The location of hotel is great, it is close to all tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. They speak English and some Arabic. I recommend staying in this hotel

I was disappointed by Booking.com for two reasons. The first being that Booking.com did not properly inform me that the breakfast was available for 1 person, whereas when we booked it included a breakfast for 7 people. The second was after contacting the staff of Booking.com about this issue, Laila (booking.com staff) was extremely rude and uncooperative with me. I do not blame the hotel for this problem, but people who will book through booking.com should be careful about this matter.

The hotel has a great location, close to Kent Meydanı and its very nice mall, as well as the Osmangazi metro station, with easy access to trams and buses. The Grand Mosque and the old bazaar are about a 15-minute walk uphill, or you can use the tram or bus to reach them. You can also take a bus to the Teleferik station and other areas. The central intercity bus station is less than 5 minutes away by taxi. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good.

The internet through wifi was extremely slow, I had to use phone data aa hotspot. This issue also existed when I visited with family in a previous year.

+ Central location in the heart of BURSA. + 10 m Walking distance to a big HAN / malls and lots of shops. + Service and staff was really good (The reception team helped me to check the operating hours for some destination places during the EID vacation). + Free Parking🚙 place and staff helped me with the Valet. + Breakfast was good and very nearby lots of restaurants. + Triple room size was ok👌and beds are comfy. + Reception area and lobby are good and equipped with a massage💆 machine. Excellent value of money

- The parking is only for small cars, Big cars/ Van has to be arranged in the street. - Building need some maintenance works.

The location was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The fact that they had a safe internal parking was great! The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The room wqs clean. There was good shower pressure.

There was a bit of wear and tear on the room but nothing serious. The AC needed a bit of cleaning but it was ok for us because we barely used it. With a bit a maintenance it can be brought to top sape.

Location is very good, everything you need is near, 2 min away of Kent Maydan and mall. Most of the tourist attractions are 15 to 20 min away by raxi. The ulu Cami and bazar is less than 2 km away. Hotel environment is Cosy stuff are helpful, turkish arabic english. Rooms are big clean and nice It has parking if you rented a car you can use.

Only internet connecton was sometimes not stable.

It was a decent stay with good and wide rooms and comfortable beds and they also had a decent breakfast which not many hotels have, theirs a balcony with a cool view, it’s fairly close to all the popular places like extreme park, and ottoman village. If your also interested in the famous meal “iskender” theirs a original restaurant right down the street a few minutes from the place and it tastes Gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Wish I could stay more First thing, ZAZA Very much helpful, Supportive, Dedicated to guests, even drove me to Site Seeing via his own car as a brother People are totally different than other Turkeish provinces, So much Value for money Middle of everything So clean, So easy reach By walk (3 min to Main Road, 10 min to the mall, 20 min to Ghazi Tomb and Culli Cami, 20 min to Osman Ghazi Station) By taxi (7 min to Outlet mall, 10 min to otobus Station) I wish I could stay more

Nothing Management should recognize Zaza

Fantastic staff and the best breakfast I have had in my stay in Turkey. Lovely room with enough space to move around. Very helpful reception staff and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Right opposite the mall and 1.3km to the Grand Bazaar.

The bathroom was old and needed an upgrade. The bathtub shower was very difficult to get in and out. The bathtub is very high.

Very nice, large rooms. Comfortable beds, Coffee, tea toiletries, water all supplied. Very nice cotton sheets and doona. Very central. Parking provided. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast.

Very dim reading lamps - not strong enough to read by.

The hotel is in a very good location and has underground parking. The breakfast is very good. Our room was in the second roof. It was very clean. Very excited for this hotel. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to find a hotel like this in Turkey. Total worth every night spending in Bursa. 10/10
