There is a pizzeria/restaurant named Ricardo’s. Food and drinks are great! Staff is extremely pleasant and polite!

Room (with balcony) is small and noisy, since the balcony faces the main street. No amenities such as coffee/chocolate machines. Water bottles are not replenished during the stay. Pictures on booking website gives the feeling that is a tremendous hotel in the alps. Don’t be foolish, look for videos at youtube. It is just a nice hotel. Nothing more than that. Last but not least least, bas value for money (expensive towards what delivers).

It is in the Center close to the lake and shops - has a bar and restaurant at ground floor if you want to relax without going out you just go down. You don’t hear the noises in your room well isolated.

Breakfast was included but very minimal. Reception with Colombian employee was great- in the morning there was somebody else at reception not nice or friendly at all. Employees make really difference.

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable One had no support at all, the other was like a concrete block No mini fridge

it is a short walking distance to Lake St. Moritz and 2 big supermarkets.

I inadvertently booked a deluxe room and a standard room. The deluxe room is in the original building. The room and furnitures are aged and lacked of maintenance. The bathroom is so small that only a petite sized person can move freely. The shower door could not be shut because they were not lined up. The next day I moved to a standard room that is in the new wing. the room is only a bit smaller than the so called “deluxe room”. Since it is newer, I like it better than the deluxe room.

Clean, good position, lovely bar and restaurant downstairs .

To hot.... underfloor heating so unable to regulate, had the windows open all the time, maybe it it's how most stays are like, where we are now is the same.

Clean, modern, included breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, fruit, bread, ham, various cheeses, juice, espresso, tea, cereal, some fresh vegetables). Dry sauna & steam room. Next to bus stop in St. Moritz Bad. Nice little balcony overlooking city street. Nice walk along (frozen) lake to downtown St. Moritz. The 2 bedroom family room had 2 bathrooms which was also lovely.

We came in December, rooms were very hot even though we turned the temperature all the way down. Front desk person didn’t know what to do, so we slept with balcony door ajar, which let it in some street noise, but at least the temperature was bearable.

Highly recommended for skiing: ski room, ski buses in front of the hotel every 10 minutes (to both Corviglia and Corvatsch), comfortable relaxing area with saunas and steam room. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, buffet breakfast is tasty and with enough choice, staff is nice and helpful - remember to buy ski passes in the hotel with a significant discount. I also recommend hotel restaurant Riccardo’s with great Italian food. Together with a cafe/bar it seems like one of the most lively places in St. Moritz. For the price I paid I’d give 11/10 if I could.

Good location. Reachable by local bus#1 and 6. Good restaurant with Pizzas and nice break fast. Local transportation is very usefull. Can reach anywhere.

Called the reception to confirm the bus number to reach Hotel. Was missguided as #9. Called twice to reconfirm as the Google maps was showing #1. On reconfirmation as #9, we reached the stop and had to carry the luggages on a steep road for over 5 minutes. we are senior citizens and this really pissed us off when we reached and saw the Bus#1 was stopping in front of the Hotel.

Lovely cosy hotel and a good location. The bus stops are right outside so it was easy to get to and from the station. Spacious room. The bar and lounge were lovely to sit and relax in. Good breakfast.

We had a problem with the room lock and was just given a key which was still temperamental but no one came to look at it at all. We only stayed for one night so didn't push it further. If we were staying for longer i would have asked to swap rooms as at one point we thought we were locked out for good.

The hotel was clean and nice. Good breakfast. Kind and nice staff. It deserves to get even one more star as the rooms look really good inside, there is even a spa on the last floor. They should add to rooms fridge and kettle. The bus stop is just a next to a hotel and it takes you anywhere around. They can give you a free transport pass upon staying there min 3 days.

Some guests were too loud and I Heard them behind a wall.
