Room clean but dated.lovely pool

They treated me like a criminal when I only had a credit card to pay for the bar bill. Main receptionist repeated herself 1000 times within a 20 min period and refused to get me a taxi unless I left my luggage and walked 20 mins to a money exchange. Dispictable behaviour.

Great little hotel situated off the beaten track in Koh Samui. It is a nice base with good sized rooms, large, clean bathrooms and is overall great value for the money. There is a nice pool area overlooking the water with steps where you can walk straight onto the beach and a nice pool bar which serves homemade food and drinks. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend if you want something quiet and relaxing for a few days out.

It was quiet when I was there as I think it was off season, but also bear in mind that it's a drive away from all your things like the fisherman's village and the beach down the way. There is no Grab on the Island so you rely on the van bus type service which may not necessarily go up this way due to the one way systems. I would recommend hiring a bike and you'll be set!

The balcony was ace, we looked at the bungalows and decided being high with a balcony was preferable, Good shout. Be aware there’s nice steep 50 yard walk to the main road (150 yards away)where you can pick up a scooter for 250 baht or jump on a songthau for 50 to the resort, it’s a 20 minute walk. Just enough English spoken, Mel B on reception is just great. X

Aircon temp was not changeable, a bit daft. No credit card yet, new owners need to sort both issues out now. Staff are lovely but more training would reap dividends, you need to be chill.

There is a large puddle leading up to the hotel, you'll have to skirt around on the verge. It needs to be drained.

There was too much work being done to the hotel. This was literally next to the pool beds. Given that work was also ongoing elsewhere, the hotel should close to get this work done. It resulted in no peace and quiet during the day and we would expect better.

The staff here are amazing really look after you!

The hotel in general needs a lot of structural attention as it was clearly neglected. Truly poor workmanship (obviously a rushed job to open for the season). The pool needs a full make-over. It seems that it wants to sell itself as an upmarket establishment by offering massive discounts, but it’s not there.

Beautiful hotel close to all amenities and shops. We rented scooters just up the road and Chaweng beach is 3 minutes' drive. Lovely clean swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Free paddle boarding. Rooms are new, clean and spacious. We extended our stay twice!

Breakfast options are limited and the menu is quite pricey, but the food was good.

The location is absolutely stunning with easy access to the beach. Very quiet area and a very quaint resort, the brightest in the little area which was just really cute. The food was absolutely delicious at the restaurant & the staff really friendly. Easy to get to from the airport in Samui. I would recommend.
