The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Chiang Mai's old city, and a street away from the Sunday's night market. There's plenty of restaurants around, and a 7/11 within a 5min walking distance. Very spacious room with large comfortable bed. The owner was very nice. There's also laundry option for a small fee (usually done within the day). It can be a bit loud if the other guests are not very considerate, but the nights are quiet. The hotel is situated in a small street so there's very little noise coming from outside. I will definitely book again when I come back.

Location was great, accessible and with a lot of food around the area. The weekend markets are just a few streets away. A few cafes and eateries just round the corner too Room was clean with bottled water provided and some fruits at the lobby too. The ac worked well, a little too well depending on which bed you're on

Our room was on the 4th floor, and they didn't have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up, just take note for those who are not as mobile or unable to carry heavy loads. Beds were a little hard for some, and the water pressure was weak, hot water wasn't consistent. Also, they didn't refill the soap despite us almost finishing them, so we had to call to request for more.

Our three-night stay at this hotel was fantastic. Situated in a prime location, it's surrounded by convenient stores, temples, restaurants, and bars, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Chiang Mai. The hotel's location made it easy for us to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The vibrant Sunday night market is within walking distance. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel's aesthetic lounge is perfect for snapping some Instagram-worthy photos. The spacious and clean rooms come with strong WiFi, good water flow (including hot and cold showers), a microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, and complimentary water bottles. Toiletries and free coffee are also provided, adding to the overall convenience. Ms. Luck together with her staff members we interacted with, was incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us with our tours and even allowed us to extend our check-out time. Overall, our experience at this hotel was superb, thanks to its excellent amenities, convenient location, and exceptional service.

However, it was a bit challenging for us to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor, as there's no elevator. Adding an elevator would greatly enhance the convenience of staying here.

The location is unbeatable, being in the center of Old City. Awesome food and sights in close walking distance. The 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the Family Room. It was a spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with good air conditioning. The host that was regularly at the desk by the entrance was very friendly and helped us booked activities when we arrived. Highly recommended.

We were surprised by how firm the beds were. Though we were concerned it would affect our quality of sleep we all still seemed to sleep fine, but they are extremely firm.

Close to everything. Sunday Night Market is amazing and it is right at the end of the road. It is right in the center of the square so you can head to all gates and all the temples and parks easily. My family arrived and suffered from a stomach bug we picked up in the south. The staff was amazing helping with extra room cleans when the kids went down sick. Free bottled water and many recommendations on places to visit and things to do. Close to food and ATMs as well.

These rooms are huge, extremely comfortable and very clean. Very quiet yet a minute's walk from so much. It's in a very quiet little alley with minimal traffic, unlike any other streets that I saw. The owner is really nice and speaks great English. My husband got lost without his phone etc and when I mentioned it to the owner of the establishment, she set off on her motorbike to try to find him! Huge fridge, a lot of bench space, beds and pillows were really comfortable. Very nice lobby space with tea/coffee facilities, snacks, toilet and comfortable lounges. Super quiet. We were really rapt with this location and the kids enjoyed the bear theme.

There's no elevator, which we loved but might be a problem for some travellers.

I spent a month at little bears home, a lovely place to stay short or long term. Right in the center of Chiang Mai, lots of Restaurant's and Bars, and Temple's to visit. My hotel room had a huge comfortable bed, also fridge freezer microwave kettle tv. Plus lots more. The owner Lucky, and her female staff couldn't do enough for you, If you wanted to go on a day trip Lucky would organize everything for you. I will be returning again. Everything you need is right there on your doorstep.

Simply good Karma, the owner made me feel so welcome, and I just loved how she hugged my baby every time we passed by. Thanks for making our stay in Chiang Mai so unforgettable! Everything was easy going and no problem, that's exactly what you need when you travel a longer time. The room was a bit dark, but we had two huge beds with plenty of pillows, and that's what's really important when you count 4 😅 (and the price amazing too!). A better location is hardly possible, especially the Sunday market is literally when you step out of the door. Don't miss this place!

The internet was a bit bad, but since it can't be more central you have plenty of café options around to connect.

There is no lift. If you have luggages.. Make sure that you book a room on the ground floor. We got our room on the 4th floor. We had 2 luggages. Even though someone helped us to carry one bag, we had carry the other bag all the way up to the 4th floor and we had to carry both luggages by yourself to the ground floor when we check out.

The location is amazing for visiting old town and the temples around it. Its very central and walkable, even with a buggy. The staff are also really wonderful and will help where they can, the arranged a scooter rental and also directed us to the local coin laundromat. Rooms are nice and spacious with comfy beds. We would definitely book this place again!
