The property is in Andermatt Reus which is the new side of Andermatt. We loved the 2x 1 bed apartments we stayed in ( 3.3 and 3.4 in the Alpenrose building), they are the ones with the pink armchairs. We had everything we needed to cook in the apartment, enjoyed walking over into town to the Coop for fresh food. There is a bus every 15 minutes if you want to go over to Gemstock. Or you can walk the 5 minutes to go up the Gutsch Express for the main mountain which links up to Dieni > Sedrun > Disentis. We skied our way over to Disentis and caught the train back from there which was just a STUNNING train ride. The apartment is also perfectly located for winter walking routes along the river, and for cross country skiing at the Nordic Centre. Amazing skiing up the long valley and in loops around the Nordic centre. What else to tell you? It is a developing side of Andermatt but there are 3 or 4 restaurants including the Radisson Blu, a great ski shop, a cute coffee stall van outside. They are working hard to create a vibe. And once the next 5 start hotel is built there then I think the critical mass of people will be there to give the area full momentum.
Not the property’s fault but I read you could pay to use the pool at the Radisson Blu but it was unavailable every day / it relies on a limited of non-existent number of slots being available for outsiders. Andermatt definitely needs to build a pool / leisure centre like many alps towns have.

Initially we were put in a 3 bedroom-apartment where one of the bedrooms was completely open to the living room, with no privacy at all or sound protection - an issue especially if you have kids like was our case. We then complained and got upgraded to a very nice 3 bedroom-apartment, what we really appreciated. Our second time in this complex and we like a lot the views, the modern buildings and the fact that it's walking distance to restaurants, the village and the mountains.
I think sometimes staff could be a bit more flexible and put more effort on a more personalized experience in terms of checking if an early or late check out is possible, for example, as well as what kind of apartment you will get (they only say "we cannot guarantee"). We asked for high chairs for the kids and they also said they didn't have any since it was full, so would suggest they order more as this is quite important with kids.

The best place to be to escape the summer heat. Very clean, hotel style apartments with all amenities included, new building and close to the village and the train station. Breath taking view outside the building.
My apartment had practically no view except a small angle from the living room and balcony. All rooms overlooked a construction site, the construction noise was heard from 6 am till 4 pm. Would have loved a discount for those apartments not having any views to the mountains. Also there was no access except from the parking lot which made the walking distance longer. But I believe after the construction is done it would be a 10/10. It is a little far from main tourist towns like Interlaken and Lucerne around 2 hours train ride.

We were upgraded from a standard apartment as compensation for the building being unfinished, with the only access was via the parking garage. This was no inconvenience and was actually the most direct walk to the bus stop anyway. The style and finish of the apartment was really high end and luxurious. Great to have Nespresso machine. Really well stocked kitchen. Great to have washing machine and dryer. Nice to have the glazed balcony (vinter garten).
We weren’t told about the sauna, relaxation area and lounge with pool table on the ground floor and only discovered these on our penultimate day. The wind howls through gaps in the glazing of the vinter garten. There was only one pillow per person and they were very flat pillows. Would be good to have more pillows and varying thicknesses.

The apartment was modern and spacious and provided more than enough room for three people. The ski lockup was really handy, lots of room for ski storage with private lockers and luxury boot heaters. We enjoyed the leisure room for many hours during our stay.
The apartment was unbearably hot when we arrived as was the entire facility. Even though we turned down the heat we needed the outside door open for most of our stay. Apartment was missing some simple storage space for food supplies. We also found the lighting to be difficult. With only the under counter LED to light the entire kitchen I needed the light on my phone to operate the oven or see into the bottom cupboards.

Very new and clean accommodation.
We stayed in an apartment with a mezzanine floor. The stair case up to the mezzanine was very steep so much so that it was difficult to go up and down stairs without the fear of falling. If any of us had a ski injury it would have been impossible to sleep up there. We had to unpack our clothes downstairs and carry a few up at a time as it was too dangerous to carry a heavy bag up and down. The lighting was very dull too, there should be more and brighter lights. The apartment felt gloomy and dark, however we were out all day skiing but at night it was very dull.

The staff we among the kindest and most genuinely helpful service-oriented professionals we have come across in our travels. They each went above and beyond for us. From storing our luggage, to early check in, to a room upgrade, to assisting us with shipping our boards back home to Australia, all with a smile! This team cannot be faulted! We are so impressed and it made such a difference to us. THANK YOU. Beyond this, the room was STUNNING and SO well designed/engineered. The kitchen was immaculate and well-stocked. The rain shower was perfect and bed super comfy. We could have stayed for two weeks!
Nothing - loved it all!

Our apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped. The underground car park has lift direct to your apartment level. The apartment was lovely and quiet. The staff from management were patient and helpful with all our questions A short walk from the apartment for trains and supermarket and some great walking tracks
The washing machine was in a separate room downstairs and required 2 CHF, as we didn’t have any currency we had to do a special withdrawal costing 4.5 CHF from the ATM. It seems so petty to charge to use the washing machines

The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious! We had a Superior room, which has a bedroom as well as a pull out sofa. We loved having two full bathrooms and a kitchen area. The ski lockers had boot warmers, which left our ski boots nice and toasty to start the morning. The nearest bus station is a quick walk away and is located next to the concert hall. Be sure to note the bus schedule, or its a quick walk to the village if the weather is nice.
Not many breakfast options nearby early in the morning. The Biselli only has beverages and croissants starting at 8:30AM, and hot breakfast starting at 9AM, which puts you on the slopes kinda late.

Amazing interior Spacious The building is new and very clean with underground parking Two bathrooms in one bedroom apartment Greatly equipped Modern Lots of storage space
We had only 2 nights stay and arrived late in the evening when it was already dark, so only at 7 am in the morning we realized that right in front our window is a huge construction and unfortunately that day it made some enormous noise that hasn’t been there before. We were offered to move to another apartment, but as we had only 2 nights stay and lots of travel plans for the day we didn’t have time to move and the next morning we had checkout. The staff was very nice but no other compliment or discount was offered. It was a bit disappointing taking into the account that we came to the mountains to rest and sleep well. So if you plan to wake up later than 7 am during the weekdays of your stay better check that you booked the apartment with another view
