I remember passing by this hotel in Zurich and being amazed at its location. I purposely booked a room to experience the hotel and its location this time. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Famous Paradaplatz, allowing for multiple choices for transit use, and the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its high-end shops and cafes. The hotel is also located in the city's old section, making walking in any weather enjoyable. It is also within walking distance of Lake Zurich, Bellevueplatz, Train Station, and Zurich's old, cobblestone streets. This place is at the heart of it all, with the price tag of other hotels nearby. The room was great. Due to the heavy rain on this trip, I utilized the room more than usual. I loved that the room included fresh fruit on the table, a big bottle of mineral water and a personalized note welcoming me. This was a pleasant and unexpected treat—a lovely touch and enough to want me to return. There is also a hot beverage machine with complimentary coffee and tea. I could make myself comfortable sitting back and relaxing while watching a movie thanks to the TV Chromecast allowing direct streaming from my phone to the TV. The staff was excellent!! The front desk person, Crazy-nails (you know who you are), helped me check-in. She was delightful and put a smile on my face. Very friendly and social. It made me feel more like a good friend than a paying guest. It was a very refreshing change after a tough week.

The only thing I hated was that it had nothing to do with the hotel. I am in Zurich on a weekend during the Christmas Market. The hotel is usually quiet, surrounded by older structures and no traffic. However, this does not stop the odd drunken person from yelling at the top of their lungs in between these buildings, which worked me up both nights I was there. Again, the hotel has no control over this, so please do not hold it against them. You may want to request a room in the quietest part of the hotel.

- Very well situated in the center of the city, 10 minutes walk from the main train station, close to the old city and the lake - Very friendly staff, which also spoke excellent English - Room came with backpack, umbrella, and even a yoga mat! - Excellent breakfast with different types of bread, eggs, salmon, pancakes.

If I really want to be picky, I can mention that the ladies who were doing the rooms on Saturday morning around 9 am were chatting rather loudly, when I was still waking up. I asked the to be quiet and they did. But that's really the only less good thing I can say.

We recently stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful during check-in. Our room was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is ideally located in the old town, just a 15-minute easy walk from the train station. While there are many church bells, they weren't too loud and didn't disturb our sleep at night. The breakfast provided was good, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We requested an upper floor room with a view and were delighted to receive exactly that.

We had a special room but unfortunately, there was no elevator access, and we had to carry our large luggage up the stairs.

This boutique hotel was a great find. It's close to everything but tucked away on a side street. I was really impressed by the high level of design, cleanliness, attention to detail (they've thought of everything), the quality of the bed and pillows and products and the little extras like my fruit plate. The room was blissfully quiet and the automatic room darkening shades were on point. The coffee and breakfast items were also plentiful and delicious. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends.

Excelleent hotel, we were very happy, it is the best place to stay in the center of Zurich, we were very happy to have stayed, impecable! I wish to thank the staff for their kind hospitality. Will sure to come back and recommend to friends!

I do not understand why we had to fill in a very detailed form for the check in, most hotels everywhere have stopped that kind of practice. Usually guests are required to look at a form with information as they entered at the time of booking and only need to put the signature. They should have asked to check the passport or ID card and keep a record of those documents, instead of asking guests to spend 10 miutes to fill in a form.

Hotel location is excellent, right in the middle of Zurich historic Old Town, a few minute (less than 10 minute) walk to almost everything, foods, drinks, shops, and attractions, but on a small side street, like an alley, about one block off the Bahnhofstrasse, the famous shopping street. The hotel is a boutique hotel with excellent facilities, clean, modern look, and confortble spacious room. Breakfast is good and hours are excellent, from 6:30 to 12 noon! The staff were very attentive, and courteous.

Breakfast variety is OK. The salad and fruits are not too fresh on one of the mornings Could/should offer a bit more hot food options, such as egg cooked to order.

The property itself was beautiful and well managed. The breakfast was great and the location was lovely.

The very very large, very very loud clock face that towers over the property makes sleeping difficult. It chimes every 15mins until very late at night and starts again early morning. The property supplies earplugs but that’s not very comfortable and also not suitable for children (mine didn’t sleep well at all). Europeans are probably used to it but being from Australia it certainly kept us awake!

There are few points should be known to all the visitors: 1- cars are not allowed in the hotel area, you can use your car only for drop on - off your luggage, otherwise you will have to park in public parking away around 10 minutes walk from the hotel 2- Hotel has no AC but they provide fans 3- The decorations of the suite I stayed in was amazing, but to enter the room you will have to climb a long stairs which will be difficult if you have kids/ elderly people 4- the location of the hotel is amazing just few steps from all the restaurants and designers shop 5- breakfast was fine they provide live egg cooking which I appreciated
