The warm welcome, the beautiful garden & quirky accomodation. The hosts where kindness itself and nothing was too much trouble. The aircon was silent, the kitchen fully equiped, even down to washing up liquid. The bed was huge and the bathroom was the most pratical bathroom we have ever had. Plenty of towels, toilet roll inside a container, shower gel & shampoo filled up to the top! Hairdryer, toothbrush rack, honestly the list goes on... Our 1st morning made a cup of coffee, sat out on the balcony and all we could hear was birdsong and the rustle of leaves in the trees from a friendly squirel.!! We used the bikes everyday, they where brand new, had lights and locks and got us around chaing mai with no hic ups. The accomodation was full all the time we where there, and i suspect most of the time, as this place is enchanting. Down a very quiet street but within a 3 minute walk you are at the top of the street where to the left is a tradional thai night food market and the north gate which leads you into the walled town. Also here you can pick up the red open backed taxis which take you anywhere in the town for 30 bhat. To the right are KFC& Pizza Hut, and just passed these Wat Lok Moli complex which was stunning.

Nothing.

The room was VERY spacious, had my own kitechenette, an amazing bathroom and a wall sized garden window (which i unfortunately couldnt use much beacuse i lived on the first floor). To top that I also had a very cozy patio right outside my room surrounded by plants and hidden from the sun. The location was great as it is right outside the old town hidden in an alley so there is 0 noise at night but everything is walking distance.

This is nit picking but i did request to stay on the second floor 5 days in advance but unfortunately didnt get the room. Wouldve loved to be able to use my huge window more.

Had all the little touches that really make a difference eg lots of drinking water, coffee, sugar, phone holder on wall by bed. Owners kept in touch via messaging and were always on hand but let us to it which is our preference. Location is great for old town, buses to Doi Suthep. a night food market and best of all two great Khao Soi restaurants by Wat Khuan Khama (horse temple).

Nitpicking here but a second chair outside. A bean bag is not ideal nor is taking a chair in and out. Also, the bedding is fixed with padding (I didn't think to ask for just a sheet)

The Place in Chiang Mai where I really feel like home. It has changed a lot since I've been here for the last time (in 2019), but it still has that shady garden which makes the rooms cool and pleasant yet switches you off the time, for it is actually hard to tell what part of the day you are in. The rooms have everything necessary and it is easy to ask a landlady to clean the room when to clean it is needed. Despite being just in few steps from the old city the street is quite and tranquil.

A bit too little space in the kitchen for three people.

All the facilities there are well maintained. The owner of the house provides cooking utensils (say knife, spoon, fork), salt, and oli, which are convenient for guests to cook simple food, say boiled eggs, cook noodles, and vegetables. The entire room is large with the writing desk. There is a balcony outside the room where I can sit there to take a rest, and I can see the squirrel climbing up the trees. The double bed is clean and provides a good environment for sleeping. When outside is raining, the sound of raining seems absorbing by the special design of the roof. I can't hear any raining noise outside. That's so great !

The pillows are too soft. I suggest that the owner can provide other harder pillows for guests to choose.

Nothing as such.

Everything was nice! The place had a separate kitchen with a cooking pot, a kettle, a microwave. A small "balcony" outside the room was wonderful for relaxing and observing squirrels. The location is convenient.

The internet was not stable sometimes, but still enough for browsing and surfing.

The rooms are clean and they have been designed in order to be useful and cozy for clients (lots of plugs). WiFi works fine. AC works great and silent. The garden is just amazing making you believe you are staying in a small jungle. The neighborhood is quite during night. Owners are friendly and always willing to help, they reply to messages in WhastApp quite fast and allowed to make previous online check in, which make things easier. Overall my stay was perfect. I do not give a 10/10 because perfection does not exist, but this is a clear bang for your buck. Highly recommended.

Spacy Room surrounded with greenery. It's a hidden gem to stay here as you have a spacious room with an attached kitchen and bathroom embedded in a lovely green garden complex. The hosts are charming and make your stay valuable by securing a shared sense of quality, making this place extraordinary. You are very near Chiang Puak Night Market, which offers delightful food and snacks in the evening. The location is strategically lovely if you want to have a refreshing, calm, and comfy stay in the heart of the old town of Chiang Mai.

Garden environment same as the pictures show. Very quiet location. Good, very helpful hosts. Has parking for 2 cars and several motorcycles. 7/11 and a small Tesco Lotus nearby. Small night market nearby with a lot of food variety. About 5 minutes to the night bazar by car / tuk tuk. Large room with kitchen including a large refrigerator, microwave, etc. Wi Fi was good.

Finding the place was ok for me since I checked the details of the location in advance, but maybe not very easy to find for a taxi driver unless they call, so should have the phone number of the hotel handy.
