Very clean and comfortable hotel close to Istiklal. Polite staff and good turkish breakfast.I surely recommend it, and I will choose it again next time

The room i booked had no window and although I knew it from the beginning, when I saw it I thought it was small and felt like in a cage... So I had to pay some more money to upgrade to a room with a window, which was also looking to an internal place but it was okay because there was no noise at all.. of course this was not a mistake of the hotel but mine to choose a room without a window at the beginning..

Location is excellent. Air-Conditioning is perfect. Reception staff are nice, very cooperative (specially Mr. Abdulrahman) and speaking my language. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options, also its time from 8:00AM to 12:30PM. Free room upgrade. Big Room area. Facilities at the room are excellent. Helping in weighing my bags using the hotel's weight device.

The lift is small. Hotel's lobby is small. Misunderstanding leads to not cleaning the room, happens once only. Small trash baskets at room.

The location is in the heart of Istanbul in Taksim square. Everything was within reach from the hotel. I would like to also point out rough and ignorant behaviour of Ali, who is part of the breakfast team. He needs to be trained land cautioned by the management . I shall compliment the management for efficient services and administration of the hotel. I will surely recommend and come back to the hotel.

The hotel is located very close to Taksim Square and is right off Istiklal Street, making it an excellent choice for tourists to experience the amazing shopping and Turkish food. The hotel was very clean and maintained. Wifi was amazing. Our room was very spacious and the toilet was of decent size with a separate shower area and a bidet was also installed. Water, Tea, Tissue etc. were replenished every day. An iron and ironing board as well as a prayer mat was available in the room. Large wardrobes were available in the room and a safe box was also present. The staff at the reception, breakfast area as well as the cleaning staff were all helpful.

The breakfast should include some hot items i.e. soup, beans etc. More bread options should be included. More hangers should be available in the wardrobes.

Very good location, clean and roomy with lots of storage space and big walk in shower. Great breakfast selection open until 12 so you don’t have to wake up early. There’s security and police patrol right in front of the hotel so you feel safe and comfortable. Wet helpful staff plus a free coffee machine with many different types of coffee.

The street is very narrow and the elevator is small. The air conditioner turns off when you leave your room and won’t turn back on when you’re back unless you call the front desk.

This is the third time we stay at this hotel.Great breakfast,clean and near to metro station at Istiklal.

We wanted a taxi to transfer us on our departure time.The hotel fixed it with a specific price. The taxi driver never came and the reception employee found another one .The amount we would pay was 700 liras and afterwards the taxi driver asked us 1000 liras.We disagreed and we left the taxi in the middle of the road....We were so much troubled.The hotel should corporate with specific taxi drivers so it's clients won't have such problems...otherwise it should inform its clients that it's not able to fix their departure or arrival transportation.

Very good location, the best. Breakfast was good also.

There is no windows in the room, you can not see anything. One day we had a little problem with hot water, no second light in bathroom, other than that room was ok. We asked at reception for sandwich in the morning because we had to go early and could not have breakfast. They told us that we can not take food away from restorant. We payed for breakfast and they could not even give us sendwich for take away?!? Evrywhere we have been before hotel ofered us that option so we were suprised. Thanks a lot! 👏🤷‍♀️

Breakfast was good and location was good too

When I booked the room I didn't go through the facilities because I axpected that everything was good but when I arrived I found out that there is no window in the room which I was given and when I asked the reception they said that it is economy room and they will not change it, therefore I had to pay 30 Euro to upgrade to another room
