It was clean, very big room and good staff.

It didn’t have night stands, charger or light switch next to the bed.

Really good location The dorms are very spacious, clean, 3 ACs in the room and lockers everywhere. The beds are extremely comfy with proper duvets. Several toilets and showers with hot and good pressure water.

Breakfast is very simple. They could offer a little fruit plate. The sausage was terrible. The hostel doesn’t have a sociable vibe because it doesn’t really have a common area or a bar where people can get together.

Our room was ready when we arrived between 13.00 and 14.00 which was great because we came with a sleeper train and realy needed to refresh. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they respond quickly on booking. We came here in the time of the big flood and they were very helpful with the real state if things because the news and the internet were not very informative. It was also great that we were able to leave the luggage after the check out until departure of our transportation to the next location. They also prepared us a breakfest to go on the day that we had cooking class and had to leave the hotel earlier than the breakfest started.

It was a little bit of a hustel to open the locker every time we came back to the hotel and exchange our shoes for their flip flops. In the end we just left our shoes in the rack and went to our room without the flip flops. But I guess they do it for the safety.

I stayed here twice during my stay in Chiang Mai, once paying cash (not via Booking) in the shared rooms (bunks) and then went back later into a private room. This place is impeccably clean, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable. They have privacy curtains in the dorm rooms and very large lockers for your bags. There are hair dryers in the bathroom (private rooms have their own bathroom and driers but note that the TVs don't work). The bathrooms are modern, western-style (large closed-in shower stall) and private, you have sink, toilet and shower to yourself in a room you can lock (5 of these per floor). The location in the Northwest corner of old town is great for walking everywhere and living on a quiet street.

I found this issue in several southeast Asian hotels and hostels. I find that the air conditioning causes breathing issues, kind of like having a cold or allergies. I'm not sure if it's the air con, or dust mites or both. The hostel told me that they have the air con units cleaned every two months. I found the Wi-Fi to be choppy. It tends to disconnect and is very slow when uploading photos. Otherwise, there isn't much to dislike.

24-hour check-in was convenient but noisy at night. • Street noise was noticeable but expected in Thailand.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The setup is everything, I love it so much. I stayed in a mixed dormitory on the 3rd floor. The dorm is spacious and CLEAN. The bathroom area is everything( almost like a hotel setup) love it so much. It's Super CLEAN. The location is perfect, close to the night market, Zoe in Yellow and all the party spots. I would definitely recommend this place. Best value for money. Oh and you get a mini breakfast included which is a nice touch.

Perfect place to stay. Spotless clean! nice local restaurants within 2 mins walking distance. It is also walking distance to old town center and temples. about a few kms to night bazzar, but you can just take a tuktuk which costs 100Bh. As it is not just right in the center center, it is really quiet in that area. We slept very well. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. We stayed for four nights.

The property is super clean for a hostel and has 4 bathroom on each floor. Each level has only one dorm room. You get a private bathroom per person almost. Beds are comfy too. There is a really nice night market ten mins from the property.

The staff is friendly but they can’t speak good English. Late check out is going to be tricky. It’s 20 mins walk to the touristic part of the town.

quiet property in a central location. the only place with window screens during my 2 weeks in the country!! fridge and a desk in a good size room, comfy bed. toaster, hot water, dishes and free coffee/tea in the dining area 24/7. breakfast was included and consisted of watermelon, sausage, 2 eggs any style, toast , jam and margarine. (it wasn't possible to get an extra egg instead of the sausage:(

The staffs were really helpful, I wanted to change to a specific bed but it was booked on my first night there. I mentioned casually if it's possible to get the bed I wanted once it's available and it's alright if it wasn't. I was surprised the next day (I came back slightly late in the afternoon after a hike!) they shifted my items for me and gave me the bed I requested. So that was such a pleasant surprise that they followed through without me being there. So yes I had a great experience! Beds are clean, comfy & good privacy. Showers are warm, nice and clean! I like that the dorm rooms are spacious! highly recommend if you are on a budget and need a good space as well! I ended up extending my stay a few nights 😍
