Staff are Amazing, location to the beach is perfect with a beach bar, more sun beds than guests.

Drinks are awful. Beer wine and non branded spirits. I paid for branded beer bottles. Piano bar needs doing up it’s to dark and stinks of smoke.

It delivers everything it offers at an excellent price. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well kept. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, with comfortable beds, very fresh, with fridge, daily cleaning service, balcony, views of the swimming pools and the beach. The attention of the reception with Mr. Makrem and in the restaurant with Mr. Faouzi all the staff of breakfast and cleaning service has been of category. They helped us with everything we needed, information, taxis. There is a spa and the gentleman who gave us the information is called ALI very friendly and he is right next door, shop in the hotel where to buy and fun, souvenirs next door. There is a large hot water swimming pool. Phenicia has its own private pool and a nice little bar. There are options for camel and horse riding activities right there. It is well located and for very little money by taxi you can go wherever you want to go. A REAL SUCCESS ON OUR PART. Totally recommendable, thank you very much. Cdl Moura Guedes

It's really nice hotel with good worthy value specially with two meals offer. The breakfast and dinner are really good and so many varieties of food sweets and ice cream. But unfortunately they don't serve drinks in dinner to force you to buy them but you can be smart and just bring in your water bottle 🍼. Another problem I faced as a Muslim that they don't have water spray (shattaf) next to toilet which is a very critical point for a Muslim because we use water spray to clean ourselves after using toilet 🚽 so I hope admin will take care of it. The location is ok if you have your car otherwise it's a bit far from market and restaurants. Thanks very much for the hotel admin

The property was very good. Happy staff & the animation team worked very hard to make everyone welcome. The evening entertainment was very good too.

The only thing that let it down was the food really. The breakfast was very good with a very good selection. The soup in the evenings was lovely but the main courses & desserts could have been better.

Friendly staff. It was our wedding anniversary and they decorated the bed. Nice and relaxing. Good views of the sea. Great value for money. Heated indoor pool that goes outside was very welcome as it isn't hot enough in March for an unheated pool. The food had allergy symbols on it, which is great for those with gluten and other intolerances. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We would prefer a double bed rather than 2 beds with a big gap between. The animation team were a little too persistent. We went to relax but were asked over and over about taking part in activities and trips. It would be nice to have activities and trips written down so you can plan accordingly instead of having to interact with many different people telling you about different things. Food was ok but a bit oily.

it is big property, outdoor swimming pool and a relaxing indoor one.. you can enjoy a walk through the gardens. Also i had a daily walk to the beach .. wonderful ! different restaurants i had all inclusive. I loved the variety of each meal in different restaurant.Also the entertainment every night in the reception area.. energetic and fun time . The animation team are very good . The guys at the reception were very helpful. The chefs in the restaurants were very welcoming and kind . My room was always clean and tidy. The girls are nice. Thank you all for being so kind . The indoor pool was amazing! Half inside half outside and heated (visited in March) so could swim outside. It was too cold to use the main pool but I was more than happy to use the relax pool. The hotel is right on the beach so the location is perfect. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs. The food was standard buffet fare for this kind of place - nothing to complain about. The first room they gave us had a lovely view over the cark park....but the reception staff were very accommodating when we asked if they had a room overlooking the pool instead. From this room you could just about see the sea behind the trees, it was lovely. All staff we interacted with were friendly and I'm sure would do what they can to ensure you had an enjoyable stay. The room was not bad, the bed was comfy and bathroom was fine. My partner was disappointed there were not bidet hoses in the rooms (they did have them in the public bathrooms however). Overall we had a lovely and relaxing couple of nights in Phenicia. I would recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again in the near future.

a very clean hotel always cleaning staff around lots of seating areas especially the swimming pool beautiful clean and spacious... bedrooms were cleaned every day fantastic staff

the 2 things I would say is I went with a 1 half year old little girl found a struggle to get her food I think they need to put a little children’s buffet there also there was no where to change my little girl also they need a baby change but the rest was fantastic

The beach, staff/animation team, activites, food (in general), events etc... Hotel is nice. You can do both, you can partake in activites or chill out on the beach and pool, which can be nosiy or calm. Its a good mixture of both. The beach is pretty neat. Very good value for money. If you thinking about going, go!

Most of the housekeeping staff dont speak English. I got food poisoning near the end of the trip, I think it was the fish in the main restourant.

The resort for the off season is superbly maintained, the Staff are also impeccable with service and extremely friendly and helpful. The Animation team are young and vibrant and tbh all really talented, you know most of them by name before the week is out!!!

The breakfast options could be tailored a little to have more hot options available.
