it was such a beautiful and stylish place to stay, loved how traditional it looked, and everything was so clean and spacious the bed was so comfy and soft, and we had an abundance of facilities (kettle, fridge, robes, slides, toothbrushes, soaps, tissues, working tv and remote air con!) the location was nice also, near 7/11s and a 15 min walk to markets, northgate jazz, and the only park in the square :) the hotel reception were phenomenal! so lovely and accommodating with our small requests and handled a small issue with the bidet with swiftness and ease! we felt very taken care of

there is no elevator, which some might find inaccessible but wasnt a problem for us :) wish we had a bigger window, but that wasnt too bad.

The staff were lovely, especially Sand. They were more than happy to help with any questions we had about the area, food and the things to do. Room was clean, and the bathroom had a nice big bath in it. The street view from the balcony was a nice place to chill out and watch Chiang Mai city life go past. A special thank you to Sand. I dont ever make a big fuss about my birthday but the day before we left Namton Boutique, Sand found out it was my birthday the next day when we check out by speaking to my partner. Sand went out her way to surprise me with a birthday cake to take with me. The cake was delicious, and I wish you all the best for the future. I know where I'll be staying when I'm back in Chiang Mai.

Traditional all wood architectural and furniture elements results in a very unique experience compared to most hotels, must see to believe. Super comfy bed. Delicious and inexpensive restaurants just a few steps from front door. Front desk was very helpfull in helping resolve an airline ticket issue by making several calls (in Thai) on my behalf.

Dark toned wood floors, walls, and ceilings absorb light and one small window lets in very little natural light, great for romantic getaway but not so much for a business trip (luckily I was there for the former).

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. There’s a lovely family feel to the property, and the staff were so obliging, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They organised free airport transfers, taxis for day excursions, cheap laundry services compared to other places we’ve stayed, and printed out visas for us- nothing was a problem. Great location in the old town, with lovely breakfast, lunch and dinner spots around the corner. It was quiet at night too, so no problem for light sleepers. Would recommend to a friend for sure!

We stayed here for 3 nights during our Honeymoon. The rooms are amazing. Beautiful architecture and decor, and had a private balcony overlooking the street which was amazing. The location is great and is perfectly situated to be able to walk anywhere within the old city. Plenty of wonderful restaurants bars and shops near by. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend Namton to anyone traveling to Chiang Mai for an extended period of time. I hope to be able to return soon!

I like the old fashioned style, the wood smell is so relaxing, every detail was just amazing, I love this place. The location is perfect you can walk around the downtown area within minutes, there are a lot of places to eat, get a massage or just enjoy the city. Important to mention the staff was so kind and friendly, make me feel like home. Thanks for being part of my holiday.

They don’t offer breakfast but like I said, there is a lot of restaurants the Cafe Bistro next to the hotel is very good. For me this doesn’t matter. Thanks Nampton Boutique Hotel.

The hotel and rooms are very cool and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dark but nothing I couldn't deal with. Like other comments the first flight of stairs are steep and narrow, but we were on the second floor and only had carry bags. Our room was on the front road so early in the morning it gets pretty loud but again, it's in a tourist area and we didn't expect tranquility and for the price of the room. We loved our experience and recommended the hotel. The one man at the front desk was very kind and authentic.

The Internet could really use some work. It went on and off the whole time, good luck looking at a video even a short one.

Loved the location, comfort of room, helpful and courteous staff, and proximity to a good selection of restaurants (e.g. Gravity was next door which serves amazing coffee and a wide variety of juices and food). Also appreciated the complimentary transfer to the airport at the end of our stay. We had access to a pool just around the corner. While there was not a lift in the hotel, the staff carried all our luggage up to our room.

The dark rooms and quiet location were wonderful for a good sleep. The receptionist, Paan, was super helpful in offering advice and ideas for daily activities. The room was made up daily. The location was central and we got everywhere either on foot or via tuk tuk (or red truck to the mountain and grab taxi to airport). Loved it! I'm glad we stayed in the old city centre at Namton!

Breakfast linked with another establishment would be good. There was none available nor any bar in the hotel offering service. Nice staff, handy pick up from airport if booked with them made the stress less arriving at an airport.

The pool option given next door was poor. The establishment used was noisy and the pool was not clean. The bar was quite fun though. :-)
