Short distance to airport. Clean room. Helpful staff.

Area around the villa is not what I had expected. Didn't feel safe to go out alone. Roads leading to the villa are not paved and location is difficult to find.

This apartment was amazing - we were only there for a few hours over night, but I think we could happily have lived there. Everything was very modern and clean. The host and his staff were also amazing. We asked to leave our big backpacks at the accommodation prior to travelling to Zanzibar for a week, which was allowed at a very reasonable rate. As we had trouble finding the place and were then running late to catch a plane, January (staff members) met us at the airport to collect our bags. He really went over and above - exceptional service!

It was really hard to find, although this could have been due to significant road upgrade works preventing us from accessing the property in the most direct route, and Google Maps being very confused!

If you're making a short trip to Dar Es Salaam and you need to be close to the airport, this place is perfect. Rooms are small but clean, and it has everything you need (including air conditioning and plenty of drinking water) at a great price. Be sure to book your airport pickup through the Villa management, because the villa is extremely difficult to find, and regular taxi drivers would have difficulty. (Even the driver sent by the villa made a wrong turn trying to find it!)

If you are spending several days in Dar es Salaam, I don't think this would be a good choice. It's in a slum far from the centre, far down an alleyway and very difficult to find. I would not feel comfortable coming and going from here after dark. The site itself has good security, but there is no pleasant place to just sit and relax -- not in the room, not in the common areas of the villa, and definitely not outside the villa.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the young man who met me at the airport and took me to a local restaurant to eat. The accommodation was spacious with a large lounge cum kitchen and bedroom. I appreciated the fan and AC if required

The accommodation was tucked away down back streets, but in a safe and secure location. There were no facilities for making a drink apart from a kettle, so I had to provide my own teabags and coffee and milk. (There was a fridge). The shower door in the bathroom was very difficult to move, i.e. did not slide properly

Very large, comfortable room. More of an apartment than a room. Very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. You can request a pick up and drop off to and from the airport and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this option as the hotel is an incredibly circuitous route from the airport

This is definitely a place to stay if you need overnight accommodations and plan to go to the airport the next day. It's not really set up for getting out and exploring.

Very nice property and was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at while on mainland Tanzania.

Very hard to locate the property. Our Uber couldn’t find it and had to stop on the road to ask for directions. When we tried to call an Uber out in the morning it was very difficult and we ended up paying for a transfer from the hotel which was a lot more expensive

The person in charge was extremely responsible and replied instantly. I never seen this kind of fast communication. I like it. Also taxi driver was very kind and responsible person. Transferred successfully in both directions.

In the room there was some electrical device which made noise and blinking light which made hard to sleep. Please remove it from room, if possible)

Great location close to airport for overnight stay between flights with affordable shuttle provided being a real plus. Super comfortable apartment, although electrical outage (no fault of hotel) affected water availability, wifi, a/c.

No negatives as far as hotel itself... electricity is a country wide problem, part of travelling in this area.

This is one of the best Apartment hotel in Dar es salam, rooms are magnificent and i cant wait to come back again for the second time. Breakfast was perfect we had what we liked, And the owner was able to help us on pick up arrangements and drop us back , This is 5***** you Must visit. All i can say just call them or email them ask for pick up arrangement and they will pick you up and drop you back for the better & cheap price..

I love everything from that place, Cant wait to be back , Its at good location and if you are the person want to learn some new Tanzanian culture life , this is the best place to be . All must visit the place

It was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. It was perfect for needing the airport in the morning. Fridge and kettle were useful but no tea bags etc provided.

The water didn’t stay hot for 2 people to have a shower. It was very noisy at night due to the bar nearby. There wasn’t much around.
