The king-sized bed, draped in high-quality linens, ensured restful nights, while the sitting area offered a cozy nook to unwind. Modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi, catered to all my needs. The en-suite bathroom was a haven of relaxation, featuring a deep-soaking tub, rainfall shower, and premium toiletries. Dining at the hotel's SQ Bar & Restaurant was a gastronomic pleasure. Not much. Everything was nearly perfect.

Breakfast was fresh, a good mix of all you need early morning. Coffee service, tea, fruits, there were also waffle iron so you could make your own fresh waffle. The staff was friendly all the time, the rooms very clean, the restaurant high quality with good taste. We had fun at the bar with Daniel the resident barkeeper, he made tasty drinks and entertained with us and our son (1). We ordered for our son a baby crib and when we checked in, it was all nicely prepared. The hotel has a near and cool location, when you take the ferry right in front of the hotel you’re fast at any spot in Stockholm. The ambient and furniture in the hotel is clean, warm and cozy. We also ordered late night food and snacks by roomservice from the restaurant, worked very well without high extra payment. Finally it was a good choice for us and by next visiting Stockholm would book the same hotel again. I don’t need to share pictures because it looks exactly like shown by booking and also on their homepage. The spa we didn’t try out because they had some renovations at this week, maybe next time. There’s not much to say about something went wrong, just the mattresses where to soft for both of us.

The location of this hotel is amazing, with just a short ferry across to the main part of Stockholm and various attractions like the ABBA Museum and the VASA Museum. The room had a good selection of mini bar and snacks and tea making facilities, and this was topped up each day and rooms cleaned to a great standard. The staff were great :)

Room - Hairdryer cuts out lots, so took a long time to dry hair (take your own hairdryer!), only one very small window in the room so not much natural light. The beds were not 100% comfortable but still much needed after a long day walking around the city. Would have liked some English tea in the room selection - but soon got some from the breakfast buffet to have in the room. Was very disappointed that the gym and pool etc were an extra cost, as we had paid extra for this hotel in contrast to others to be able to have a gym and swim. Would have been good if these extra costs were highlighted on booking.

Loved every bit of my stay here. From the hospitality to the breakfast options and of course the view!! So amazing to wake up to that view every morning and located in a great location. Easy for us to get the ferry into town. They helped with making my sister’s birthday great. Thank you to all the staff there and a special thank you to Bakare for helping us on our last night at Elite. Everyone at the hotel made me and my siblings stay amazing! The property also has a storage area where we could leave our luggage safely after checking out at no extra cost and go into town before our flight in the evening. I would recommend to anyone visiting Sweden and can’t wait to return. Thank you again.

A big hotel by the seaside next to public ferry-stop. A very good and well-organized breakfast. Netflix with your own code. The hotel could add to their automatic e-mail instructions about the ferry, since it is the most sensible way to get to the city. Where does ot leave? What number? How do you pay it? What is SL app? What is the name of the city-stop? Which ferry you take back? What is the name of the hotel's ferry-stop?

Room 825 / 30m2 had just a little window in the left corner. I think it should be marked as "no window" -room. Could not figure out how to adjust temperature with blue and red light and worn out text on the switch. Finding a way to use shower was hilarious, took 15 mins before I noticed the instructions next to toilet-seat. If youre coming from harbour (Viking Line) the route is like three times longer than you think. Check Google-map walking route. You have to go round, get under a bridge, pull your trolley-bag in stairs, figure a way out of construction-site... But once you get there it is very safe and peaceful.

Friendly and efficient staff. Great interiors, clean, stylish, spacious and comfortable hotel. Amazing spa. Great view from the room. Local ferry stop right outside the hotel was very useful. Lovely tranquil location by the water with a view of the main city area and wooded areas across the water. The windows could be opened and fresh air let in which is increasingly rare in hotels! Room service was good quality. Breakfast was fantastic.

Mattress was a little bit soft. No phone in the room to call reception and the reception phone number on the pillow menu didn’t work.

Our initial room had broken air conditioning and the refrigerator didn’t work. We went to the front desk and reported the problem. Not only did they immediately change our room but they also gave us a complimentary spa visit for our troubles. The service was above and beyond. My room was large and comfortable with a nice seating area set off from the bed. The view of the harbor was lovely. The breakfast was well stocked and had everything that I could imagine from pastries to cereal, eggs to vegetables and fruit. The croissants were buttery, light and some of the best I have ever had. The spa was wonderful. The pool is large and was at a perfect temperature. Although I did not fully engage in the cleansing rituals, I enjoyed quiet meditation on the heated marble benches. Initially I was worried about the distance from Stockholm but the city water taxi stops literally right outside the front door and provides a direct link to the city and its attractions in about 15 minutes.

Breakfast was excellent, beyond our expectations. Although we didn't have a room with full full sea-view windows, our room did face the front. It was great to have a limited view through the 'slit' windows. Access to the hotel by commuter ferry is easy and not expensive.

There isn't much near the hotel, a small 'beer and boules' bar around the corner. A 20 minute walk there is a small selection of restaurants, a bit further a shopping centre with some more cafes.

We loved the location, very peaceful but close to the city center. There is a ferry (stop in front of the hotel) that goes to the city every 10-15 min. We travelled by car so it was very important for us to be able to leave a car somewhere. The hotel offers private parking (garage) for the price of 275 SEK per day.

The breakfast restaurant looked like a congress room with no windows nor daylight. Also, there was a huge screen on the wall of the restaurant where they were projecting football matches at night which we did not like. The screen was on during breakfast which we found unnecessary.

Hotel in a beautiful historic building, right on a waterfront. Good communication by water tram. Room was large and clean, not stuffy. We had no problems with noise in the room, slept very good. Being able to choose a pillow from a 'pillow menu' at no additional cost was a pleasant bonus. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety and local products, although not always clearly described. The service was very friendly. Wi-Fi had good coverage.

In my experience, nothing really. Just a minor problems with the lift, quite a walk to the nearest grocery. But my advice - be careful when booking a room. The view of the water is lovely, the view on the opposite side of the building, if you have a high enough floor, is ok, but you will see other people's balconies because the buildings behind the hotel are higher up. The rooms on the side of the hotel, on the other hand, although they had balconies, overlooked a rather narrow side street, which means practically a wall in the window if you are on a lower floor. I think the choice of room location in this holtel can make a big difference to the perception of your stay.
