For us it was perfect - we know phi phi can be noisy, if you want only the tranquility don’t stay on this part of the island, go elsewhere- but we love being in the middle of things and having everything on the doorstep, this villa for us was the best of both. Here you’re just a minute from the beach but set back enough you feel proper privacy. The villas are so adorable, the veranda is comfy, the decor feels very authentic Thai. Room cleaned daily and felt really care for. The private pool for the villas only (not where the pool party is, there are two pools) is really nice and has its own bar and does food. On the non pool party days it’s so quiet all day! Great to relax and cool off. It’s so quick to walk into the main part of town but you don’t get noise from the streets or people. If you are like us and don’t mind the background noise of the bassy music at night you’re fine. It’s peaceful in the mornings you wake up to the birds. I can’t fault the staff one bit - beyond lovely and helpful and they even got us a present when we left as we stayed our whole holiday there

The bed was very hard and not the best pillows.

It was in a great location, easy to get around. The staff were lovely and the beach front was an amazing aspect of the place. We had a great time here.

On of our major issues was that in the shared dorms the aircon was only turned on at 4:30 and started again at 11am. This was a big issue for us as we arrived at 2pm and it was extremely warm and uncomfortable. I was not able to stay in the room for longer than 5-10 minutes. If it was the case that any of us was feeling unwell, which can be common in Bali, the rooms were not cool enough to stay in. A shower tower was also not provided and I had to pay for one. It is not expensive but I feel like this should have been included.

The location is good. Very close to the beach and bars. The pool party is amazing.

Everything ok. Take in mind that every 2 days there’s a pool party very close in case you don’t want so much noise ask a room far from the pool.

The hostel has a great swimming pool with a nice view to the beach. and also a pool bar. The location in very good, near some busy bars by the beach. There is a pool party some days.

There are bedrooms very simple, with no electrical sockets near de bed. Air conditioner works only in a specific time. Showers a bit simple too. The pool party is not that busy actually.

Great location on the beach. The pool for use by those in the villas and private rooms was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Towels are provided for the pool which is ideal. The double rooms with mountain views were spacious with a decent balcony. We couldn't hear any music/noise from inside our room. I would definitely advise getting a double room just for the pool access if your budget can stretch for it. They offer 2 for 1 drinks on pool party days between 1-3 however, this is only honoured if you give the bar the leaflet you get on check in. Otherwise, they say they don't do this offer so make sure you keep this. Drinks other than that are expensive considering it is a party hotel/hostel. 200 Baht for one!

There rooms were not cleaned properly, my partner cut a cut on his foot which had bled on the floor when we were leaving one morning, we hadn't noticed and when we got back to the room, despite it having been 'cleaned' it was still there. There was also hair on the shower wall when we arrived. There was ants all in the room which the hotel acknowledges they cannot do much about due to the location (no use of pesticides on the beach etc) which is completely understandable however, the ants were getting into our room through a hole in the shower floor grouting which led to outside the room. These things could be easily fixed.

the location right on the beach is amazing. dorms are big so you have soace for your stuff. staff was very nice.

missing curtains on beds and matress in dorms are not really confortable.. too hard.

We upgraded our bookings to the garden villa rooms. They were spacious & clean. I feel the lighting in the room could be better. It felt a bit dull. The facilities were good except the shower. There was absolutely no pressure in the water. The location was good. We were on the beach & they have a pool party on certain days which is fun. It's closely located to alot of the restaurants & stores so there's easy acesss to everything

Reception staff was very friendly, very close to the beach, my room was different from my friends, I stayed at the Villa Rooms in the end of the hotel. My bedroom was much better than my friends that stayed in the corridor. Big bed, and big bathroom.

Because it's right next to the pool parties, it's very noisy in the rooms until late. For us that wasn't a problem, but if you are looking for somewhere to relax, I don't recommend. Safe didn't work, I asked for assistance but nobody appeared to fix the problem.

Fast and friendly service, great location directly at the beach. It is a party-place in the midst of a party city. Thus, we will not complain about noise or loud guests... You will need earplugs to get sleep. The room is kept clean on a daily basis if you want. If you book "superior" you get access to a "party-free" pool.

The superior building is like a long floor with rooms opposite to each other. Thus, when having the curtains open, you're on full display. This also means you'll either have privacy or daylight, never both. Because smoking is permitted in front of the rooms and the respective area is roofed, you'll want to keep the doors closed and not dry your clothes outside lest they smell like an ashtray. This could be easily solved by a bit of active ventilation.
