Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Someone met us at the docks when we arrived on the island and carried our bags for us, it was a nice touch and start to our stay.

There was a lot of construction taking place on the property that began quite early in the morning and was very loud, also the street music went on very late and was also very loud. So we were kept awake late at night with the music and woken every morning with drilling from construction work. I would’ve liked to have been informed about the construction work before my stay.

The location is great, in the middle of the craziness of the tourist area and the lively bars but amazingly has an oasis feel as it’s completely noise free. Our room was decent, clean and on the ground floor facing the pool. The pool is large with sun loungers, but you have to get there early if you want to sunbathe as the loungers were always busy. We had a nice balcony though where we were able to dry our swimwear. The breakfast was decent and the hotel staff were friendly. It’s a 10 min walk from the pier, you might think it’s a lot but after a night in Phi phi you’ll realise it’s not that bad at all.

The room was prone to trap mosquitos which were a nuisance at night. The aircon had to be on all the time to keep them at bay. Our room was next to the facilities corridor which meant that the staff were walking up and down 24 hours a day as they did their chores. You wouldn’t notice them unless you were on the balcony and they were always smiling and would say hello.

Great location no noise considering it is so central.

The location is ideal for staying in Phi Phi. It is a 2 min walk to the beach and very close to all of the amenities around including the ferry pier. The pool was clean and had sufficient space for many to sit around. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options including sweet and savoury. The staff were very helpful and even carried our luggage to our room for us. It had a relaxing atmosphere. We booked it last minute and were very glad that we did.

The location of the hotel is perfect! It is within walking distance of all the main attractions and it isn’t too loud at night. I was nervous booking here as a result of some of the reviews but we found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the room to be sufficiently clean. The pool area is very nice in this hotel also.

The rooms could do with a little updating/modernising.

I've been to Koh PP a lot but first time staying here. I liked the hotel. Nice staff. Nice pool. Lovely big room with comfy bed etc. Breakfast was good. Good coffee. Egg station. Nice Thai food and fruit. Location is perfect. 100m from the main beach. Very close the restaurants etc. Far enough away from the beach that you don't hear the club music. This is good because the bars on the main beach don't close till 3am.

Nothing really. There's no gym - but I knew that.

The pool was amazing and the bungalows were cosy and clean

Property was located right in the middle of the town which was perfect! The hotel staff met us at the pier and carried our bags to and from the pier for us which was a lovely touch. The pool was very nice and the hotel was only a short walk from the beach.

On our first night, we noticed there was sand in the bedding from previous guests. This issue was brought to reception and they had the sheets changed for us, but we had the same problem the following night. At night, the property was quite noisy from local bars in the town. There was a lot of noise from other guests on one of our night stays (loud music, shouting etc.). When we rang reception to complain, which appears to close after a certain hour so there was no one to answer the call.

Facility is really close to the main part of the island , really easy access from the pier , i had a guy with the name of the hotel waiting at the pier wit a little trolley so they could carrier our luggage's to the hotel ,which was possible to do by walk distance , between 3-5 mints between the small alleys , there's bars and restaurants surrounded by the hotel and one really cheap and famous that has been there for 30 years , there's usually awaiting list with people sitting on the out side waiting for the table. worth the time waiting. the Pool area is also amazing with lots of direct sun, big pool , and pool beds for to lay and relax , there's pool service from they own restaurant and you can also walk to the beach which is at the end of the road. 1 mint walk.

The room was a bit small than i expected and the AC took a bit to get the room cooler , but i guess is just phi phi weather.

The property itself is stunning, it’s down the road from the beach and all the beach clubs. Their coco Bella restaurant was yummy. Breakfast was the best. The staff were amazing as well. We had the deluxe double room with pool access the second time we went as we went there twice in 2 weeks. It was an amazing room. But the double deluxe with pool view is also amazing
