Great experience! Staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured comfort and ease from check-in to check-out. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The breakfast menu was great, fresh, and offered plenty of choices. The location was ideal, conveniently close to major attractions with great facilities such as the pool, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel provided a seamless experience of quality, comfort, and luxury – a place I’d return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a flawless stay!

Spa treatments were rather expensive in relative terms (expensive for the region).

Cozy little place, love that the swimming pool and plunge pool are all heated so it’s really comfortable. Has a little bar that opens till late, and free fruits at the pool in the morning. We checked in an hour early and the room was available so that was a plus. Close to nice restaurants nearby and a short walk to thaepae gate.

The gym is rather small, with 2 machines and some weights, where the heaviest is 10kg so it can hardly offer a workout if any guest is looking to get some sweat out. The flooring in the room is so smooth that it actually became somewhat slippery. Would need to be extra careful.

Central location - perfect if you are there one or two nights like we were so didn’t have to venture far and save time. Staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was amazing - we got a deluxe room - it was very clean and the shower was dreamy! Hard to come by in Thailand!

The only feedback I would give is that it is a very small pool area, only 4 single beds and 2 double beanies to sit on. However, the pool barely gets the sun because of its location so wasn’t busy with people and more for relaxing in the heat [not the sun]. For us, we wish it had - we only had three days, two nights in Chiang mai and one of those we wanted to just sunbathe after the bussle of Bangkok but wasn’t to be. I fully appreciate that this was just simply the nature of our trip and not others - the hotel was fab and for the space it’s in they’ve made best use of it.

Extremely friendly staff. The interior design of the room was nice. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The laundry service was good (but I recommend to use it only if you have enough time, you will get the clean clothes the next day by 6 PM).

The price is relatively high compared to other hotels in the area. But I guess that probably the hotel provides a better experience. Unfortunately there is no in-room massage or at least in hotel massage service. But at least, the hotel provides massage booking services in 3 spa places nearby. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed after 2 PM, and there is no room service after this time. Of course that there are many good restaurants in Chiang Mai, but for a fancy hotel I expect the restaurant be open in the evening too.

A Thai option on the breakfast menu would have been great given it was our first night in Thailand but otherwise everything was superb. Feels like a nice hotel more than boutique/family-ran

Location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable- pillows and bedding were exceptional as advertised. Breakfast was delicious with great options to choose. Pool was nice, wish we didn’t wait until the last day to use it!

Very minor things that did not at all detract from our stay: the pigeons on the roof were bothersome/aggressive when we tried to use the balcony. The air conditioning in the room was good but not great (caveat to this statement-we are from the US so our standards are too high/unrealistic). My husband thought the pool was too warm, but I thought it was perfect.

This property should be 5 star! Everything was amazing from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. Very central location yet when you’re in the hotel you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a bustling area as it is so quiet and calm. The rooms are gorgeous as are the grounds of the property. We had breakfast included with our stay and as we were checking out before breakfast began on our final day, they gave us bags to take away. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing breakfast, instead of a buffet you have a selection of dishes, which rotates every other day as well. Really great experience. Good rooms as well, comfortable beds and a really nice design of the hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful and warm!

Also, there was a party-area rather close by of which the bass really reverbated into the rooms not facing old-town. You hear this rather well in the rooms.

The hotel is stunning and the staff could not have been more friendly. We felt so relaxed and at home. Location was good and very close to lots of temples and good restaurants. Pool and other areas are so clean. The hotel also smells amazing everywhere you go. Don’t know how they do it! The rooms and overall design is just so beautiful.

The only issue we had was with noise from outside preventing us from sleeping. There is nightclub nearby which kept us up from midnight until 4am on our first two nights. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but it was super loud. The ear plus provided in the room don’t really do much to block out the bass thumping. We asked to be moved room and they were very accommodating however in our second room there was a banging noise (we think maybe a pipe or vent) at the back of the hotel which went on all day and began early in the morning. This still disrupted our sleep but we didn’t want to move again.

Excellent location situated near to markets. Staff were very attentive and professional. The service was impeccable. The room was beautiful, best room we have had in our Thailand journey so far. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the food looked very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just be aware the pool does not get much sun, you will be lucky to receive 10 minutes before moving beds, of which there are only 6. However, the pool is heated and affords more of a spa experience than a sunbathing one.
