Very nice hotel , we had a fantastic time, big pools and lots of entertainment, room is very clean and comfortable, food was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff (chefs, waiters, animation team, life guards, security and reception). Special thank you for the hotel director Majdi for his professional hospitality also I would like to thanks Wajdi in the reception for his excellent customer service. They are brilliant. It was amazing experience with this hotel and we will definitely come back again.

Hotel has private section of beach, literally 30 metres outside the main entrance. This has free loungers, free bar for all inclusive guests and watersports at an affordable cost. (£7 for banana or tube rides). Hotels pool is excellent, with 3 water slides, bars and entertainment daily, such as water gym etc. Aqualand and Carthageland are less than a 5 minute walk away, as is 'Old Town' or 'Medina' and many other shops like Costa Mall and a great restaurant called Rovers Return. Staff are ultra helpful and food was good in the Buffet restaurant of the Hotel. Our room 3040, was absolutely huge and had a great view of the sea.

Lifts were slow, rooms are dated and beds were hard. Like many Hotels worldwide, Covid has hit hard and many just havent been able to renovate the old decor. Didn't stop us having a great holiday!

We liked that it was fully inclusive at reasonable price, basic facilities were all there, good location, almost beachfront (as you need to cross the road to get to the beach but not a problem at all). Reception available 24 hours with multilingual staff.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, rooms were dated so furniture had clear wear and tear, little things like tv remote with dead batteries, malfunctioning bidet (caused a flood), balcony doors very hard to open/close and food could be better (choice was good, but some dishes weren’t to nice but most importantly there was no description on most of the foods of what they are).

Well, maybe it's that both of the two flours didn't work continuously, only one. And since there was a lot of traffic, people could travel slowly with the elevator. and also the fact that I missed it in the past at meals, there were always these carved beautiful fruit decorations, now it wasn't really there and I hated the watermelon

The staff was friendly and helpful. Really nice hotel with a lot of activities. Food was excellent. Pools were clean and big. A lot of shops around. Recommend this hotel.

Great location and all facilities are within property. Food was really good. I will plan again to stay here.

The receipt staff is rude and unprofessional. They charge me double because I forgot to add my wife and book room for one. Wifi is so bad that it’s like no wifi.

Everything was great .But the best part of hotel was mr.Okba .He was always eager to help us end such of people like him are very random to see.The hotel must to be happy that he work in this hotel .Thank you very much once more to him.

The amazing staff, helpful, friendly and charming. Really went out of their way, brilliant customer service.

A bit dated, but that’s not a complaint, just an observation. A few things didn’t work in the room but we were upgraded for free, and it didn’t really bother us so not a problem!
