With the price, actually we have nothing to complain... The location is a bit far from city center, but considering its price, it's a reasonable location. You actually can get anywhere you want via Grab within 20 mins (15 mins to the city center). The room is big. You can open multiple 28inch suitcases inside the room LOL The cafe is not big but the atmosphere is good.

The room smells a bit wet, especially those bed sheets. You probably need a dehumidifier to make the experience better. Some of the room will flood when you take a shower, need to be extra careful otherwise the water will flow everywhere.

The staff were so lovely and warm, very accomodating and responsive to my requests. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was told I couldn’t open the window, so I couldn’t let any fresh air into the room. I had to sleep with the bathroom fan on, otherwise the air in the room was old and felt sick with it. There was no sunbathing section next to the pool.

The room is overall comfortable and spacious. Staff are friendly!

Sugar and eggs restaurant was excellent for meals, but not breakfast. Food Price was reasonable. Beds were comfy and pillows were good.

Noise from the street from traffic, particularly motorcycles which disturb night sleep. Also the shower mixers are of poor quality not mixing hot and cold water properly. We suffered during showers as the water temperature gets from warm to cold and when we try to balance it again the water becomes very hot. Additionally, lighting in the bathrooms was very weak. The odor in some rooms was not nice.

Very nice and modern hotel, very well managed and exceptionally clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The facilties are excellent and the restaurant is excellent for breakfast and evening meals. In a quiet location away from the busier parts of town and the main highway.

The room was excellent but the shower in the bath was not good if you have movement difficulties. The surround of the bath always flooded when using the shower, requiring room service to dry off everyday. Inconsistent water temperature made showering more difficult and possibly hazardous. High shelves in the wardrobe and utility area made them unusable for average height folks!

Spacious room, apears to be a new development so everything was clean and new. They offer laundry service at a reasonable rate. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Although a service apartment, there were no knives or scissors (even though forks and spoons were provided). Made it hard to cook anything. There was also no real dining table, there’re high counter seats for 2, in a room for 4.

The staff were the most lovely people. They really live up to the "Thai Smile" that Thailand is known for and everyone was very welcoming. Every member of staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I definitely will be returning next time! I'm a solo traveller but I would also recommend for families as well.

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, bathrobes, slippers, work desk, coffee stand, I basically had everything I needed. Great location. Front staff were very helpful and even brought my Grab delivery to my room. Cafe was nice, I like the outdoor seating area next to the pool. But choose tables that are a bit further away or you might get some splash.

The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to assist us. Very comfortable beds And clean bedrooms Breakfast was good but service was a bit slow. Drinks for breakfast were also really tasty.

The location wasn’t the best however taxis are very cheap 10 minutes to city center less than one hundred baths. The was some farm animals near the hotel specially an annoying one which was a rooster who is an early bird. Restaurants shuts at 17:00 so forget about dinner in the hotel.

The stuffs were very friend and helpful and the room were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was not nice....not much to choose...better to take the room without breakfast.
