Accommodating of 4 people in 1 apartment for the same price as 3 people. The View was Spectacular. The Staff were very kind, and heated up food for us that we purchased outside. They said they cannot Provide a Table Fan, but they did. Very sweet of them.

The lock of the Bathroom Door was spoilt and not working. Either I got myself locked 🔒 in or had to use the washroom with fear 😰 of the next person entering, accidentally. But they said they will set it right after we leave. No Exhaust Fan in the Bathroom, to let vapor or bad odor out. if u kept windows of Bathroom open in the evening, mosquitoes 🦟 would enter. only 1 way out was to keep bathroom windows open (for aeration ) with to turn lights off.

The view out our room was FANTASTIC! Fantastic hotel and staff! I arrived downstairs well before opening and the staff was great. We lost our luggage and talked to several caring people that tried to help. Breakfast was very good. Greta small town with access to everything via train. Mount Stoos was nearby and and even better view at Fronalpsrock was even better than in Brunnen and both are amazing.

We had a very loud heckler, likely drunk very noisy at 3-5 am. The weather was perfect so we had the windows open. To not to close the window so we tried turning up the fan. Out of hotels control as not sure if down on street or someone staying in the hotel. Would absolutely stay again though!

Hotel was very clean, linens were lovely, tap water was amazing, shower head felt like a massage with the amazingly hot water. Maria was very helpful and extremely nice. All the staff were.

I did not enjoy having down pillows as the only option as they get way too flat for me and the room was a bit stuffy. We opened the bathroom window over night and it helped with that the second night. Beds were too soft for me personally so i did not get great sleep but I’m sure others might prefer them that way. Relatively minor things overall though.

Breakfast could be a bit more various; feels a bit instant; cold meat, cheese, jam ;-( hot meal would be awesome e.g. sausages and scrambled eggs.

Wonderful location with a lake and mountain view. A lot of restaurants nearby to enjoy the view. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Paid parking is about 100m from the hotel (10 CH)

I was misled by the pictures attached to our room (Standard Double Room with Lake View) - there was a big window, in some pictures I could also see a balcony. In reality our room had just a small window in the building roof. It was a disappointment for us because I specifically searched for a good view and the pictures did not match the reality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always very cordial, especially for breakfasts in the morning. The room was fantastic, very clean and modern. I had a view to the lake and the mountains. It was just breath taking! I will gladly come back to this hotel again!

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like with the hotel. It was absolutely a wonderful place that I would come back to again. I cannot sing this hotel's praises enough. It was a great location and a great hotel.

This hotel is right in the heart of Brunnen, and we could walk everywhere. It was a 2 minute walk to the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife making workshop. We had private/dedicated parking for our entire stay, which was great when you have tired kids after a day of sight seeing in the local area. Breakfast was good, with enough variety to satisfy a picky toddler and food sensitivities. The most amazing thing about our stay was the view from our apartment. We could watch the boats on the lake and wake up to the water and mountain fresh air.

Stunning location right on the edge of the lake. Our family apartment had a beautiful view and was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all amenities well stocked. The staff are absolutely amazing and quite hospitable, which really was a highlight of our stay. Breakfast has lovely options from a wide range of breads, pastries, croissants, a commercial grade self serve espresso machine for hot drinks, many fruits, nuts, yogurt, cereals, meats, cheeses, and eggs. The location is very central (ferry right across the street, train station a 10 min walk, bus stop around the corner, groceries 5-10 mins away) and it has many restaurants, shops, and activities nearby. Would love to stay here again.

Overall the hotel is ok but a little dated but today’s standards especially in view of the price paid. The view was as expected of the lake. Breakfast was standard. It was good but not exceptional when compared to other places at this price.

Rooms need a bit of a refresh. The floor boards in the rooms squeaked quite considerably which woke my partner when I went to the bathroom during the night.

Great hotel with amazing views of Lake Lucern and very close to the Brunnen lake terminal giving access to many lake cruises. Only a short drive to the amazing Stoos funicular allowing access to some of the most amazingly beautiful mountain walks in Switzerland. Our room, facing Lake Lucern, was large with generous onsuite, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast choice was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is exceptional with a vibrant community and lots of choice regarding cafes, restaurants. Recommend this hotel to any traveller.
