The grounds, pools, and overall facilities were very nice.

There was pool repair/maintenance being conducted which included 2 straight, entire, days of jackhammering while we were staying at the hotel. The other 2 days were disturbed by continuous hammering stonework. This made the leisure time by the pool, massage services, meals, etc. impossible. I realize maintenance must be completed, but this was not an emergency repair and must have been planned in advance. While the staff was apologetic, had we been previously notified of the impending work, we probably would have relocated to another, more relaxing hotel.

The staff at the front desk as well as the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient throughout our one-month stay. Both day and night people at the front desk always greeted us when coming and going and the daily cleaning made the room appear to be brand new on a daily basis.

On our first night, we wanted to take a taxi to Fisherman's Village. We asked the male at the activities desk for the cost and he quoted us 300 Baht. We found out the real cost from the gracious female the next evening. If you book one of the trips at 5-6 or 7pm, it is 150 Baht if only two people book or 50 Baht per person if there are three or more. Don't let the male rip you off. He will be happy to do it with a smile on his face. It is irritating as we try to support the local economy and provide jobs.

location is fantastic, by the beach , room with seaview waking up to the sound of waves in the morning . value for money and walking distance to fisherman village . great for long term stay too, you have ATM machine and washing machine within the hotel premises.

I would like that the hotel upgrade the pool area and this would have been perfect ! Pool area is just slightly old . I would also book from Agoda instead of booking.com as they would not honour their statement of if you get a lower price elsewhere they would match your price . I have been writing to them for over 1 week before my stay and no reply until today after my stay .This happened to 2 of my booking not just 1 . I have stayed over 15 days in Samui , 3 hotels and using booking .i have always found out later that Agoda is cheaper like 10-15% . I should have book via Agoda than believing that booking.com would match the price claim.

The staff were very friendly and could not be more helpful. The beach/ pool area were in a private area so we got peace all day every day. The location was also excellent as it was only a ten minute walk to the Fisherman’s Village.

The hotel room was full of dust and there was not much cleaning took place during my two week stay. There is a policy that no sun beds are allowed to be reserved, however this is not enforced and as a result I ended up being assaulted by a family who, despite there being absolutely nothing on the sun bed I was on when I first got there, they were adamant that it was their sun bed and all three thought it appropriate to abuse me.

Direct Beach access. Several swimming pools, suitable for family and keep kids entertained. Clean room and comfy beds. Laundry self service using several THB10 coins. Gym facilities. Happy hours - 2 drinks for price of one. 7-Eleven about 70 m away. Friendly and helpful staff. The area is less busy and noisy than hotels near Fisherman Village. Resting on the sunbed and watching the sunset or sunrise is highly recommended.

The room is a bit small, no table for dining or work. 30 mins walk to Fisherman Village. Not a great variety or local eateries nearby, there are about 3-4 local restaurants nearby, more eateries at Fisherman Village.

This must be the best value in Bophut. This hotel offers it own beach, three sparkling pools to choose from, and affordable bar and restaurant. The rooms are not to small and and bathroom facilities are quite adequate. The location is great with a 7/11 close by and several great affordable restaurants within walking distance. f you want a Thai message you can have it at the hotel or several other place within walking distance. You can rent a scooter in the hotel foyer. You can also draw cash in the foyer. Our family rented 3 scooters and they were all in good condition. The do keep you passport until you return the scooter but we had the peace of kind that it is kept safely at the hotel premises. The staff is super friendly and assisted with booking taxis and all other requests. This is exactly what we wanted for our family holiday - full marks to this hotel.

The rooms are lovely and cozy. I booked a sea view room, it was a lovely sight. Parking was convenient. The staff are friendly and very kind and easy to talk to. The room gets cleaned very well. The breakfast was nice but no halal options.

There were alot of ants in the room walking on the wall by the light switch. There is a swimming beach infront of us so it's convenient but it's not so clean because of the yachts and boats making it less clear. The sea water should be cleaner. We rented a kayak but wanted to rent 2 and were unable because the second kayak was not in good quality. The balcony floor and railing was not cleaned.

I'd say the real highlight here is the reception staff, who are simply wonderful. While the rooms may feel a bit compact and have a vintage charm, it's worth noting that some usual in-room amenities might not be available. However, it's conveniently just a two-minute walk from the hotel to the nearest 7-11, which is very handy.

Given the price point, I believe basic bathroom amenities should be provided. Some travelers might not bring these items with them and having them available would certainly enhance the overall guest experience.

The room size is decent, and the connecting room works perfectly for our family. The staff is so great, they even turn on the aircond first prior our expected arrival time. Good way to kick off my holiday at Samui. This hotel got a beach directly attached to it, its a a really 4 / 5 star, but it does give you the vibe, .. from facilities wise, it got own restaurant, pool bar & cafe, playful swimming pool, small gym room and a self help laundry room. Best part, they dont have a massage room, but they do have decent masseur at very reasonable price just at the hut right beside the pool, where you can feel the windy breeze of the sea and openess. I have my best massage there for this whole trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to all family goer, and it also budget friendly too. Great job for the staff !

Not much to complaint or comment, maybe a more active tour agent should be place at the counter, This current one doesn't sweet talk or being more helpful , so I bought my tour at fisherman whaft while walking the night market.
