We loved everything. Staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was amazing (buffet of fruits, pastries, spreads and cereals as well as a selection of savoury breakfast items to choose from like spanish omelettes, sausages etc.) The lunch and dinner menu is also good and prices are very reasonable. We even got room service with no extra charge The room was big, clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. The water pulls back quite far during low tide but we had a very nice swim during high tide. There is a pool to cool down in when you can't go in the ocean. I highly recommend staying at Golden Palm. It is a lovely place

The hotel is on a small beach which is almost private. It very close to the airport and not too far from Stone town. The staff is friendly overall.

Their contract taxi service did not turn up to pick us up at the airport. We had booked 4 rooms and the key for the 4th room, took a long time to handover (almost 3 hours later), although we arrived in the late afternoon

Nice boutique hotel with great helpful staff. The location is very close to the airport and city center. The sea view during high tide is magnificent! Great room size. I would recommend for short stays.

Food was less than desirable. The Beach is not swimmable and the water too far out during low tide. But this is the same thing for mostly all beaches in Zanzibar City.

This is a little peaceful paradise away from the noise of the city. Perfect for a Getaway. From the warm Welcome, and the smiles of the staff. To the extreme warm and Cordial Celine, who makes sure you feel at home and always ready to help. The rooms are very large and my group was given upgrades to ocean view rooms. The breakfast was huge and we ate to our fill. I will recommend this place anytime without hesitating and will definitely go back there.👍👌

The location is perfect, nice little boutique hotel just near the airport and also close enough to the nearby attractions, I recommend using the local tuktuks to move around to promote the locals. Breakfast provided is buffet and accommodates every one and its good. Staff were very friendly and helpful starting with the security all the way to the other staff.

Ordering lunch took too long, maybe they can improve on the time it takes to order and when its brought, but the food was delicious

We had a lovely stay, the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure you were happy. Good location, nice restaurants and bars close by.everytging you could want at a very reasonable price.

Nothing they can change, as it is on the beach at high tide you cannot walk along the beach but it doesn't distract or take anything away from the hotel.

The staff are friendly and even upgraded us to a suite when the room we booked was under maintenance. It was very comfortable with nice amenities and a good pool.

This isn’t a good place for swimming on the beach. We were a bit disappointed by the breakfast. They had no eggs, just a bunch of breads, rolls, and other carbs with watermelon. Also, breakfast starts at 7:30 so if you have an early flight you might not have time for breakfast.

Very cozy and beautiful Hotel in a quiet area in town. Perfect for a relaxing time. Celine the Manager is an Angel. Very professionell and friendly. All the Staff was as well super friendly and helpfull. All of them made our stay perfect. We had a room with Ocean view. Waking up with an ocean view. Just amazing. The breakfast Was very good. Every Day different items. The food in General Was delicious and Tasty. Thank you to everyone for the perfect stay.

Location was close to the airport so great if you're arriving late night. Staff was very helpful, especially Celine who kindly upgraded our room, and Kombo who helped organise an excellent tour of Stone Town and the Spice Farm.

Was hoping for a better breakfast selection, but overall it was okay. Not much around the immediate vicinity so you'll have to take a taxi into Stone Town to explore. Not really much of a swimming beach although the hotel is on the sea front.
