Great location, great price. The room is big in size, has excellent aircon, lots of natural light, fridge, hot kettle, big work space, excellent wifi, a nice size bathroom with hot water. They bring you 2 bottles of water daily and you have a place to hang your clothes. I even extended my stay a few days. The gentleman staff was very helpful and very kind.

The self check-in was a bit tricky, but I was able to use the door caller and reach someone, and he came quickly to help. The bed was a little lumpy but a nice size bed.

Very clean, great location. There is a fridge and hot pot in the room. The WIFI is excellent, and a/c was also good. Each day, you get extra water delivery.

It's not far from the old town, surrounded by small shops and good restaurants. Located in a quiet area - I heard dog barking on and off but no serious problem. Good shower, clean bed sheet and towel.

The alley (100m.) from the main road (Sri Don Chai Rd.) is a bit dark and ants inside the room - if you have any fruit or sweets, please put it in the fridge, they didn't come near the bed and any place else.

Clean and comfortable, easy and secure access. Also very close to the old city and main bazaars. The free internet was excellent.

Not clear on room cleaning arrangements. Also, without simple mosquito nets on windows there was no way to enjoy fresh air at night.

Quiet place, comfortable room, excellent wifi, very near to the old city ,clean room and, hot water, good air conditioning, friendly staff. Everything perfect, easy check in, and check out.

The room was well equipped, clean and in a good location. The staff brought two bottles of water everyday which was a very kind perk. The staff replied very quickly to all questions. My stay here was absolutely perfect! Thank you!

The staff were very helpful as they took my bags to my room after I arrived before the 2pm check in. The building is quiet and the location is within walking distance to the Night Market.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. We swapped to a 2 single bed room the second night and this was a lot comfier than the double bed.

There are no staff at the property so it was slightly difficult to talk about extending our stay etc. The WiFi also kept crashing.

Close enough to Night Market Excellent value Clean and quiet Extra water bottles and toilet roll each day. Great value and on return will book again
