Tidy,silent and cozy place. It's easy to reach with public transport. The room size and configuration is perfect, you can cook everything you want in your well equiped kitchen. Some info about transportation; first of all you should buy a public transport card at airport ticket office(1,3 or 7 days up to your visit of Stockholm). You can use all public transportation with this card(busses,metro,commuter train, etc. ). The cheapest way to reach the hotel you can use Bus no 579 first (from Arlanda Airport to Märsta, about 15 minutes), then use Commuter Train (from Märsta to Central Station, about 45 minutes), then use Bus no 1 or 76 (from Central Station to Biz Apertment, about 20 minutes). Also you use Arlanda Express and ruote buses from airport to central station with a little bit higher prices. You can find good restaurants and markets around the hotel but also to reach to city center very easy and comfortable with public transport. Thanks for all...

Staff was nice. Breakfast was tasty and diverse.

The heating was poor. We had to be dressed heavily in our rooms. The outside temperature was bellow zero so the room was cold. They don't provide free cleaning, towel changing or toilet paper. I mean, we can live without cleaning and new towels, but we didn't know we would have to do everything by ourselves (including buying toilet paper and taking out trash). Maybe it's a thing in Sweden or it is just this hotel. P.S. they do the cleaning every 7 days but it was less than we stayed.

The family apartments were really great, big rooms, big windows, terrace with a beautiful view. There's even a whole kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. Having a TV with a HDMI and Chromecast was really great, you can bring your own android TV box or apple tv, or just use the given Chromecast to stream from your phone. Breakfasts were nice, kids loved it. There are bus stops 2 minutes away from the apartments and also a playground few minutes away. The location itself was good as well, 12 minute bus ride away from the city center and museums.

The room was a bit dark and poorly lit after the sunset, dim light bulbs and some of the areas in the room were dark.

The apartment's location is excellent, with bus stops nearby that take you to the city center in just 10–15 minutes. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of options that kept us satisfied during our 4-night stay without feeling repetitive. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Although the initial apartment we were assigned did not match the photos of the one we booked, they assisted us in changing to a better apartment. This process required a nominal upgrade fee, but the staff's attitude was commendable. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, including a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher, which was very convenient. We loved the view from our apartment's terrace, especially the fireworks display on New Year’s Eve—it was truly a memorable experience.

The initial apartment did not match the photos of the one I had booked, which was disappointing. While the staff resolved this by offering an upgrade, it took up a lot of my time on the day of arrival, and I had to pay extra only for the terrace, even though we moved to a smaller apartment. Considering the mismatch was not my fault, the upgrade should have been provided free of charge. With apartments, I expect the look and feel to match the booking description more precisely, unlike hotel rooms where some variation might be acceptable. So, after booking please confirm with the staff that you get the exact same apartment that you booked.

The well-functioning apartment, supermarket and gym next door made this stay comfortable and stress-free, unlike my first visit to Biz Apartment Gardet, which was marred by an overflowing bathroom shower and a leaking bathroom sink. The was a positive difference in my mood and comfort when not having to constantly clean water off the bathroom floor or dry the floor mate.

Comparing this stay with my last stay, I would suggest that the hotel management should be more aware of issues with some apartments such as the bathroom. They should also communicate and the guest should be compensated beforehand. Remember, these issues do matter to some guests. I wish my first stay was equally as good as this stay.

Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nice. Room was spacious.

It was too cold. The thermostat was working weirdly. It wouldn't raise the temperature after pressing the appropriate button. The temperature in the room was a little bit higher only in the morning. And it was very cold in the bathroom and the shower because of ventilation in the ceiling. You could hear and feel the cold air moving. I was staying at a Moxy hotel in Copenhagen in October. And there was the same problem. Maybe it's something to do with the hotels in the Scandinavian region, and locals tolerating the cold better :)

The value for money is amazing for Stockholm. The bed was very comfortable. Openable windows in the room are a rarity these days and appreciated.

The whole entryway and reception, upper floor corridors and some days even our room stank of old cooked food. I had to cover my face going in. Cleaning is only once per week - beware. On the coldest days (-11, but during the week, the hotel was emptier) the air conditioning only went up to 21 degrees. When the hotel filled up on the weekend, it was suddenly 24 degrees. Shower is warm at best, not hot at all, some mould in the shower,

Very kind and supportive personnel. The location of the hotel is vey convenient in regards to the distance to the center and museums. Easy to find parking place close to the hotel. Room was very much okay for 2 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen equipped with needed utils. Calm area, no noise or disturbance.

One elevator had some barely audible creaking. But as room was located close to the elevator, it was hearable especially during night time. But again, the sound was very tiny. It seems it is enough just to put couple drops of oil or similar to the mechanism

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was good. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

We were a mixed group travelling (mother, grandmother, son and a friend) and as it was a 1 bed apartment I expected 2 separate sleeping areas but the beds for 4 were all in the same room which wasn’t obvious when booking. It was a very hot weekend and we couldn’t get the aircon to work properly (we didn’t go and ask so not really complaining)

The apartment was very spacious, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating (on our last day we checked out before the restaurant opened and the people at the front desk arranged for a continental breakfast including coffee to be prepared for us). There are two restaurants nearby that you can walk to in 2-3 minutes (we dined at Funkalistic Bistro & Bar and enjoyed it) and a supermarket you can walk to in 10 minutes. It's not in an urban area and there is a walking path that takes you to another nice neighborhood. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from the Metro and a bus stop just down the street.

I honestly can't think of anything that needs to be improved!
