We loved everything! After travelling for nearly 6 months, having our own mini home was just perfect. In our apartment we had a bedroom with sofa and Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube or streaming from your phone) kitchen (two hobs, kettle, microwave and toaster). We also had a full size fridge, plus freezer, which was a first and meant we could do a decent shop at Lotus and stock up on items. The rooms were very clean and we were given a very good supply of toilet roll (many a place expects a couple to survive on half a roll for a week :) ) The pool area is great and there's lots of sunloungers available. It's described as a plunge pool but it's actually a lot bigger than we thought and was a great refreshing way to end the day. There's also a bar area with beers at a really good price, plus other spirits and soft drinks. It is also a sports bar, so if there is a certain game or match you want to watch, that can be arranged for you. It's in a brilliant location, about 3 minutes walk to all the restaurants, bars and a 7 eleven, and maybe 6 or 7 minutes walk to the beach. At the end of the road there's some scooter rentals for exploring the island further, we just chose to do this on a day by day basis, as sometimes we just wanted to spend the day at Lamai beach! Jeff and Moo were fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed having a chat and getting to know them! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

Nothing, everything was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful bungalow. The accomodation is beautiful and it is so nice to reach other places. It is calm and still central.

I would have liked to get more information about the area. If you enter the main center of lamai and want to go to the beach, there is unfortunatly a lot of sextourism going on, which I did not like. Anyway the accomodation cant change something about that obvisiouley and it is still a nice place to stay, but we escaped lamai a little bit more and experienced different places on the island, what you maybe want to do anyway. There is so much to do on this beautiful island.

Nice 2 Bedroom Bungalow. Little pool at the entrance next to the bar, lovely host from down under which welcomed us with a cold beer. Parking for cars limited, but still enough in the road. Dining with seafood market next street within a 5 min walk. To the beach maybe 10 mins walk. Nightlife also in walking distance, but absolute benefit is that in and around the bungalows you hear nothing from the streets.

Good hotel. Despite the hotel is close to all entertainment, it is always quiet, there is no noise from clubs and bikes. Stayed here in two houses for almost 1 month and felt like home. Personally, I'd recommend the house number 17 — it's located at the very end and therefore no one walked past us. One day I even saw a large lizard chilling in the area next to our house — very interesting =)

Linen and towels wasn't so clean and smelled terrible. Since the hotel is located on a lake, some garbage, such as plastic bottles, were often brought onto. And none of the staff considered it necessary to catch this garbage for weeks. The hotel is really nice and cozy, but when you see this plastic bottles in the water — it's a little frustrating.

I had the best time here. The Bungalow's kitchen is very good equipped, bed was super comfy, everything's clean, lots of bars and Restaurants not far, the beach is a 10 min walk, and the owners are truly amazing! Jeff is a great guy, always checks if everything's OK, Mo is very helpful, helped me with organizing trips, transfers and Visa extention (also had some forms and a recommendation where I can make a copy of my passport and getting photos taken). Even when it rains, you just stay at "home" and watch Netflix and have a relaxed day. Also WiFi is fast enough to work. I can only say positive things. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely delighted to share that this wonderful property is strategically located just 2 minutes away from the enchanting Lamai Beach. The owner, a remarkably friendly and welcoming individual, adds a special touch to your stay with his positive attitude. You'll find convenience at every turn, surrounded by 7-Elevens, restaurants, and bars just around the corner. Wishing everyone a fantastic stay filled with joy and memorable moments at this exceptional location!

The property does not gave good drainage system. Washroom does not have proper drainage. Entry to your bungalow sometimes get waterlogged.

Really enjoyed my stay at Aussieland, Mo, and Jeff are the nicest people and always there to assist you. The staff are all so courteous and discreet.  The bungalow was fantastic, safe, secure, clean, well designed, fully equipped with air-conditioning, fans, kitchenette, and seating area inside and lovely area to relax outside. Surrounded by water and beautiful plants , it creates a real sense of peacefulness away from the bustling town of Lamai. It perfectly suited my needs.  It also has a fully cosy bar and plunge pool too. Situated 5 mins walk from shops, restaurants and about 10min walk to the beach.  Great place to stay for solo travellers, family, and couples alike.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Perfect place to stay in Lamai, close to everything you need but on a quiet road , bungalow was spacious , clean and well equipped. It’s the kind of place you could easily stay long term if you needed a base. Comfy beds, nice pillows, good aircon and powerful shower. Wanted to extend stay but they were booked up. Pool area nice to chill out and super friendly staff! Would highly recommend and defo stay again.

Nothing to dislike ..

This is a comfortable, friendly, well run hotel in a very quiet area set back from the town but still conveniently close for access to restaurants and the beach. it really helps having an owner that is really approachable and English speaking and Aussie Jeff is very friendly and likeable. The bar sells cheap beer that is properly cold (not always the case around here) and shows all international sports on 2 TVs set above the bar.

It’s not their fault but the splash pool is very small and the water was, during my stay when the weather was unusually hot, too warm to be refreshing.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom house it was perfect very comfortable and clean location is perfect also walking distance to everything and 5 mins walk to the beach. Has also got a nice pool area and bar for chilling out Highly recommend..staff and owers are very friendly and great company.

Everything was perfect great family holiday will be back to stay for sure.😊
