The location is very good - in front of seven eleven, restaurants and 3 minutes walk to the beach from your room. Staff were helpful and nice They give you beach towels for free, and free entrance to a very good fitness center that locates 10 minutes from the hotel.

The room is very basic, only 2 places to plug in charger, shower is okay and nothing more Be aware to leave the room as you got it or they'll charge you for damage, they charge us 30 baht for missing spoon

Beautiful and relaxing resort, amazing swimming pool with bar service, good breakfast options, incredibly kind staff. I already been there in December 2023 and did not hesitate to book again on October 2024.

The only thing, it was a little bit noisy. I could hear the loud music coming from the bars and night clubs around there. PP island became a party island for farangs only, it will be noisy every day 24/7.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was really impressed with the overall experience. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing — a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. The atmosphere was calm, and the space was well-maintained, making it a highlight of my stay. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable. It had a nice variety of options, and everything was fresh. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their friendly and accommodating attitude really made me feel welcome. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The units are small. However, we knew we were going to be doing SO MUCH on the water, scuba diving, seeing the amazing beaches, hiking to viewpoints, etc, the room was not our priority, We wanted a location OFF of the beaten path yet close enough we did't feel like we had a haul to get anywhere and it totally met that expectation. We've been in 12 hotels in 2 months and this was our favorite pool! Not too cold, plenty of people to interaact wtih, a swim up bar, long enough to actually do laps if you want, we used this pool every day unlike any other hotel we've been to so far.

small rooms, breakfast was good but the exact same every day.....switch it up a little! I'm ok with the nature and jungle sounds, specifically the frogs, but I can see some people not liking the loug frogs.

Everything was delightful. I found that cabin was spacious and extremely comfortable. You had daily housekeeping if you wanted it and they supplied you with water. Also a small refrigerator and shampoos and body soap. The pool was very refreshing. The breakfast was amazing. They had the same thing, but you could change it up yourself. So I frequently had omelettes instead of fried eggs and chicken strips. Sometimes I would have cheese and mushrooms in my omelette and sometimes I would have onions, green peppers, etc. they had many choices. They also had different breads to toast, pancakes, French toast with honey. There was yogurt with different things to put in your yogurt and three different types of juices, orange, pineapple and agave. Coffee tea with hot milk. I was there for two weeks and always look forward to my breakfast.

Well, we go there for the sun and fun and then complain about too much sun lol. The pool could have used a little more shade.

1. Friendly, helpful, always smiling staff. We felt really taken care of. The staff is always around taking care of the place and guests which is a huge plus and personally it is a sign for me that it is a good resort. 2. Supberb breakfast in a lovely area with a big variety of options; juices, tea, coffee, cereal bar, hot meals, french toast, eggs. 3. Big, very clean pool. 4. Room with lots of space, storage hairdryer, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, water. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. Free beach towels rent. 7. Probably for the first time in Asia we had a nicely working AC. Usually it is nothing between off and freezing byt not here - you can set up nice, mild temerature.

More lighting in the room would be nice. Maybe because we had a bungalow by the pool but mosquitos were eating us every night.

The location can't be beat! About a 10-minute walk from the pier. Close to the centre of it all but right in the noisy middle of it. The beaches are near by as well as plenty of restaurants. The rooms in the building are well-appointed, with everything one might need. A lovely little balcony, perfect for drying off the swimwear after a day at the beach or pool. The staff were accommodating and happy to hold out bags for us, but our room was ready to be checked in, 3 hours before check-in time. Big plus! Breakfast was delicious and the egg bar was a nice touch. There is no gym on-site, but the one that we were given access to was beautiful, a short walk away near the pier, at a different hotel. Pool and gym towels could be borrowed from the reception anytime!

Bring bug spray, but that is for all of Thailand! =P

This resort was beautiful, as soon as you walk in you feel like you’re in paradise. The check-in process was easy and quick and they took our bags from the pier to our rooms while we swam in the pool! The swim up bar was a nice touch and great fun. The location is perfect with a 7/11 right across the entrance for any late night snacks/drinks. Close enough to walk to the beach and not feel like it’s a huge walk. The rooms were very clean and bathroom was perfect, bed nice and soft with extra pillows and blankets. The A/C was good and the balcony had a drying rack for our swimsuits and stuff. Perfect, perfect, perfect !

We had our room in the building, not in a bungalow. The balcony was nice size, but it didn’t have any chairs. The room was great size and the bathroom was also nice size. The shower pressure was very good! The hotel has co-partner hotel, whose gym the guest can use. The gym is pretty nice! The buffet breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but it had Thai and American options. We didn’t use the pool area, but the pool had also a bar, where You could buy drinks.

It’s little bit inconvenient to have gym on the other side of the island (10min walk). The walls aren’t soundproof at all!! You can hear the staff starting to clean behind Your door at 7-8AM.

Great hotel with beautiful territory, comfortable rooms and big swimming pool. Location is in the heart of Phi Phi with all the attractions nearby like cafes, grocery stores, massage salons, bars, hiking trails, beaches and ports. Friendly stuff who meet you right at the port and help to carry the baggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you need, including AC, comfy bed, hairdryer, TV, wifi, etc. Delicious breakfast with great varieties of food, drinks and desserts is included. You can easily reach the Phi Phi viewpoint, Viking beach and Long beach from this place. Or you can simply chill in the pool and visit the nearest massage place.
