The unit is very functional. It basically has everything.

We were assigned a room on the ground floor. The sound insulation wasn't great. You can hear people walking past your door. The unit relies on an air con and a window that can be opened to about 30 degrees, so the ventilation wasn't great either. We visited in May, so it's fine. When it gets too stuffy inside, we simply open the door to let some air in. But I would imagine it to be a bigger issue in July or August. The location is a bit far from the city (by foot), and there is literally nothing nearby. Although there is a bus that runs about 700 m from the cabin to the train station in 1 stop.

There was a bus stop nearby which only took 5 mins to the centre.

The flat had two doors to enter which was not obvious when we arrived. We spent 25 mins trying to get in the door which had flat number on it which would not work. After which we realised the door with no flat number on also belonged to the flat. This worked and allowed us to enter.

Much value for the money @ 650 SEK/night. Newly built, well equipped, comfortable bed.

The exterior is partly a construction yard. Parking outside (for anyone, not private) rate 8 AM - 10 PM: 18 SEK/hour, night time 2 SEK/hour. 272 SEK/24 hourd quite costly for this location far outside the city centre.

Location - although a bit out of town, great transport link by bus. Bolt and Public transport costs seemed reasonable. short walk to bus stop (please note i think it is a new bus stop as did not appear for us in google maps) 5 min walk from cabin. 15 minute walk to a shopping centre with a alcohol shop and large supermarket. Appartmnet

Oven - did not work great we even found online the instructions. Key on phone (via a app) did not always work well. we also were given a different room number to what our key was so we wasted time trying to get in to the wrong apartment. I would suggest being more careful giving out room numbers and making it possible or easier to put your key onto more than one phone.

The view was great! The staff was super responsive and courteous. Facilities felt like they were brand new.

The stairs were super narrow and had to go up and down sideways. The railings super flimsy - they are not going to hold. Hooks fell off walls cause they were held up by tape. Loft bedroom was very warm and no fan. One side of bed had no bed table to put anything on during the night. Everything construction wise felt rushed and not quality - poor workmanship. Hitting your head on the extremely low ceiling becomes not funny or fun after the third time. Literally felt that I was living in an idea lofted bedroom installation at the store. Location was far from almost everything to do.

We were in Block 4, which was probably one of the newer developments, and the equipment and appliances were all of good quality and in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. 5 minutes from bus stop, 10 minutes from tram stop, 15 minutes from (free) ferry; all of which get you to the centre in 5 minutes. Nice view over the river to the city (I appreciate not all apartments will have this). We had one minor issue with the shower, which was quickly resolved by an extremely pleasant and efficient maintenance man. The apartment suited our needs perfectly, and at a very reasonable price.

Being 6' 5", I was concerned beforehand about the very low ceilinged mezzanine sleeping area, but it was fine. Yes, you have to stoop to get into bed, but not really a problem. Only negative relates to the on-site shop. This is unmanned, and you need to use an app to use it, but to register you need a "banking ID", which is a Swedish thing. They need to come up with a process more convenient for foreigners. But there was a Willies 5 minutes away, so not too inconvenient.

Great location, bus ride from a town centre or 20min walk. So much space and you have your own kitchen and fridge to keep drinks cool. It had all the facilities (oven, washing machine, dish washer). Fantastic overall. It was easy to find as the property sent messages with lots of information the day before and how to find your room. The heating and AC function was brilliant as I got to use both and this was the first hotel accommodation where I was not cold in the evening!

No cons to list at all. Everything was great. The only improvement I could list is having privacy film on the window. The room had blinds and curtains and all but If I wanted to sit by the window, enjoying the light and sunshine, watch the world go by and read a book, this was awkward at times as people walking past looking for their room would look in, I lookk at them and we both feel awkward for no reason. But honestly not a con, I'd say it would be a "nice to have".

Excellent staff, amenities.were good. The property had a good connection to the center. Great water front view from the apartment, though we ordered a non water front. Kids loved it.

This is a duplex apartment where both bedrooms are only accessible by separate staircases located at different spots, with no connection between them. The toilet is situated downstairs. While the layout works, you need to be cautious about the bedroom ceiling height; I bumped my head three times before getting used to it, making it risky for taller people. Additionally, the sofas in the living area are very low—not wide enough to lie down on and too low to sit on comfortably.

The property is in a nice location, if you go to the top floors, the view is very nice. The apartment is very practical, well-equipped and clean. The bus stop is nearby, also there is a bike-rental stop for Styr & Ställ Bike.

The app to get into the apartment was not working on the phone I made the booking with (Android). I switched to my work phone (ios) and managed to activate it with the text going to my private phone, so we managed to solve it, but it would have been a problem if I didn't have another phone handy. I guess you can always go to the reception for help though, in case you have issues. There is a lot of construction going on.

The peaceful environment. The cleanliness of the apartment and facilities as a whole. Bus stop nearby with easy access to the city centre. The little reading nooks in the unit was nice and cosy. The bathroom and laundry facilities was convenient. If we were to come in warmer weather, the playground nearby would be great!

Overall comfort could be better. Low ceilings in the bedrooms caused a few headaches. The couch and living room as a whole were not comfortable at all. Our unit was changed the day before to one on a lower level and further from the water, with less views, and then we were asked if we wanted to upgrade.
