Very cosy hotel and a well-cleaned room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although we arrived after reception closing and had forgotten to do the late check-in as instructed in the welcome message, they helped us over the phone to get in and receive our room keys. The breakfast was good for it's size and we got everything we needed.

The parking was not so close - in a parking garage of the shopping mall. It costed 180 sek instead of the announced 50 sek per night.

Very friendly and helpfull manager. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. Good bed and good shower. Breakfast has all you need with a classic but wide options to choose from.

The tv was on the side of the bed rather than in front (in one of the two rooms we rented), wich was a bit akward.

The room was small. When you left the room electrics were off so you couldn't charge for example your toothbrush. The breakfast room was dirty.

Hotel is situated right in the centre of Åkersberga a few minutes walk from the station and central shopping mall. Hence convenient for public transport if needed to Stockholm. We had a hire car and parked in the mall carpark for which we paid 40 SEK per 24hr period, which seemed a fair price. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and included both hot and cold breakfast. Hot was standard but the cold included gravadlax salmon and several types of herring. Coffee, although stored in a thermos flask, was excellent too. Nice choice of rolls as well as traditional Swedish hard breads. I loved the decoration wallpaper on the end walls to the stairs to the upper floors designed to give the appearance of bookshelves filled with old books.

We went for a king size bed but the down side was that the room seemed a bit small for it. There was little space in the room for working: space is clearly at a premium here! This may be due to the fact that building had been converted from office use prior to being a hotel? Mustard or ketchup with the breakfast - I didn't see any?

The location was excellent. Near eateries, railway station, shops and walks along the canal. The breakfast buffet was varied and very good quality.

The room is exceptionally small for two occupants with luggage. I know the room size is stated on details, but you can't visualise until you move in. I did mention that the bin near the breakfast buffet and entrance to corridor to rooms is always swarming with bugs. That could be addressed.

It's a great place to stay. Reasonably priced and close to everything I need. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet has something for everyone, and the hotel maintains a solid standard.

Minor point, but the bed was way too soft ...

Rooms were very limited space wise.. had to shuffle sideways facing a wall to get out of bed, but very comfy otherwise.

the staff was very friendly, the hotel is in very good spot - near shop centres, plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat at, also the train station stop is a few mins away.

location was great! close to shops, restaurants and public transport. I needed help with some printing and scanning and they were only too happy to assist breakfast was also good

occasionally housekeeping missed things like replacing our cups and glasses. but over our 10 night stay it wasn’t a a huge deal
