We spent a wonderful 7 nights at Via Hotel Breeze in Taipei. The hotel initially booked for 4 nights, but we were so impressed that we extended our stay. The exceptional service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. They were efficient, polite, and always willing to assist. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ellis Chung, the front desk supervisor. He went above and beyond to help me rent a car, even communicating with local agencies on my behalf to ensure a smooth booking process. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The comfortable beds, huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and ample amenities made for a truly luxurious stay. The hotel's convenient location, just 2 minutes from the MRT station, allowed us to easily explore all of Taipei's top attractions within 30 minutes. Overall, our stay at Via Hotel Breeze was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei.

Wi-Fi speed and stability can be improved

It was my 2nd stay and I really loved the room and facilities available. The room is huge, clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and steam bath really soothed my soul and body. There's a huge lounge known as Travellers Kitchen on 2nd floor that provides unlimited hot beverages, soft drinks, snacks, candies, dessert, breads and instant noodles day and night, for FREE. I must also compliment the friendly staff at the hotel who helped solve my handphone charging problem.

Great location, peaceful most of the time but has enough food places, convenient stores, and a 3min walk from the metro. I love their bathroom with heated toilet seats, steam bath, and fully functional bathtub. Best part is free food and drinks. nothing fancy but the basics to get you going throughout the day.

It could use a little addition of towel/clothes rack in the bathroom but nothing too major.

The room and bathroom were spacious. It was located close to the MRT station which made it very convenient to travel to the center. No breakfast facilities but they did provide facilities to have tea/coffee with bread and toast. The staff were very helpful, courteous and efficient.

Everything was perfect. No complaints at all.

Were greeted warmly n presented with special new year gifts. A good gesture which compensates for the high cost of staying during new year eve. Having said that I must also compliment for the best facilities in the room which is huge m comes with a jacuzzi n steam bath in separate areas. Overall a very enjoyable stay in Via Breeze. Will definitely visit again.

Has a nice laundry room and provides soap and other amenities in the lobby. The room itself was big and comfortable with a nice washroom.

Room could be a little cleaner.. The hotel was old but renovated however our room still felt a little old which didn't bother us too much. Nice hotel but a bit expensive for the quality

Great location , few minutes from MRT station. Lots of food places near by. Big room and bathroom and the travellers kitchen for simple breakfast and snacks/drinks day and night is good. Highly recommended.

Air con temperature didn't really seem to change.

The hotel provide light breakfast - snack and instant noodles as well as beverages tea coffee at level 2 - we can enjoy our time there 🙏👍👍

Nice place to stay away from main city but very close to a train station . Big nice clean room with family room and bedroom. 2 TVs , nice big bathroom with jacuzzi. In room coffee and 24 hours free restaurant with great choices of food. Very friendly staff

Spacious room and near to MRT station and other convenience store such as Family Mart and 7-Eleven. The hotel lobby ambience was superb.

No bidet in the toilet
