I'm sure you've seen the reviews of the rooms, bar, restaurant, and great working space. Yes, it was all really, really beautiful, cool, nice, and exceptionally good. But I'm going to write a review on the breakfast for a special group of people! Those blessed with food allergies like myself... The breakfast was insanely amazing for me, I have never been so excited for a big buffet. I have lots of food allergies so to see a pretty large section specifically for those who have allergies or are Vegan or Vegetarian was very exciting, and I highly commend the people in charge of coming up with idea and delivering great quality. Honestly the breakfast area for allergen protection alone was bigger than some small entire continental breakfasts I've seen in my life. There was nothing I couldn't eat some version of because there was a refrigerator completely filled to the BRIM with alternatives. Dozens of boxes, options for non lactose, dairy free, dairy alts, mayo alt, cream cheese alt, butter alts... I cant even remember everything that was in the fridge. Also, they had some special breads and crackers, then special knives and cutting boards and toasters JUST for these foods for those hyper-allergic. Thank you so much to whoever was responsible for this. I absolutely ransacked your buffet and it was the first time I've been able to do so in years. Thank you! If you have food allergies I think this place is a safe place to look into booking with.

I didn't care too much about this, but as a heads up, for such an expensive city, it would've been nice to be able to store my leftovers from dinner in a fridge in my room.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was superb, so much on offer. Location was good as it was only a 5 minute walk into town

Our last breakfast we booked for 9am. It looked like the staff were maybe setting up for a function but they didn’t say anything so we sat down with our coffee and juice and headed up to get food. When we came back they had cleared all our full things and not said anything. So we had to go back and get them again and sat elsewhere. Then they started clearing away the breakfast items and move stuff from the coffee bar. We felt rushed. But no one had said anything otherwise we may have booked breakfast earlier.

Breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the isolation in the room was great, no sounds from other rooms. The location is pretty good, very close to the city centre and main avenues.

The unit was a bit cold even at maximum temperature, especially the bathroom which lacks any heating source. There was no closet to put away the clothes, just a rack with hangers. The bathroom light is timer controlled which makes it impossible to turn it back on while in the shower. These are minor issues though, the only things keeping this rating from a perfect 10.

We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was tasty and the hotel bar was relaxing.

The room we had smelled of sweat when we went in, a more thorough clean would have been good. We paid for a late checkout. During the last couple hours of the late checkout, we had the do not disturb sign up on our door as we were trying to sleep as had a late flight, however the cleaner/cleaners tried to access three time during this period. It would have been nice to eat at the cafe if they were open on weekends

The hotel is impressive, great infrastructure, very central (only 10 minutes from central station and shopping mall). Extra clean ! Room cleaning can be booked on demand. Service is awesome, I even had breakfast bag when I had to travel early. There is a great café,bar, and restaurant and very big lobby. A/C in rooms is very precise. Bathrooms are great within rooms and super clean in the lobby. Many tables in the lobby. Food is amazing in the restaurant and bar. Many elevators as well with no waiting time. Breakfast is also great ! Some variety would have been appreciated for long stays however. Last but not the least, the price was more than reasonable.

- For a long stay, the mattress was definitely too soft. - No desk, nor fridge in the room. I wish there was either a desk in the room, either a real calm working space somewhere in the hotel to be able to work/study in a quiet environment. Also, it would have been great to have a fridge.

Modern, new hotel, big, spacious rooms, tastefully decorated, staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable, the rooms were quiet, although right next to a busy road , you could not hear a thing. Breakfast is amazing, great, tasty choices.The Poppels brewery next to the hotel was an added bonus.

It can't be helped that the area surrounding the hotel is under construction, but it's quite a walk to any public transport. The rooftop terrace was closed on 3 different days no matter what time we tried to access it, which was a bit disappointing as it's why we booked the hotel to begin with. There's no wardrobe, just a mirror with hooks and hangers. A hot drink station in the room would be nice as well.

It's a really nice and spacious hotel, conveniently located for the Central Gothenburg Train & Bus Station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Vegan options at the breakfast buffet were good and staff were always happy to confirm if something was or was not suitable. Roof-top bar was lovely to sit in and watch the view after a busy day

It's not anything to do with the hotel but it is surrounded by building work (not their fault, there's a lot of regeneration happening!). However, the soundproofing is excellent so you don't hear a thing.

Lovely Lobby, staff were helpful and welcoming. This is definitely a slightly more high end hotel and with that is a higher price point, but in all honesty this was well met. The location is not very good if you are wanting the town, but is near to the bus station and the train station, along with a shopping centre. The location is quite good if you are coming in from ferry which is what I did. The overall Atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and if there was more availability then we would’ve extended our stay, which is not something I would usually do.

We were provided breakfast, which the first day most of the hot food had gone cold, and we had cold plates. Saying this, the second day was a huge improvement and these issues were not met. There was vegetarian options but unfortunately they were tucked away in the corner so I missed them, so I can’t provide my opinion - I am glad this was an option though.

the hotel is new, huge and has good facilities. the room was clean. breakfast was really good and we even got a breakfast package, as we had to leave very early (before breakfast time), which was really a lot of food. the staff was friendly and helpful. inside the hotel there is a nice bar and in the building there is also a great little brewery.

although the location is actually very good, there is currently a huge building site in front of the hotel. it was a bit uncomfortable to go through it every day. moreover, the room was not as quiet as expected. ok, but not very quiet.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean. Twin room was clean and well equipped with great shower. Fabulous facilities with cafe, restaurant and bar, plus a wonderful roof top bar and restaurant. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Lovely Breakfast buffet and despite being busy we never had to queue or felt hurried. Would definitely stay here again.

The only real downside was the location due to major construction works between the hotel and city meaning a confusing, dusty and unpleasant 5-10 minutes walk to the central area. When construction is complete it would be an ideal location with central train station and bus station close by. The room was quite small with not much space to hang clothes for a 4 day stay.
