The resort has beautiful gardens and grounds. The facilities like gym, pool and restaurants are all of the quality I’d expect. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we experienced on our trip. However the staff are the highlight, just beautiful people.

The bathrooms are not practical or comfortable for a shared room. Firstly they’re all frosted glass with a toilet door that doesn’t close properly giving zero privacy. Because it’s all glass any lighting turned on in the bathroom, if you rise early to use the bathroom and turn on the light you wake up the room. Would recommend changing out the glass to solid walls because this is a downside to booking this room The prices at the pool bar were the highest paid in Samui as it also adds on service and VAT to published prices. Happy hour doesn’t start till 5pm whereas other resorts start earlier

The hotel is green and beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The breakfast is great and the beds very comfortable.

The pool is crazy crowded and everyone leaves their towels on the sunbeds all day so it’s hard to find a place to sit. The beach area is very small and there are hotels with better beach facility. I think the hotel needs to improve the pool sitting area situation. Apart from this, there is no lift, so please note this for families but you need to go up 2 floors max !

Location, the food and the exceptional service and help we got from the GM Thomas and his staff, amazing “ can do attitude “ nothing was impossible for those guys.

The view from our room. Although it was sold as a garden view we could not see the garden, just a massive tree right by our balcony. Service at breakfast was very slow for tea & coffee, and on occasions for clearing the tables. Housekeeping timings - cleaning room at 1645 when returning from beach and turn down service around 1830/1845 when still getting ready to go out (this only happened on last couple of days - maybe hotel busier?)

we loved everything, however the best thing was the kids club and it’s wonderful team.

it’s not very accessible to strollers

The location of the property is extremely good. The hotel had a private beach and some free paddle boards and kayaks to use during the day. Also some paid water sports activities are located on the side of the hotel offered by a separate service provider: The hotel is few min walk to the fishermen village where you have plenty of restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The last night of our stay the service was not very good. We asked for the room to be made then for towels then for water. Also the breakfast was not very good. Big buffet but could only pick few things from it.

The property was spotless and well laid out. We were only staying for 1 night before moving on the next morning and so had chosen the lowest category room. However, our room was spacious and had the most comfortable big bed and had every amenities one could want.

There was a pretty extensive kids club which is great if you have children or grandchildren with you. Perhaps not so great if you haven’t!

The staff were very good. So well trained and managed. The rooms were lovely and large. The location is great just a few minutes walk to the Fishermans village and the night markets which are held three or four nights a week. We ate at the night markets whenever they were on, the food is fantastic and its so inexpensive. We really liked Bophut though and it felt very safe with our teenager. Chewang has a much nicer beach but is very seedy in parts.

The pool area is very uninspiring next time I'd stay at the Hansar next door as their pool area is much nicer. The area where you have breakfast is up the back of the hotel and is very uninspiring. Again the Hansar next door had a much nicer breakfast spot. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel outside of breakfast as it was so expensive and its so cheap to eat elsewhere. Finally the gym was very ordinary and there were no classes like yoga or fitness. We stayed at The Nikki Beach at Lipa Now before hand and did free gym classes every morning. I probably would stay here again for those reasons.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The garden is stunning, and the pool was really fun. The kid's playroom also was a highlight for our baby.

The pool was a bit dirty at times, it was difficult for my elderly parents to climb up the stairs. Also I had asked to put them on 2nd floor but they were put on 3rd floor, so had to swap rooms with them. The Taste of Siam banquet was far too pricey for what we got, and there were not enough non-meat options on the menu at any of the restaurants on-site.

The Staff are all very friendly and helpful (my Nike shoe sole was 'open' and the staff managed to get for me a super glue to fix my shoes issues). The bathtub is huge and come with a burning oil for aromatherapy! The room is spacious with 2 balcony!

Suggest to do something to the glass door of the toilet/WC as a few times closed the glass door hastily and caused a rather loud bang.
