to make up for it. Issue is solved and lessons learnt.

Great location, fantastic view and a very friendly building manager. If we needed anything there was no issue in getting it done. Loved the infinity pools and gym.

There is nothing I didn’t like. As with all new builds there are small issues. These were easily resolve and they build manager was extremely responsive and trustworthy.

Toilet flush was a little difficult and soap and shampoo could have been nicer. The actual building needs some maintenance.

Beautiful view, super comfortable rooms, cable tv, bathroom. Stayed here as I needed the hospital post a kitesurfing accident. Host was very kind and welcoming , helped us in anyway he could.

One of the best place I’ve ever been in Sri Lanka. Well decorated and huge apartment with brilliant view from terrace. Swimming pool located in 63 floor is not crowded :) I do recommend!
