Suite was big enough and was equipped with more or less everything needed. Only missing wifi password was communicated via Booking.com communicator. The location is nice but a bit far away from the city center and Arlanda airport as well (1h 20min). As a big bonus I consider the possibility of travelling on commuter ferries, which in themselves are an attraction for Central Europeans. A grocery store and restaurants were in walkable distance (5 min).

During Friday evening we experienced a power outage, which was not that serious, but after the power was restored the elevator did not work. Unfortunately this cannot be reported anywhere as the online reception only works on weekdays. There was a client on a wheelchair staying on the floor with us who was probably trapped in his room for the whole weekend as we met him twice trying to get on the elevator. I understand that the physical front desk may be outdated, but the service of the online one should be working all week and be responsive in such situations.

Good value for money, clean apartment, felt secure and safe. Rooms were a good size and had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable.

Got very hot and had to sleep with windows open. With trains and construction sites nearby this meant it was very loud and didn’t sleep very well because of this. Instructions to check in were not as clear as they could have been.

Excellent location and facilities. Transport system and supermarkets within walking distance. We couldn’t fault it in any way! Even setting up the keys on arrival, we hadn’t received the pin so I called the number provided to BooBoo Living and was talked through the process. The lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful ☺️ We had a 2 bed apartment which was very spacious and provided everything we needed for a week’s stay. There are 2 excellent supermarkets within 10 mins walking and the water taxis 5 mins away. The trams 2 mins away!! We would definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you

Great spot, connected to the city with bus, tram or boat. Very peaceful location, you can sit next to the water and just relax. A few ppl here are mentioning the noise of the tram, but I think it was okay, it wasn’t so bad. Just a normal noise in the city; you don’t even notice after a while.

A few cleaning rules are written next to the elevator on the ground floor and only there, I noticed it by accident, tbh. You have to follow them, if not, they are gonna charge you 2000 SEK. I was shocked to find it in such a place, usually, it’s send right away with the booking. It left a bad taste. Second, they have a problem with fruit flies in the garbage room (and you can find them in your own room, disgusting).

The room itself was well-designed, spacious, and mostly clean. I appreciated the small kitchen, which had a compact fridge and all the necessary dishes and utensils for one or two people. The bathroom was clean and functional. There was plenty of storage space for clothes and other items. The work table and convenient shelves were a thoughtful addition, making it easy to stay organized. The location was also a strong point, being close to a tram station and two grocery stores, which made getting around and shopping very convenient.

The check-in process could use improvement, as it wasn’t very clear, and communication was slower than expected. It’s better to call them directly for faster responses. The sofa in the room was dirty but covered with clean linen, which felt like a temporary fix. Additionally, the door handle was loose and not well-fixed, which was slightly concerning. While the staff did replace a non-working iron the next day after I requested it, this could have been checked beforehand. Lastly, the lobby and common areas outside the room were somewhat dirty, which detracted from the overall experience.

Good facilities, quiet, convenient location

Access to the apartment was difficult since no staff is present and information is supplied online.

The apartment was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Good storage space. We liked the location. It's not right down town, but that makes it quieter. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store within a 10-minute walk. Public transit is about a 5-minute walk. We enjoyed taking the ferry into the downtown area.

A small trash can in the bathroom would be very helpful. The cost for this would be insignificant, so please add this. Also, it would be very helpful to have a couple of dish towels for the kitchen. Again, it is an insignificant expense but customer friendly. Almost forgot. We were on the top floor, 5th, and the elevator stopped working the evening before we left. It still did not work in the morning when we left. Which meant carrying all our luggage down 5 flights.

The room is clean, minimalistic and cozy design. Inexpensive for Stockholm. The room has dishes, wine glasses, kettle, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Many options to customize the lighting.

The self check-in website is very slow, I felt like I was in the 90's. When trying to check-in, it constantly gave an error, although it was possible to write that the room was not ready yet (this was found out when contacting support). The room was quite cold, the thermostat was not working. No hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo or any other hygiene products. The shower hose was leaking. There are 8 Swedish channels on the TV, of which 2 work. There are no smart features, youtube or other apps. When booking there was no information that I had to clean my room before leaving the hotel. I found out about the 2000 kroner fine for not cleaning the room by accident.

We liked the location, there is a great restaurant nearby, a shop and public transport nearby. Although the train is nearby, it is not a problem. Transport by boat is also nearby. The kitchen is spartan but sufficiently equipped. The use of space is maximal. The bathroom is ok. When we needed help from the staff, we received it quickly, even outside of office hours

The bed, which is pulled out of the closet, creaks a lot, which means that when you turn, you wake up yourself and the one sleeping next to you. It is also quite uncomfortable. Kitchen towels and trash bags would be needed. In the bathroom, we were missing towels for in front of the shower cabin. And towels changed at least once in 8 days.

The place is quiet, beautiful and modern. Slept wonderfully in that bed. But the cleanliness can improve a little. The carpet in the living room had dark spots when I arrived. The help from staff was ontime but the details about checking in are provided until the last day when you arrive and that can be complicated especially if one is arriving at midnight or during weekend as this was my case. Staff does not reply online or respond during weekends. Special thanks to Cornelia who was providing me the help to make things easier for my check-in and to assist also the day I was leaving that I had an issue with my bags.

The carpet in the living room needs to be dry cleaned. The codes and process for check in was a bit late as I tried to check in online the last day and it did not work out. But later on I had help via email as there is no front desk in the place. The location is nice and good transportation but far from Central Stockholm, about 45 minutes with change of train, bus and metro.
