Excellent location, clean rooms and lovely pool area. Breakfast was great - changed a little each day and suited Thai or Western tastes. Act, the manager, maitre d’, receptionist and organiser of anything you wanted to do, was a whirlwind around the place. She was fantastic and so were her staff! Amazing lady and a cracking little place to stay. Would recommend highly.

Nothing - all superb

A fabulous small hotel, just over the road from fabulous white sandy beach. The receptionist and staff were excellent and the talk about hotel, facilities and the Island was very informative and welcome. The breakfast, prepared to order was great and very filling, with top-ups on juice and coffee. There were push bikes, paddle boards, kanoes and inflatable toys available free of charge, as were towels and mats for the beach. A nice touch were the flip-flops in your room for use on the beach. This is not a 5* luxury hotel, but a charming little hotel that was perfect for our stay.

To be fair, I can not think of anything that would have enhanced our stay. Perhaps the rooms closer to the road may be a bit noisy for some, but we were a couple of rooms back and very happy.

Staff is very kind and helpful.

Great location right next to the beach, the rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Laundry was done for us. The room had all the amenities and extras that were topped up daily. The staff go above and beyond to help you, arranging transport. We were there over New Year and they held a party free of charge for guests including all food, drink, party hats, games and prizes- it was truly amazing and showed how much they care. Floats, paddle boards, snorkels, bat and ball all available to borrow for the beach free of charge. They supplied towels and flip flops for the beach and waterproof beach bags. They really have thought of everything and cannot do enough for you. Fab breakfast every morning with loads of choice. We would definitely return again xx

Nothing, how anyone could mark this hotel down for anything is beyond me.

Staying here was a great decision! We loved the location, it is close to the beach and all restaurants. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, they helped us with booking a snorkelling trip and really did their best to accommodate us during our stay! The breakfast is also very good, where you choose from a menu. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Koh Samet!

Everything was super!

The staff was extremly friendly and helpfull. The room was exactly like into the pictures, with dayly cleaning. They have even flip floos in the room for use it on the beach. Very good location next to White beach and restaurants. They offer you for free bikes, life jackets, paddle boards, canoe and inflatable toys, beach towel and mats, umbrellas and water prooff bags. Breakfast was prepared from the menu, was very good. We will come back for sure

Nothing to complain

We have felt really in good hand from the staff. The swimming pool are great and also the breakfast was tasty and had a good offer between Western and Asian dishes. As said, the staff, in particular Act, are exceptional - I never felt so warmly welcomed and in good hands, she is managing the whole staff and the structure in a great way!

The structure is well maintained but a little dated and we could hear noise from the street (the negative side of having sea view).

Everything was perfect, starting from the check in, the location of the hotel, the kindness of the staff and the very plus was Nung. She was like a personal assistant: whatever you asked she tried to find always a solution in just few minutes after you have asked. She also organised perfectly our transfer to our next island. Very very professional. All the staff of the hotel made our stay great and comfortable …. THANKS A LOT !

The service was superb. A small, very well run resort with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was great and we were so pleased we stayed longer than initially planned.

Nothing really, but although they have bicycles, don't expect to go biking around the island. With no gears on the bikes the hills are unclimbable and they are a bit on the rusty side making unsettling noises!

Hotel was very well run - everything was clean and very well organised. Hotel was a few metres from a beautiful beach. Beach towels were provided free of charge and there was also some free canoes and surfboards to use. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was of adequate size, be'd nice and soft and housekeeping kept it very clean for us.

Bathroom door height was very low and I hit my head on it too many times. Nearby bar played loud music until very late at weekend.
