Our room was nice. We love the hotspring tub. Extra bonus point for the automated toilet seat with bidet. I just wish they have onsite washer and dryer. The nearby laundromart is about 3-5mins walking. The breakfast spread was okay. Free parking lots are available. Their staffs were helpful when i requested extra towel for my kid. There are outdoor hotspring at the rooftop. But i didnt got time to try.

Breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. Location is excellent and close to train station. We stayed in the family room with 3 beds. The room is spacious with a big washroom.

With the shower, the hot spring tub, the sink and the toilet seat all inside a single washroom, it can be rather inconvenient if one wishes to enjoy the hot spring and another wishes to go to toilet. Also the washroom got quite wet after each shower. One would need to be extra careful in getting into the tub. The communal hot spring facilities mixed men with women and required users to wear swimming suit. So it is not that popular. Luckily, the in-room hot spring is good.

The breakfast was very nice with a lot of selections. I would have preferred a more rural location but if you like being in the center of the city this is the place for you. There are a lot of fast food and small dish restaurants and if you look around you can find some seafood places in the area. The car park was convenient. The bathroom and tub was big and good for soaking in the springs.

My wife didn't like the grey carpet in the room. I would have preferred a view of something green rather than a city view.

I like how cosy the property is. Perhaps because it’s not a large hotel, the staff were especially attentive. They also paid great attention to cleanliness. The restaurant staff can be seen cleaning the food station every 5 min, and topping up food items even though they were far from being empty.

Nothing! It’s almost the perfect hotel that I’ve always been looking for.

It is so close to the train station. You should take the train operated by the Taiwan Railroad and the station will stop right in the town and you get out and one and a half block is the hotel.

They did not allow early check in and the room will not be ready till 3 pm

Excellent facility. I would love to stay at this hotel again next time I am up for a hot spring vacation in Taiwan. To my surprise, the immediate surrounding was quiet yet bustling with local cuisines at relatively cheap price. The giant marble built-in bath tub in the room allowed for soaking in the private hot spring for as long as I desired and for as many times as I wanted. My room had a balcony and the night scene was fabulous while sitting at the balcony sipping cognac in early April. Most hotel occupants have probably left for home at the end of a long weekends. Hotel restaurant was quite empty on the last day of my stay. As a result, a romantic dinner for was called for, with extra prawns on the barby to boot Extra towel sets were no issues at all. Super friendly concierge.

The thermostat was a bit tricky so room temperature was either too humid or too cold. Was curious as to why hot spring water temperature during the day is relatively colder than that during the night. It worked out just fine but just curious.

Great location, very central in Jiaoxi hotspring area. The room was VERY spacious. Overall, an excellent value for anyone looking for a hotel with a in-room hotspring bath. Outdoor public hotspring pools are also available in 1F (feet bath) and on the rooftop (bath). PS: Very convenient parking lot.

- The window-less breakfast restaurant located in B1 isn't doing a great job at lighting up the day. - While it was pouring rain outside, the desk staff was reluctant at first to lend us some hotel umbrellas.. we had to insist to get them. - There were NO POWER PLUG on the bed shelves, nor nearby the beds.

Good location close to downtown, hotel staff are nice and good service. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends if they come to 礁溪.

Breakfast may need improvement such as food variety compared to other hotel I have stayed.

Hotel room is spacious, clean and comfy. There is hot spring bath in room and I enjoyed it a lot. Many shops and eateries surrounding the hotel, which is very convenient for traveller to find food and do shopping.
