Holiday Park facilities are excellent .Room view and bedrooms are good and spacious.

Only problem was bed sheets and quilt coves we had to put our self. We were going for holidays and after tiring day with doing activities we was annoying making our own beds and putting pillowed amd quilt covers.

We all had an excellent time at Swiss Holiday Park. We spent our time on a variety of activities (swimming in the adventure pool, mini golf, bowling, badminton, ping pong, hiking, playing on the playgrounds, and we spend some time in the arcade). We also liked that we were an easy drive into Lucerne for an afternoon of sightseeing as well. We stayed in one of the apartments, so I can't speak to the restaurants. There was an Aldi close by where we did our grocery shopping and the on site store was great as well.

Temperatures in Switzerland were very high, outside of the normal range, so we really felt the lack of air conditioning. I would recommend screens on the windows to help with flies and bugs entering.

Great facilities for families with children of every age (playgrounds, pool, bowling, gocarts, climbing walls and much more). Small kids pay a reasonabke flat daily rate and can use the kids buffet, which is very good and varies every day.

No air conditioning in the rooms and heavy duvets in summer... In our room there were 30 degrees, we had to sleep with open windows and basically without the covers. I understand no air conditioning in Switzerland, but why don't they put just plain sheets on the beds, instead of duvets?? The food for adults was monotonous,every day the same choice of salads and appetizers. Kids buffet was much better and changing every day.

This is a great place for families - a lot of different activities in a beautiful scenery. The swimming pool is heated which is a bonus. The staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is good. It is easy to take the bus to Brunnen and other connections from there.

I would have liked to know beforehand that you have to pay for towels and soap if you are staying in an apartment. I think this is ridiculous and should always be included at your accommodation. Also, since we were staying in an apartment, we had to make our own beds upon arrival. I was not very happy, I am on a vacation.

Location and Secure parking were important to me. The facilities looked good however, I did not have time to use them. It is more a family orientated place than for a solo traveller such as myself. The place was very clean and comfortable and run very efficiently with very pleasant staff and the breakfast was superb

The hostel rooms were tiny. I had one room for two and I’m not sure how two adults would have managed in there. Also, the food prices were expensive, even a bottle of tap water on the table cost 7.5 French francs.

The location and the several activities available for families and for kids. we enjoyed the cinema, bowling, swimming, horse riding, mini golf, badminton, the Children’s play ground and tge Forrest nearby.

Staff in charge of children’s activities didn’t speak English or French, just German. left my daughter for a couple of hours in the Children’s club and no one talked to her nor they gave her any instructions in English or French; despite asking about it before. I took her for horse riding, no one spoke much English either.

Great facilities and plenty of activities for kids (pools, trampolines, play areas, horse riding, cinema, mini golf etc). Everything is thought in detail for families and for kids, from activities to essentials like food for babies and for kids, steps in the bathroom, cribs for babies and bed protections for kids. Best pizza we had in Switzerland so far :)

Our room was on the first floor facing the street and was very noisy in the evening. Next time we would specifically ask for a room not facing the street. The price is quite high.

The location and view of the facility were perfect. If you chose the right room, you could see the sunrise and sunset. There were many social areas and it was fun. There were many opportunities for children. There is a paid indoor parking lot for each apartment, you can reach the apartment directly from the parking lot.

There are no towels for the bathroom, we were surprised that they asked for an additional fee for towels. Come to the facility with your towel, otherwise, you will have to pay for towels.

We are an American family on sabbatical in France and this was one of our European side trips. We’ve discovered our kids (8, 10) can only handle so many museums, crowds, and culture and this was an effortless and fun way to show them the beauty and culture of Switzerland. You will be vacationing with Swiss, Germans, and French- 2/3 of whom speak excellent English- and watching the Western Europeans vacay is always a good time! The staff was excellent, the room impeccably clean, and the location spot on.

We reserved an apartment which has a minimum amount of supplies and included amenities/activities. We had read enough reviews to know we would have to pay extra for everything except pool access but we only stayed three nights, didn’t overly restrict our activities, and only added about €400 in costs to the bill. It would be nice to have more amenities included, but Switzerland is an expensive place!

Located in quiet place,away from busy road,surrounded by nature like mountains,woods in panoramic location.Big enought for all swimming pool.Activities or indoor playground for kids.Staff was friendly and informative.Apartments its like feeling home.Kitchen,dishwasher,washing machine and tumble dryer(for small fee) just across the road,balcony. Flat number #906 left our family very happy 🙂
