Nice complex adjacent to the beach with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Our standard room was more than large enough with a very comfortable bed. The trees are a nice added bonus providing shade and opportunity to watch the birds.

The wet room arrangement means the whole floor and toilet get soaked after each shower. Balcony use is sometimes impacted by smokers in adjacent rooms, complex could be split between smoking and non-smoking balconies.

Great location, very quiet, surrounded by green, private beach and sun beds always available. Stuff is friendly and helpful. There is a motorbike rental services at the hotel which is super convenient. Also perfect mornings with sea view apartments, highly recommend it!

Lovely location right on the beach, with free paddle board etc to use, nice restaurant by the pool and lovely massages available. Room was very nice and spacious and staff were very friendly.

Some sunbeds need replacing and aren't very comfortable. It's about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Lamai which we didn't mind too much

Nothing really

Very nice garden, has the beach right in front. Nice ideas with the bungalows, good restaurant and it has also massage services with sea view. The rooms are spacious, with everything you need.

1. A little far away from Lamai center, where the shops and night market are (15 min walking). 2. The doors are not isolated from a noise perspective, you hear everyrhing from one room to another (not for the bungalows, bur for the building with more rooms it is a problem) 3. Perhaps due to the high umidity in the rooms you could smell mold. We asked ar the receptoon to change the room initially alocated to us because of the smell and we received a free upgrade for a room in a bungalow where the smell was less powerful. 4. The water at the shower had very little pressure and one night it did not have pressure at all. 5. It could be more clean. In some spots even in the bathroom dust was very visible on the black spaces.

I loved to be almost on the beach, the accès is amazing, and Lamai is the best beach in Koh Samui even with low tides. The hotel offers for free kayak and stand up paddle, amazing! I took the room with access to the swimming and I don't regret, except for the light in the morning. Despite this everything was good, the breakfast in the morning is ok, the AC works well . The transfer to the airport is 600bath for the movement, we requested it in the reception, it arrived on time in a very nice car. I also lost the key of the room and they even didn't charged me. The small center of Lamai is 20' by walking, you can also do it by walking in the beach. Last, the bed and pillows are so comfortable!

Nothing, everything was good and we are very happy

This is a great new resort on the beach, a short walk to Lamai main strip. There are some lovely rooms at the front, looking over the pool and the beach, with a restaurant by the pool. The rest of the rooms are set along a path among the trees and garden. It was low season when I was there, and very quiet, so they upgraded my room for me, which was great. The bed was super comfy, and the pillows were the best I've slept on in all my years of coming to Thailand! New ownership, and they've done a great job...definitely recommend :)

Lovely big rooms. We got upgraded to the sea view room which had access straight to the pool. This made our stay we were very thankful. The aircon worked well the room stayed nice and cold The beach is gorgeous with loads of nice restaurants close by. The water was so clear and calm. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was average but nice staff. Would recommend staying here for a nice budget hotel.

Aircon noise was very loud. The smell of drains in the bathroom became worse and worse throughout the stay. The sun loungers were all broken they could do with investing in some new ones this would have upgraded our stay.

We are traveligh through Thailand and I must say 4U resort was the best experience we ever had. We booked it very spontaneously in a few minutes because we loved the pool with a sea view, and the price-performance ratio was top! I recommend paying a little extra for a sea view room, which is one of the highlights of this trip. But the best thing about this place is the people. In 10 days, we made friends here, whether it was with the waiters, masseuses, or other guests. The beach was also perfect, honestly the best we found on Koh samui, it was also very quite and calm with just a few people. At last but not least, it was a very pleasant place to work. A big THANK YOU. We’re moving on, but it certainly won’t be the last time here.

Everything was exceptional.

The location and the pool are great. The bed was very comfy and the rooms were well cleaned every day. We received free bottled water each day. The restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful. The food, ice cream and cocktails were all delicious.

The reception staff were always rude and unhelpful. The reception is meant to be open until 8pm but at 7:30 they had left and we needed help with an issue. We received better help from the hotel next door who made two calls for us. Also some of the sun loungers are broken and could do with being replaced. And we would’ve appreciated a mosquito net because there were a lot of mosquitoes.
