Staff were fantastic and always smiling. The place was practically deserted when we arrived so we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast was brilliant with real barista coffee and a great selection of yummy egg options. Happy hour only went for 2 hours but the 50% off was very welcome!! Hotel provides a free ride to the closest beach, Lamai. Dropped us off at 11:30 and were there to pick us up at 4:30. There is a private beach with the hotel so you get the luxury of not sharing with loads of people, for us we were the only ones on it most of the time. Hotel has scooters available for hire also.

Considering it was low season, the price could've been reduced further. Location was a bit far away from any action however if you are after a low key relaxing few days like we were, it is perfect. Chaweng Beach is a taxi ride away, not close enough to walk. Pool was under construction which the hotel hadn't advertised when we booked. Fortunately we were still able to swim during our stay.

Nice and clean pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. A few restaurants within a walking distance.

Beach was not as we expected - water level was low and the beach was not tempting. Yet Lamai beach was nice and within a short taxi journey.

We spent a nice week in one of bungalows. Room was large as well as the bathroom, there was daily cleaning, and nice evening ritual when staff lights a candle on the porch. Everyone us really nice and helpful. Breakfast ok. Hotel restaurant very good, the best is to eat at the table with the roof on the beach. Pool is clean, with many sun beds. Beach is nice but dependent on tides. On high tide it disappears…and the sea starts right at restaurant molo.

The surrounding area. The hotel is located next to very busy road so the noise (especially from trucks and strong motorcycles is permanent). Our room was far from reception so our sleep was not disturbed. But if you want to walk outside of hotel, you do not feel comfortable because of the traffic.

Staff and breakfast were great. Food was good quality and locally produced with some western options. Servicing of room brilliant and little touches like a candle on the balcony each night. Pool and spas were super clean. Hanging out by the pool was our favourite thing. Happy hours nightly on some bar drinks. We had a late flight and still hung out at the pool all day and offered a shower and facilities to freshen up after we checked out.

We were offered an early check but not able to get in early. Room was small. . Our room was quite small. Visa machine was not working in paying our bar tab when checking out

We had 4 bungalows next to each other for our family of 7 adults. Each had a balcony so we could sit outside which overlooked the pool. We liked Happy hour which was every day between 4-6pm for our daily cocktails. Rooms were serviced well and all the staff were just lovely.

Location was quiet but was a little too far away from the main action of Chaweng and Fisherman’s Village although was easy enough to grab a cab. Also too far to walk to Lamai beach especially in the heat. Resort had its own private beach although you really couldn’t swim in it due to the rocks. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety of food although the food in the warmers could have been a lot hotter. This is no reflection on the staff in the restaurant who were absolutely amazing.

All staff helpful and friendly, they really made the stay exceptional. Helpful with organising day trips, car hire and finding medical help for our daughter. Great variety of breakfast and delicious food and drinks available at all times. Pool area quiet and clean. Beach bar had lovely views, was great place to eat and drink in the evening. Easy to hop on a songthaew to go into town, we hired a car for our family of 5 and explored the island. Loved that the hotel was away from the busy more touristy areas but still could walk to a couple of good restaurants.

Very clean hotel, slightly too eager at times but good standards. The room was very spacious with 2 balcony's. The hotel is about 20min walk down the main road to the main strip of resturants and bars. Overall a very quiet hotel and peaceful for relaxing.

The breakfast included wasn't brilliant, make sure you ask for any egg option well done or it comes gloopy and undercooked everytime. The pictures of the hotel differ from the reality, the rooms are all quite dark with lots of dark wood.

Everything was beyond my expectations. All staff were very friendly and in particular the restaurant girls. The beach was always clean and very peaceful Didn't use the pool much as i had the seaview room :)

Furniture needs to be renovated in room 204, fridge in particular .Smell coming from the vanity in the toilet. Still had the best time as i didn't need to use the fridge much and i used beautiful thai candles to get rid of the smell.

We would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel! The whole staff is very friendly, welcoming and happy to help at anytime, no matter if at day or night. The pool area and the bungalows are very clean and modern, the area at the beach beautiful as well. Breakfast was easy, but really good. The food we ordered from the restaurant to our room at the first night was also very tasty. You can always easily get some help planning trips and tours or getting restaurant or other kinds of recommendations from the boss Yut, who is such a kind and nice guy :) Close to the hotel, there are a few places where you can rent scooters; at least 2 or 3 Muay Thai Gyms and plenty of excellent restaurants close to beautiful and calm Lamai Beach. We will definitely come here again next time we're there!

We stayed from the 5th to 9th Jan so just came back. Amazing property we had the sea view rooms with jacuzzi on the balcony. All I can say is breathtaking 🥰. There is nothing the staff wouldn’t do for you, they work so hard and are so kind making you feel very welcome . I will definitely come back to this hotel again

It’s a very small minor downside that the main Lamai beach is not walking distance away, but that could’ve been lack of my research as it was in fact a 10 min drive away. We grabbed a tuk tuk from outside our hotel which was so cheap.
