The building design was very nice.Bed was huge and very comfortable room. Staff was very nice. Bar staff and happy hour drinks were very good. Room price was also good.

Compared to other similar hotels we weren't impressed. Many items were cold, chocolate croissants were hard, and coffee machines weren't always working at breakfast. Had to pay extra for many ammendities. Location was next to a junkyard which had dogs barking and occasionally fighting at night. No outside restaurants or stores nearby.

The hotel itself is actually very nice - the rooms are beautiful, the beds are very big and comfortable. There is a lot of room for parking and a tennis court in the yard.

I did not see an out-door pooled featured on the photos, only a rather small indoor pool, and it was closed after 8:00 pm, no exceptions. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, the sing is yet separate from both and between the two - in the room. But the worst thing is that the doors are made of glass and they don't close fully - there is a few mm gap btw the door and the wall, it could be a little awkward if you are used to privacy. The staff was alright, however out of 4 requests we got 3 rejections... :) Btw, it is not easy to find the hotel whe you go there for the first time. I was using bother Waze and Google maps and both got me wandering around the place.

Clean, modern, new, comfortable bed nive fitness center.

Laundry facilities. The dryer is never cleaned so filter always full of fluff. And the dryer always stole coins...didn't register coins after the first coin so had to keep complaining about it. And a small batch of clothes didn't get dry after more than an hour In the dryer! I gave up in the end and put the clothes on two sunbeds by the pool didn't want to put more money in the machine. Breakfast was not worth the money.

The facilities. The indoor tennis courts are fantastic quality. I had 2 tennis lessons with Coach Vanich & it was great. He helped improve my backhand & serve alot. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve stayed at. It includes a squat rack/bench press which is rare to see in a hotel gym. The pool was a good depth for swimming laps although a little short if you’re a serious swimmer. The laundromat also came in handy after several days of exercise. The room itself was very big with a nice bathtub and massive bed. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the hotel food was not very good. The breakfast spread tasted ok but was very limited. The ala carte menu was hit & miss. I generally found the thai dishes to be nice but the western options not so good. The location of the hotel is not in a tourist area at all. There are no other restaurants/shops within walking distance. Phuket town is about 15mins taxi away & Patong 30mins. If you want more food & taxi options I recommend downloading an app like Grab or Foodpanda. For me personally the location was not a problem as I decided to stay at the hotel purely to play tennis.

Is super new so everything is very well preserved. Staffs are very attentive and speak English better than other hotels I’ve stayed in Thailand. Gym is great!

The location is bad. Nothing around and they do not offer shutter to city center (maybe during the weekend only and you have to pay I guess).

Room was not ready upon arrival after 4pm Hotel arranged pick up at airport took much longer than had I just request a airport taxi upon arrival, which is also cheaper Pool can be bigger for a sport hotel Jacuzzi would be very attractive Bathroom amenalities are lacking (toothbrush, razor, body lotion..) Spa rates are unreasonable. 2k baht for a massage for 2 hrs vs market spa rates of 1.2k

The room appeared clean and spacious. We also got a nice little view to the ocean and coconut island. Superb gym and swimming pool as well. Even though some people might find it comparatively secluded to busy streets of patong, that's kind of what we were going far. And since we had pre-planned trips every day with pickup arranged, we didn't end up spending too much on traveling to attractions.

The rooms were not sound proofed. Wonder how something as basic as this was not thought of during construction of a hotel that seems so well built otherwise. We could hear everything from love making to phone conversation from the adjacent room. The water provided can be bigger than 500 ml per person per day, for a place as hot as Phuket.

The hotel is overall very nice! The room is big and clean with a fair enough price, the staff are very very nice and helpful. Even the security guards are really friendly and they always smile at us when we enter!

The location is actually a bit far away from the central or the beach, we could never get a taxi from grab or bolt:( so for those who want to go out and explore Phuket more, I highly recommend the motorcycle rental right across the road called ‘MyStaysCafe’ which only charges you 400baht per day!

Room is spacious and clean, fine food but a bit high expense.

If don’t rent a car, not recommend.

The gym is one of the best in Phuket - very spacious and all the equipment needed and is clean, new and free for use for hotel guests. Clearly it is a great hotel for tennis enthusiasts, with several courts as part of the hotel. All the Staff were always very friendly and helpful. The very large king beds were comfortable. Everyone should know the hotel location when booking ( 40 minutes from beaches etc ), but for us, with a car and needs to visit houses and schools nearby, the location was actually very convenient.

Cleaning of the room bathrooms could improve. Also better breakfast options ( more fruit and fresh juice ) to give more value. Suggest free coffee and water in the lobby. Noisy neighbours sometimes is tough for the hotel, so cannot mark the hotel down for this, but just to be aware.
