Location is great, room was comfortable, I also had a balcony but didn’t use it much, view is amazing

I missed a kettle in the room to drink warm water, during a day I could just go downstairs to the bar, how we in the evening it wasn’t possible. Also it would be nice to have some cutlery. Bathroom had some mold but that’s what you get in old buildings. Also last one, would be nice to have more light spots in the room, personally I found it to be quite dark

The hotel room is clean and comfy including the bathroom, they provide breakfast too but we are not managed to have it as we have an early flight to catch. They also provide a complimentary small sewing kit, which we feel it's very thoughtful. You may tell them the estimated arrival time and they allow us to do an early check-in if the room is ready. There's city tax you need to pay upon check in. The hotel is very near to the Zurich HB train station, around 5 minutes walk. There are many restaurants and bar nearby.

As there are many bar nearby, it's quite noisy at night but you can close the window. Also, the air-conditioner in our room is not working and the TV is a bit small and put on the table instead of mounting on the wall.

The room was small but all I needed and very comfortable. I stayed in 3 different hotels in the week and the bed and pillows were the best I'd slept on. It's 300 meters from Zurich HB and in the middle of all the action of the Alstadt. The room was soundproof and there is an AC which helped tremendously as it was very hot in Zurich the week I was there. There are no coffee making facilities in the room but Starbucks is 400 meters away and there are plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. Coop is also only 300m away so this is a good option if you want to grab a baguette for breakfast. The Chinese restaurant next door serves amazing food! #justsaying Everything is walking distance from the hotel... And the lake is a short tram ride away. If you're feeling adventurous grab a Lime scooter (use your Uber App to unlock it) and scoot down to the lake for a swim.

The TV in my room didn't work! No coffee machine / kettle or a fridge in the room. Breakfast is expensive!

I liked that it was in a great location for walking around town and close to the train station! AC worked really well and we had a nice view of the river and town! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Had to get used to the shower as to not flood the bathroom! TV didn’t work. They stated they knew and someone was supposed to be coming to fix situation. I know you shouldn’t be watching TV on vacation but a little wind down at night is nice. Old building and felt very sterile. Had cement walls made you feel like you were in a bunker but suppose that is part of the charm (didn’t really dislike that).

Excellent small hotel Riverside in Zurich center. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. For context : our flight was delayed due to technical issues and we reached the hotel at 10:30 pm, however the staff stayed back and helped us with our check in. The location was central, beautiful and the surrounding atmosphere was great. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was a clean and stylish roomy with a great view of lake Zurich. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay.

This hotel was just what we needed for a last minute, one-night stay in Zurich. It has a very convenient location, within walking distance of main attractions and restaurants. It’s above a cafe/bar, and check-in process was easy. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The room was very clean and modern. They provided essential toiletries and amenities (WiFi, AC, private bathroom, dryer, etc). The bed was very comfortable and roomy for two people.

A little noisy from the surrounding bars and restaurants but was fine with the window closed.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Irina, who was at the hotel reception. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and responsive! Our check-in experience was greatly assisted by her, and she provided us with valuable information about the city. Additionally, she helped us purchase railway tickets for our upcoming journey to another city. We had a breathtaking view from our window of the city, the river, and the embankment. I must highlight the superb positioning of the hotel, which added to the overall positive experience. Many thanks for facilitating a truly delightful time during our stay at the hotel!

Good hotel located in the center of tourist area and very near of train station. In fact the hotel could be more appropiate for young people because there is a bar un the first floor which is open until midnight with music and people having a good time. But really we enjoy the stay and also had some drings in the bar with the good music. And the staff is very friendly and hepful. Finally I could say that this is not the usual hotel that we use to stay, buy really we enjoy the stay.

I could say that the room was a bit small.

There is no kettle for boiling water.

The location was perfect. You can access all the important places on foot. The room was clean and cozy compared to my price, especially in Swiss where everything is costly. I hope you get the rooms that have a river-side view (large with two beds rooms)

The bath was small and very old-fashioned without ceramics. You cannot use the elevator after 1 am. You had to bring an electric converter plug for your outlets or ask them. the wifi speed was less than 20 Mbps. (poor internet connection)
