Actually it was pretty good. Check-in was fast, room was nice. Air conditioning works well. There was no noise from the street or neighbours. Despite that the hotel locates next to the factory so it was totally quiet. Clean bedsheets, towels etc. Really close to ICA and boat and bus stations. Ever several cafe shop in 5 min distance.

Room service was everyday but they did not change towels or sheets, mostly only make up our bed and take the trash. It's okay, but I believe it would be great to have our sheets changed at least once. Other than that the metro station seems to be really close but you need to go through labyrinth of pavement to reach it. But anyway it was really great experience.

Very clean and spacious. The location is really good as it’s situated right outside a tram and we purchased the 72hr travel card which we were able to use throughout the whole of Stockholm. Therefore we saved monies by not staying in central. Free water and tea in the lobby. We didn’t get the breakfast option as they only offer cold breakfast but we went to the espresso house next door which offered great options and a few cafe down the road and the sky bar offers brunch. Supermarket few doors down too which offers a great variety. Free toiletries was offered but not replenished when finished so we had to ask for more. Free gym too.

the pillows were too soft and we asked for extra. We couldn’t check in before 3pm but we were able to leave our luggage in their storage facility. It’s also a Motel so bear in mind they don’t have a safe, mini fridge or telephone in the room.

Quirky colour scheme but gives off optimistic and happy vibes. Large sitting room with comfortable seating. Coffee on tap which was a great bonus. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to use the gym, so I can't comment on this. Good value breakfast, even though I would have loved my bacon, eggs and beans but I would certainly say their offerings were a much better healthy option. Several pieces of fresh pineapple certainly hit the spot. A very quiet hotel. Handy supermarket right next door for those late-night snacks. Handy tip (not connected to the hotel). Download the SL Journey Planner and fund it before you travel. Do not activate until you land in Sweeden. I found scanning using my phone a total breeze. An excellent plus point is that the Tram stops right outside the hotel.

There is no iron in the room, but they have one in the lobby behind the reception. Rooms a little small and lack of storage for clothing etc.

When we were back to the motel on the first day, one of our belongings that we had left in the room wasn’t there anymore. Not valuable so we didn’t make a formal complaint but asked in three different occasions if it had been taken by mistake and consequently later found for us. It never appeared. Not stressful but a bit frustrating and really weird.

Excellent location! Close to public transportation. Right next door to Espresso House, supermarket, and pharmacy which all came in so handy during our stay. Safe area. Friendly staff. Offers a widespread breakfast (pay separately but it was a good selection and we ate there every morning). Gym included but did not use it. Bathroom has a heated floor so shower water can dry faster. Motel here definitely does not mean the same thing in USA and that's a great thing!

We requested to the reception staff that Housekeeping come by to provide fresh towels and bedsheets. Reception said no problem they will take care of it today but no one ended up coming. We told the reception staff again at the end of the night and housekeeping came the following day.

the staff is adorable especially the women at the reception they were so nice. The hotel is so well located about 15/20min away from the center. I didn’t have trouble with transports. plus, there is a supermarket and a drugstore nearby. the hotel is very much nice. the lobby is colorful, took a cocktail there and loved it. The breakfast was also very yummy. I definitely recommend it. the only problem is was the temperature in the room. it was soooooo cold I had two sweats on. there was a problem with the heat. the room stayed cold the whole trip. the reception gave a me a mini heating that helped me heat the place to sleep. but the rest of the room stayed very cold. It’s the only thing that caused me problem.

We loved the proximity to public transportation, especially the ferry. Grocery store and coffee shop next to the hotel helped, too. We could walk everywhere. The other aspect that stood out was the helpfulness of the friendly staff. So kind and down to earth. We loved being greeted in the morning and upon our return fe exploring the city.

At times, it was a little stressful to make sure we got to ferry or public transportation on time, but overall that did not stem from the property itself.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are small but well equipped (towels, hair dryer, hangers, TV). Breakfast is amazing, you will always find something for yourself because of variety of things. The stuff is very helpful and kind. The bus station heading to city centre is just next to the building.

Small number of tables to eat the breakfast so sometimes you have to eat on tables that are placed in lobby, which are not convenient and comfortable for eating.

LOVED the room! For a motel, this is definitely one of the best I've stayed in due to it's comfortability. It is also relatively close to the city centre and other attractions in stockholm, so travelling to other parts was seamless. Staff were also helpful and nice too! Was recommended to me by other friends, and I have stayed here three times and have recommended it to other friends as well!

I think the only thing was that there was some miscommunication with the staff with regards to placing our stuff in the luggage storage room. We wanted to place it there for about 2 nights and initially over the phone, the staff mentioned to me that it was alright. However, on site they mentioned that it was not possible, but eventually let us due to what I was told earlier on the phone. This could be made clearer, as some visitors might be on a tighter budget, and may not want to pay so much when renting lockers. Other than that, loved the stay!

Well it’s first time I’m writing a review otherwise I don’t spend a time on this type of things. Idk why it’s called Motel. It was clearly 4 star Hotel at minimum. Really surprised with the interior design including the lobby, corridors and room. Bathroom was the best hotel bathroom i have ever been. It was small room but they did good job on decorating it. About the price, i feel like I’m the one scamming them lol. You can’t find hotels like this at this price range. Also the location was so convenient where u can take bus or tram right in front of the building and go anywhere u want. Receptions were nice and kind. If i visit Stockholm again I will definitely stay in Motel L

Maybe - more options for breakfast - kettle in the room would be cool
